I’ve had multiple incidents here- added onions when asked for no onions, gave me pickles (allergic) when asked for no pickles, assuring me something is in the bag but isn’t, and so on. This past experience was ridiculous. They gave me onions on my 2 sandwiches when I asked for none, told me to come
Firehouse personnel were helpful and polite when grub hub cancelled my order 20 minutes before they where suppose to deliver for a small gathering. Firehouse was great when I needed a quick delivery. Thank you , everyone loved the food.
I recommend you all give the Hook & Ladder Sub a try. Don't forget to pair it with a potatoe soup and a chicken & dumpling soup!

Way better that subway! The chilli is delicious, various hot sauces to choose from! Great service !
Loved the turkey sandwich. The personnel are nice and friendly. My husband asked for the chili and the girl cashier told him it was tasty and delicious and he should try it. He did and he loved it. My husband is hard to convince but he wants to go back for the meat ball sandwich.
Food is always borderline warm and not hot.
