Very poorly managed. Do not go here if you're in a hurry. Definitely not fast food. Don't have a second till ready for shift change. Have to shut down operations while they count the money in the register. Front counter person was very slow taking and prepping orders. Need training on how to process
Ordered spicy chicken burger and was given a smaller jr size burger with a tiny piece of chicken in the burger.
Son of baconator was also a much smaller burger than the usual.
Was given no receipt so I couldn’t call to make a claim.
Good food ... Good price

So disgusted honestly I went on Nov. 24 at 7:17 pm and I saw majorly of employees without a hairnet and scratching their heads and not helping out front lobby that is was packed i had to wait at least 40 to get my order taken
Terrible attitude, long wait times for a single item. Made me pull up so they don't get flagged for long wait time but then took long to give me my order. Both drive-thru attendants were very unresponsive and rude.
