Horrible experience! There was a man taking my order (dine in) and I asked for 3 breakfast jacks and he looked confused. Said they didn't sell those and I'm like what?? I asked for 4 tacos and 1 fries and he gave me 2 tacos and 2 fries. This is ridiculous, he's either new or plain dumb. Then I asked him for a refill and he took like 10 minutes to give me a simple refill. Never going here again!

Well love jack in the box, but we ordered tacos since it was late night. We get back to the hotel and on one of the tacos there was a huge hair inside. Needless to say we did not eat the rest of them. Didn't bother calling the store since probably not gonna believe it, and say it was ours.

I placed an order in the app late at night when the hours said they were still open.
After paying and going to the restaurant, I found they had closed early and I couldn't get my order.
However, I went back the next day and and was able to get my meal after explaining what happened.

Went through drive thru for a quick meal. Excellent service from the time I drove up until I drove off. So refreshing to see young people being so attentive and kind!!! Great Job Jack in the Box!🤡

Normally never have problems with this store but yesterday I was very dissapointed.
After placing my order through the drive through, they told us to pull up to the window. There was a vehicle in front of us and as it pulled away, someone inside stuck their head out and told us to wait where we are (to not pull forward). We waited a good 10 minutes. I tried calling the store after that wait but received no response after three calls. After about another 5 minutes, they finally flagged us to move forward. When we pulled up to the window, they didn't apologize for the wait or anything, just asked for payment for my order. I asked them what the hold up was and they said something like that they were refilling the ice machine. There were at least three people in the store at the time. I don't understand why they told us to wait, never apologized for the wait, and to top it off, our Dr Pepper tasted like cough syrup. Two stars and only because the popcorn chicken was good.

Previously, in the past years I have congratulated Jack in the Box for it delicious and fresh food. TODAY, I will tell you that I am baffled; has it been due to the Pandemic that their food quality doesn't seem to be the same --- DON'T EXPECT TO SEE ME THERE FOR A LONG TIME.
