Well this is my first time ever having a steak and shake experience. I have to admit the burgers were delicious and the fries are amazing. The milkshakes were good too. Everything was prepared quickly and expertly. Everything is ordered through a kiosk now so you have to pick up your own food.

I haven’t used the kiosks inside but I have seen employees very willing to help people with their orders. Norma is the absolute sweetest person. She’s there almost every time
