I just loved the fish plate . In my opinion best fish plate in laredo. Food is always fabulous . The smothered enchiladas is my favorite plate next to the puffy tacos.
They have the best Panchos, the nicest owners and really nice employees. Service is always great at Rosita's. My favorite place to eat when I visit Laredo.

Great food great service. I have been chasing Rosita’s since they started back in the mid seventies. One of only three (3) restaurants that I know of that serves puffy chips and tacos. Rosita’s in Laredo, TX, Lala’s Cafe in Miranda, TX and Caro’s in Miranda City, TX. Each one is special. I’m so glad that Rosita’s is open again. I highly recommend you make it your destination when you’re in Laredo.
Best Mexican food in Laredo! Customer service is great. Love mom and pop vibe. The food tast as if it was cooked at home not commercialized.

Puffy Tacos are very good, yet the shell was a little thin. The shell not strong enough to hold meat & salsa. All the food was perfectly seasoned did not have to add any salt. Definately check it out Laredo. Restaurant is colorful, clean, & background music was great. Keep up the excellent work, and here is to a long successful opening.
I love the smothered enchiladas. They remind me of how my mom makes enchiladas. I've been twice and ordered them both times. Honestly, they were even better the second time around. I will definitely be making this place one of my go-to places.

I love that this restaurant is back. TheRosita Plate hits all the notes. Best of everything. They have the best enchiladas I've ever had. And my new fave, nutella empanadas, are the perfect dessert after a wonderful meal
