I researched Picasso quite a bit before I went and was not certain what to expect. When you have two Michelin stars this usually is not the case, but these were given in 2008. I have to say our dinner and experience at Picasso was brilliant. The service, the view, ambience, and especially the food hit on all cylinders. First, they have excellent choices for wines and champagne by the glass and their wine by the bottle selection was exceptional. We started with two glasses of Ruinart Rose Champagne and then a nice bottle of Barbaresco. The sommelier was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife ordered the shorter fixed menu ($150) and I ordered the longer one ($185). I felt both were value for the money. One slight disappointment is we told them my wife was pescatarian and yet the amuse bouche had pheasant meat in it, so I happily had hers as well as mine, but this should not happen. I then had the lobster salad and it was really good, but also my least favorite course. The scallop was amazing, and I felt the last 4 courses were all perfect. The scallop quality was top notch and had a great crust but was then perfectly cooked inside. Next came the foie gras and I can’t even describe how good it was and the portion was huge. Next came the filet mignon, which I ordered rare, and it came with a potato purée. Again, it was amazing. Finally, the desert came and I ordered what was essentially a chocolate lava cake, but it was a on another level.
All in all I would highly recommend Picasso if you are in Las Vegas and we will definitely go back.
My girlfriend came to US, and she loves French food and also good atmosphere. I immediately thought of this restaurant, made reservations for the outdoor patio and was not disappointed. The view of fountain show was excellent, food was extremely good but wine pairing was a bit weak, also the light exploded at the table and all staff did was move broken lamp away, it was not until later that we realized a piece was lodged in my gf's sweater but I guess staff just wanted to gloss over it. Also disappointing was the fact that even though we fully complied with the dress code, they let a couple jokers at the next table in sport shoes and sweatpants, what is the point of dress code if you don't enforce it? Pleasant experience, but overated for the price if they neglect the finer details.
Great dining experience. One of the fine dining restaurants in Vegas. A bit on the expensive side $$$$ but Worth the visit.
We were seated on the patio and got to enjoy the fountain show.
Food was delicious and good service.
Picasso with its seasonal white truffle menu was a highlight of my trip to Las Vegas. Every bite of each dish was a delight. Staff provided great service. The patio’s fountain view was as relaxing and enjoyable as the food. The experience was well worth the price. Picasso will be at the top of my must-do list for my next trip to Vegas.

This is perhaps the first tasting menu I've experienced where I actually couldn't finish the meal! Portion sizes were really generous. I'm glad we did the Premier wine tasting as the selections were interesting and well matched. Also, we really appreciated the sommelier taking the time to answer a number of our questions. We'll be back!
Picasso by Chef Julian Serrano is a delightful blend of French and Spanish cuisine, set amidst an art-inspired ambiance. The dishes, crafted with finesse, beautifully marry flavors and textures. The cozy setting offers a stunning view of the Bellagio fountains, making it an ideal spot for a memorable and classy dining experience. The attentive staff add to the overall charm, making every visit a culinary delight.
No other meal in Las Vegas on our trip has compared. The weight staff was kind and courteous, the serviceware at flowers and setting is beautiful, but the highlight was the food… Beginning with complementary champagne, and then the courses for the two of us for a birthday dinner, including seated food grad, lobster tail and grapefruit salad, fallow deer steak, seared scallop, dessert soufflé, and it just keeps going beyond that… Worth every penny if you’re looking for a fine dining experience, I couldn’t read it any higher…
I loved Picasso! It was both mine and my husband’s favorite part of Las Vegas. We sat on the balcony and watched the gorgeous fountain dance every 15 minutes. We tried various different foods. We liked some better than others, but that is normal for different taste buds! I especially loved my coconut cheesecake. I think it was my favorite dessert I’ve ever had! The best part though was the service!!!! Exquisite. Mitch was the best!!!
Honestly there are not good enough words in the English language to express how GREAT the restaurant is! It’s hands down the best meal and experience I have ever had. A+++. Food, service and atmosphere are off the chart. Jose P waited on us and I can truly say it was a joy to have him walk us through the experience. The food was incredible! Sit outside if you want to experience the fountains up close! C’était vraiment super!
One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas where the food is great and the quality is consistent and good. One of the best parts of dining here is the professionalism of the servers, most of whom have been here for more than a decade. Aside from the food and service, it's the close proximity to the fountain show. At night, the atmosphere is exceptional. Overall, a good experience.
We had the patio seating which was amazing! Looking at the fountain and enjoying an artsy meal, it would be the ideal vacation and wonderful experience. However, I would say given the quality of food, its a bit overpriced comparatively speaking. Don't take me wrong, food is still tasty, way above the bar, (especially the iberico) but I would expect some more surprising element for an exquisite dining experience, especially with the name of a great artist.
Impeccable dinner and experience. I enjoyed a pre theater dinner . My server(s) were very on point with the timing to ensure I
Made my show on time , but did not feel rushed at all .
I enjoyed the Prix Fixe dinner option with the Premium Wine Pairing . The experience was everything I hoped for and then some . The only criticism I have is although I loved the wine pairing I thought the 3 glasses of wine I received for $157.00 was a bit steep especially because the pour was shy in my opinion and the sommelier never came by to see if I enjoyed the selections I actually never saw him again once he poured my wine each time .
