I love Whataburger, anywhere else in town, the service and the brand is amazing. Unfortunately at this location at Saunders, 5 out my 5 recent visits, over the last 2 months probably more, they get everything wrong. Not only that, they get ANGRY and raise their voice with so much pride after waiting
This place blows Don't go there they will get your order wrong or just skip you like they did to me. I saw at least 12 employees and I was skipped after waiting 20 mins +. My bad for waiting that long. Just bad FU whataburger
Drive thru really bad, took about 20m. Got home fries were hard and cold. They didn't put ketchup, after I ask them. Why are drive thru, taking longer and longer.
This Whataburger is a busy one ! But they got it !! Hot juicy fresh .... The way Whataburger should be!!! Thanks folks great food .. great service ,Clean and organized!!!!
24/7 spot to get some burgers, currently it's not allowed to eat inside due to the pandemic, but the drive-thru it's always available, also you can pre-order in the app and take off if you are in a hurry or simply want to save some time. Not the best burgers I've tried but they're OK if you are hung
*Edit.* So i came to this one again expecting quality service and was afforded the worse meal I've had in a few months, the burger was as the bacon and caused me to have stomach issues. The place wasn't even busy at that either.
Nothing like raw food to make you truly appreciate a homecooked meal.
No a big fan of this whataburger due to their area many junkies asking for money. If there would be more security. Things would've changed. Food is great crew members are very friendly and helpful.
Extremely slooooow service!! Been waiting for more than 20 minutes for a dang burger and some chicken strips… do not come here expecting fast service
