Excellent food, beer, and service! Whether you choose from their regular menu, their weekend brunch menu, the monthly special, they do not disappoint. Always ask what's for dessert that day, they vary. Always check the beer board for new beers!

Visiting Laredo and ran across Scratch Sandwich Co. One word: AMAZING! I had the Brioche Stuffed French Toast. No joke, the best stuffed french toast I have ever had. My husband had the “Go-To” croissant breakfast sandwich and it was fluffy, buttery and the scrambled egg was on point. My daughter had the pancake pops, which was an incredibly generous portion for children at a very reasonable price. In our hometown, this place would be packed out with a line around the block and they would charge double the prices at Scratch. We are most definitely coming back tomorrow morning to have some more amazing food before we leave town! The service was also excellent, incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasantly relaxed. All in all, AMAZING! I highly recommend Scratch Sandwich Company!

I just celebrated my birthday here on Monday because I LOVE this place! All of their food is delicious! My favorites are Mile High Club (which was the Monday Deal of the Day/Special), The Great Vietnam, Adult Grilled Cheese & the All Hail Caesar salad made into a wrap & I add chicken to it. Anyway, the best part of my birthday dinner was not only the food, but the service!!! I had reserved their new booth area & they gave us our very own waiter (so we ordered through him vs. everyone getting up individually to order) and they were able to handle our very large party...19 adults & 6 children which as you can tell may be a difficult task for other restaurants! Our waiter (I believe his name was Hector) was amazing! He was very respectful, professional & extremely patient as few of my guests had never been there & he was able to explain the menu to them. Thank you very much for a great experience Scratch! You will not only continue to have me as a life customer, but I know you have gained new ones!! Wish you nothing, but continued success!!! :)
Well worth having my cheat meal at SCRATCH. Ordered the chicken and biscuits. Best brunch I've eaten in a very long time. Mimosas were excellent and definitely great service.
Best brunch ever. Had Benedict Arnold from the menu. Such a delicious combination of poached eggs, marmalade bacon and sauce on a biscuit. Cannot wait to return for the Avocado Toast next time.
Scratch has great customer service. The servers and staff seem genuinely interested in providing a great experience. The food is awesome but the experience is what keeps me coming back.
Great food and service. I was there yesterday for lunch and was going to order my usual but saw a new item...the chicken salad sandwich. It was absolutely delicious, as was the salad it came with. Highly recommend it!!

Mile high club is a must good scene, good food great service that thank you and a handshake before we left was very memorable will definitely return and is a must go for others.
Love this place! The chicken chili is my all time fav and the hubby loves the Cuba Libre. we've gone plenty of times, great environment. The fried pickles are great to!

Great lunch spot. I got the La Costa Nostra and upgraded my side of fries to the Crazy Fries. Both were delicious! The Chicken Buffalo Dip is another must - huge chunks of chicken and not too spicy. I left full but not a miserable, overeaten full. Would definitely come here at night for food and to take advantage of the full bar.
We have been here several times and its has always been a great experience. Their food is FRESH and I love that most of their items have a gourmet twist. Their servers are all well trained, we were greeted when we walked in. Food was brought in a timely manner and servers were attentive to our needs during our meal.
Their brunch menu has something for everyone.

First time here and I loved the pozole and mimosas. Best green pozole I’ve ever had. I will definitely visit again. Our server was fast, courteous, and friendly. His name is Patrick ask for him.
I’m a huge salad person and it’s hard to find decent salads here, but this is one of my absolute favorite places to eat at! I love that it’s conveniently close, but they offer delivery as well. I love this business for their ease of communication and them really taking care of their customers. Try the “Chef Gone Crazy” salad with their homemade cilantro lime dressing. Absolutely delicious. Much love to everyone at Scratch always!
It’s so good here I forgot to take photos of my English muffin sandwich. The ham & cheese sandwich was amazing.
Delicious food, all made from scratch just as the name implies. Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Great during brunch, lunch or late evening eating. They also sport a full bar which has definitely been nice for after-work outings.

Hopefully when you go, a male waiter helps your table. Females are always chatting and take a few min to notice you. (It's a good ten min every-time I go). The male waiter(s) customer service is night and day compared to the females.