The service however was impeccable by the staff and the food was incredible . I truly recommend this dining experience for fine dining .
I had the carrot and ginger soup , creamy and delish
2nd course- gnocchi with crab , divine
3rd course- bronzino, tender , juicy and perfection
Dessert- grand mariner soufflé with grand mariner sauce and cocoa nibb ice cream , utterly speechless . Enjoyed with dark roasted coffee served in a beautiful coffee service .
The wine , once again was lovely and I enjoyed all 3 , but would have liked a better pour and some follow up, but nailed the selection .
I spent a couple of days at the Bellagio for a self care birthday trip, and I booked Picasso weeks in advance to be the last meal before heading out. And I’m glad I did. Service, phenomenal, the sommelier brought passion to every pairing—making the premium up charge all the more worth it, and the food.
If there is one dish to order here…it is the Roasted Pigeon. There is no place better to serve Pigeon in the US. The only pigeon dish the could surpass Picasso’s is the one at Clown Bar in Paris. I know for many ordering pigeon could be a little intimidating, but you will not regret it.
The experience, the wines, the unbelievable service, the exquisite venue, and most of all the food will be eternal, cherished memories. Thank you, Picasso. Chef’s kiss!
Birthday dinner was great. Loved their waguy beef, not equal to Kyoto but close enough. Their cocktails are very delicious but expensive. We sat nearby the window and looked the bellagio fountains. Little bit loud but atmosphere was good.
Loved the Restaurant! Very Romantic! We were celebrating an anniversary and we were lucky to get a window view of the fountains! Love the service ambiance food and wine! Definitely have the souffle for dessert! Alway a favorite!
For my wife's birthday, we decided to dine at this renowned restaurant, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The food and service were exemplary, truly first-class in every aspect. We were seated with a view of the fountains, which added a magical touch to our evening.
While the prices were on the higher side, the overall experience made it absolutely worth it. The combination of delightful cuisine, impeccable service, and the enchanting ambiance makes this restaurant a highly recommendable choice for special occasions.
"Picasso, French, and Spain cuisine is highly recommended to dine when you visit Vegas, located in the Bellagio." - A person is difficult, complex, and picky about the high food quality.
They received two stars from Guide Michelin in 2009 and 5 stars from Forbes Travel Guide, so we're curious to try when in town for a birthday weekend!
1. Food: Every dish on the tasting course was art, leaving an unforgettable taste and satisfaction on every bite. There were two tasting courses, and they were flexible in letting customers pick any menu they wanted without any restrictions that two people need to choose the same menu. We like it so we can try each other food and experience more dishes.
I chose MENU DÉGUSTATION ($155/person)
+ FIRST COURSE (5/5): Maine Lobster Salad, half moon bay spring peas, crème fraiche
+ SECOND COURSE (5/5): Pan Seared U-10 Day Boat Scallop, potato mousseline, and jus de veau
+ THIRD COURSE (4/5) *Sautéed Steak of "A" Foie Gras, charred grilled bing cherries, mustard jam, pistachio tuile
+ MAIN COURSE (4/5): Prime Petit Filet Mignon, roasted root vegetables
+ DESSERT (5/5): Coconut Cheesecake, exotic compote, gluten-free sable, and mango sorbet
My friend tried PRIX FIXE MENU, $165 for the base, not including supplement dishes (This menu is more flexible with more options to choose
+ FIRST COURSE (3/5): Potage Of Carrot And Ginger Soup Alaskan king crab, charred baby carrots
+ SECOND COURSE (4.5/5): Big Eye Tuna Carpaccio Meyer lemon vinaigrette, watercress emulsion, pinenuts
+ MAIN COURSE (5/5): Butter Poached Maine Lobster coulis of California corn, chanterelle mushroom, confit of carrot +40 Supplement

2. Ambiance: Elegant settings, decorations, and a cozy and classy ambiance with Business Elegance attire are required. For ladies, the attire is elegant & dressy. For gentlemen, the attire is collared shirts or polos. Shorts, sports apparel, tank tops, and open-toe shoes are prohibited.
3. Service was excellent and attentive.
- We also called in advance since we ran late a bit and asked to ask for directions to arrive fast, and they were so patient and attentive to show us the right entrance to get dropped off to walk straight in and go down to the restaurant instead of the other entrance with a long walk on heels! Call to ask because I forgot which one we entered!
4. They closed at 9:30 pm, but you still sit for the last reservation at 9:30 pm with no rush to dine. People stay until midnight.
Notes: to dine outside and watch the water fountain is min $275/person. Even though it's a bit disappointing to hear this, we still enjoy the indoor seating with the table facing the window to look at the water fountain through the big window.
They even give you a box of chocolate for each guest when we walk out, which is fantastic and customer-detailed. If they change the menu, I will be back!
Great staff and ambiance...the food was ok..better than most. The issue is the food is disjointed and flavors are a little off, but it is fine dining and for a reasonable price. The preparation and execution of the food is perfect..just not my flavors.
