For most people this is probably a once in a lifetime kind of meal. It is worth it. The food is incredible. Give yourself at least 2 1/2 hours to enjoy the tasting menu and the incredible experience.

We celebrated a birthday. From the beginning walking in to the little present we got leaving everything was perfect. Service 8 out of 5 stars - they really love what they’re doing! Everyone of them! The food (chefs menue) was just delicious! And perfect wine fitting! Best we had in Vegas ever! We’ll be definitely back! Thanks again for the nice evening!

The tasting menu here is a real treat, add in a nice wine pairing and you're well on your way to flavortown (term taken from another famous "guy"). The bread cart is spectacular and the desserts are devilishly tasty.

The food here is great! But what I want to talk about is its wine selection. I happened to read feature section of Wine Spectator’s Grand Award Winners 2023 for restaurants. One name pops up to remind me of a memorable wine experience: Guy Savoy! My wife and I had dinner here last November. We ordered a bottle of Echezeaux 2002. As we know the year of 2002 is a great vintage for Echezeaux. Must because of its wonderful storage condition, the wine in a marvelous state. Its nose is still elegantly fresh and its palate had a perfect balance with everything an Echezeaux typically has. Though the domaine is not one of the big names (Jean-Luc Aegerter), the wine had impressed us a great deal, and plus, the price was incredibly good: $460. A Burgundy grand cru in one of the great vintages offered in a top-notch French restaurant, can anyone imagine it? We have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and, the wine experience we had in Guy Savoy of Las Vegas is definitely the best! However, the only regret we have is, that was the last bottle of 2002 Echezeaux by Jean-Luc Aegerter. My wife said she became melancholy to think that we probably won’t be able to have a similar wine dinner in a restaurant in years to come!

Bread cart is low key Amazing. Try Cherry and Olive. Best most unique butter service ever. Great steak. And they were able to guide me to avoid Seed Oils. (Which is the one major disappointment, why at a French restaurant would I have to ask. )

Such a fabulous experience! The service was outstanding, food excellent and we absolutely loved the champagne, bread/French butter and dessert carts!! The space is beautiful and we were sat at a window with the Paris hotel in the background! We'll definitely be back. We had the special truffle risotto dish, truffle and artichoke soup, and we both had the lobster ravioli! Yummy!

Brilliant menu and fantastic wine pairings offered here at Guy Savoy. I highly recommend the artichoke and black truffle soup and the American wagyu filet. We also had tomatoes all around which is completely worth a try! The service was outstanding! Our waiters were so friendly and informative and took their time when explaining each dish that came out. Also, make sure to save some room for desserts!

A feast for the pallet. Unbelievably tasty dishes prepared to perfection. When in Europe, we typically frequent Michelin Star restaurants, but nothing compares to this restaurant. Truly culinary art at the perfection level presented by exquisite service in a comfortable ambiance. Excellent sommelier who selected perfect wine combinations with dishes.Very expensive but definitely worth it. A return visit is a must. Add this to your Vegas budget. You will not be disappointed.

We chose the tasting menu w/ wine pairings, and had a spiritual experience tonight. I've had great food before but this was more than great food, it's an experience to be pampered and treated like royalty from the moment you step through the front door. Every bite was art unraveling inside of my body. Flavors combined and complimented eachother, unlocking secrets within me, illuminating shadows of my culinary ignorance. "What have I been eating my whole life?", I ask myself. There should be studies on how eating this good affects the general health of people, seriously, I feel like years may have been added to my life after tonight. It's true that I'm a stranger to this degree of opulence but I'm so happy tonights experience was everything I hoped and expected it would be. Big up to the entire staff, and kitchen crew, you all are absolutely inspiring.

An amazing experience with incredible attention to detail. The restaurant is not the most warm and cozy environment… a little stiff, but the staff more than makes up for it. My only complaint would be to not seat everyone so close together when dining. It’s a large restaurant so spread people out a little If there’s room. Nobody wants to hear the conversation of other tables so close. Most people want some degree of privacy when spending so much.

What can I say that others haven't? Ludicrously delicious to the point where "normal" food is severely disappointing for a time. If my partner enjoyed fish, we would have gone for the full menu but the special was a white truffle risotto which she absolutely loved! So we went a la carte with me getting the American wagyu filet. Normally filets are just ok for me but sweet baby Jesus this was something else. The perfect bite was a little bit of everything, but even on its own the steak was sublime. The service is above and beyond. The sommelier made some amazing and surprisingly affordable wine pairing recommendations. We did by the glass because we are still learning about wine and food pairings but this certainly wasn't our first foray into it. The bread cart and server was friendly and always happy to serve. Our waiter was a very tall man who provided impeccable service at all times. The hostess was kind and very understanding when I realized my reservation was a whole 30 minutes prior! It wasn't a problem at all for us, but be sure to make a reservation and arrive on time so you don't make them wait haha! If you find the time and the budget, I don't think there is any place in Vegas I would recommend more than Guy Savoy at Caesars.

Excellent dining experience from beginning to finish. To start, I appreciated the relaxing ambiance, removed from the casino floor. The dining area has an expansive, open feel thanks to the high ceilings. It is refined but not stuffy. The service is excellent with staff who are not only very knowledgeable, but very engaging and entertaining. The wine list was expansive and the pairing was superb. Now onto the food. We had several amuse bouche to start, my favorite of which was the foie gras on a thin bread wafer. The bread cart lived up to expectations for a fine French restaurant both in quality and presentation. My favorite course came next, the octopus terrine, caviar, and saffron. Delicate octopus paired amazingly with the robust flavors of the caviar and saffron notes. The dry ice smoke carried the amazing aroma, enhancing its flavor. Sea bream was prepared well. Our artichoke and black truffle soup was tasty and surprisingly rich considering there was no added cream, but to be honest did not quite live up to the hype for me. Luckily, I thoroughly enjoyed the wagyu and lobster after. The lobster meat was silky yet almost popped with each bite. Lastly, the dessert cart was awe-inspiring. Each little morsel was amazing, although by the end of sampling one of each it was beginning to shape into a food challenge. Overall we all had a great experience and would recommend it to those with the time and willingness to splurge a bit.

Blown away. The attention to detail, the attentiveness and my god the food was...just wow. These folks are running a restaurant on cheat codes apparently. If you can appreciate the finer things in life, this is your restaurant. People may complain about the price but you get what you pay for. We did the 7 course, paired with wine and it's something you have to do at least once. You don't know what you're missing. That aside the 120year aged Cognac is worth it as well. I don't have words to describe that nectar from the gods. Just get it. Wanted to give a shout out to Aurelien, Andrew and Zack. These guys are exceptional. They absolutely make you feel like family and are not only knowledgeable but so passionate about their work. 5 stars gentleman! We will be back!

The tasting menu with wine pairings was an exceptional way to celebrate our anniversary! Although we have been to Caesars in Las Vegas many times we had never eaten at Guy Savoy. So glad we decided to go this year. The Ahi Tuna*, Caviar, Radish, Black Garlic course was ‘food theater’ at its finest.
