First time coming here after knowing about this location for several years. A fellow co-worker also told me that the food is really good; especially with him being a former employee of the franchise.
Really good and very filling. I highly recommend this place in Cruces to go eat. I finally got to go with my mom after a band concert.

I haven't gone here in quite awhile, with covid going on I've only recently been getting back into the swing of things. Since today was Free Tea Day I decided to go get one, and then I saw you could order free tea through the app also and do curbside pickup!! I got there and instantly someone walked out and greeted me and asked me about my order. They were happy to help and very quick. As always wonderful tea and good food!
I placed an order online yesterday on the app and I forgot to pay. I then drove and when I got there it was almost 9 when they close, I realized my mistake and clicked pay but the app glitched and made the order time for the next day. The employee coming out to curbside orders said he'd get a manager to help me when he saw what happened. The manager came out and took pictures of my order I placed on my phone and made the food despite the fact they were almost completely closed. They really didn't have to do that and I would've completely understood if they couldn't make that order, they went above and beyond. Everyone was very nice.
Their sweet teas are always the best. I usually get the nacho platter for the family as an appetizer, then I'll order the jalapeno crunch sandwich with potato salad.
I never had McAlister's until I moved to Las Cruces. I prefer them over Jason's deli.
My family especially my daughter loves the nachos and tea.
