Good coffee and friendly service. I would give 5 stars but occasionally the coffee can taste burnt secondary to the machines not being cleaned.

The kind staff member today was wonderful. I was provided with exactly what I was hoping for and didn't know how to ask for. I was also offered sweetener I didn't know I would need. I really appreciated the whole interaction, and the coffee was great! I only wish I had caught a name to more directly complement the barista. Just thanks so much!!

Largo Medical Center is where I work! I see Sophia, Lauren and Manny on a daily basis! These guys are the best - They know what I like and as soon as I come in the am they have my favorite drink (CUSTOM MADE FOR ME) ready at the counter. I had never received this kind of attention from a fast food establishment I love how they know everyone's name; this makes a huge difference in the quality of service. Sophia is definitely the one I have dealt with the most and she is my favorite - I am even getting a tattoo from an artist she recommended! but I will not leave the rest of the staff out! the whole staff is great. On Mondays (I hate Mondays) they are always smiling, with a great attitude and it makes my morning better - Good vibes all around. I am sure we would be great friends. The owner of this franchise should feel lucky - They've got the best people working at this location - good, consistent, customer service is what makes (or destroys) a franchise, and this one right here will go a long way. People should recognize them by name whenever posting a review!!! They need to know how special they are to everyone here. They keep us awake! and running. This hospital runs on Dunkin'! and Dunkin' at Largo Medical Center delivers!!!! 5 Stars for Sophia, Lauren and Manny! Thank you again guys. You are awesome.
