Love this place! Simple, inexpensive, delicious! Monta is my favorite ramen place. There’s a few places in Vegas that make it hard to not stop at instead of trying something new, and this is one of them. Their tonkotsu ramen broth is so rich, almost creamy, and fills your mouth with savory umami flavor. We’ve tried all of the different broths for ramen here and they’re all good, but the tonkotsu is best! The fresh noodles are perfect for slurping and have a nice soft chew to them. The pork belly is flavorful, fall apart tender, with a melt in your mouth fatty deliciousness. If you like spice, get a side of chili paste to add some good heat to your ramen. I also love the kimchi fried rice here. I think it’s also the best I’ve had. The house made gyoza are also very good. Some of my favorite items are: Tonkotsu Ramen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kimchi Fried Rice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ House made gyoza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My guide on how I use the 5 star system: ⭐️ = Not good ⭐️⭐️ = Not terrible, but would not get again ⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Solid, but I’d try something else before this again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Really liked it! You should try this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Loved it! Must try I’ll make adjustments to my ratings after subsequent visits. If you see a .3 or .7 it means: .3 = Wasn’t as good the 2nd or last time I tried it .7 = This was better the 2nd or last time I tried it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food here! I loved the unique asthetic of the black garlic ramen. It was delicious and had wonderful flavour and the noodles were chewy! We sat at the counter. The interior was fine, I found it quite hot inside as it was an open kitchen with the Vegas heat. The service was great as well!

Great tonkotsu ramen! Haven't had a chance to try their death tsukemen but will eventually give it a shot.

Amazing ramen and Gyoza!! This is the best and cheapest ramen I’ve ever had in the US. Very fast and attentive service as well! Highly recommend if you’re in Vegas and craving ramen 🍜😋

Monta! Still my favorite ramen shop in the entire USA. Yes, not just in Vegas. The whole country! Noodles are super authentic thin Tonkotsu ramen noodle. Order it “Barikata” so that it’ll be cooked firm which is the way most people in Japan prefer Tonkotsu ramen noodles! Broth is also on point. A truly Japanese quality ramen bowl. On a plus note it is not overpriced! How great is that! Good service as well. 12 out of 10!

If I am in the mood for ramen this is my favorite place to go to. I stumbled upon this place a while back based on reviews from Yelp. The restaurant is busy so you should check in on Yelp and put yourself on the wait-list. Other than that, I always make a point to come back.

Get the yelp app and reserve a table to shorten your wait while coming here! Or call! This is a classic style ramen place. Not too many things to order off the menu but what they do offer is good. They do have a black garlic ramen which is the only thing that would set them apart! Other than that, classic style ramen house. We reserved a table on the yelp app and had to wait 10 mins upon arrival (just be sure to let the staff know you’re here). Packed restaurant and a long waitlist…so happy we got in quickly because it was cold outside! We ordered almost everything they had on the menu as soon as we were seated. Shortly after the food was at the table! The broth to the ramen was rich, creamy and had a great depth of flavor! We also ordered the black garlic ramen, which wasn’t pictured, but that was surprisingly tasty! That’s because the broth is cooked for over 15 hours! Toppings are an additional charge but the ramen is good on its own. Get what you like in your bowl! Makes it specially yours. The sides for me also delicious. The standout was the chashu bowl. The pork belly had this char on it which made it have that wow factor! Excellent choice! Gyoza was also standard nothing too special but good nonetheless. Fast service, comfortable atmosphere, great ramen, great family establishment!

Good prices and great food. Ramen is full of flavor and comes fast. Customer service is fantastic. Expect to pay about 11 to 12 dollars for a bowl ramen. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, smiles all around.

This may be the best ramen that I have had in Las Vegas. We started our meal off with pork belly bowls. The small size is more than enough for an appetizer. It has a generous portion of super fatty pork on top of a bed of rice, topped with scallions and pickled radish sticks. It’s fantastic. You’ll love the flavor combination. Almost just as fast as we ordered our food, our ramen came out. I got the spicy tonkatsu pork ramen with an added soft boiled egg. GET THE EGG. It is cooked perfectly to a soft boiled texture and is absolutely fantastic with an umami bomb for the ramen.

Love that there are different noodle options. I'm a simp for slightly thicker and aldente noodles, so the noodle texture was on point for me. The broth was also good, though I personally prefer sliiiightly saltier, but objectively, solid broth (my friend definitely said this was one of the better ones he's had, with great balance between flavor and salt). Also objectively good is the price. Idk the market price for ramen here but 10 bucks for a fulfilling bowl is more than I can ask for. Now, the pork bowl. Size is solid, again, for a good price. Will get you full. However I'm confused. I'm used to restaurants serving gyudon, or beef bowl, but that wasn't even an option on the menu. This is fine, but the pork I have to say was mediocre. There was sauce on it, but the pork itself was on the dry side. Flavor was definitely also lacking. Needs to be a tad more heavy handed on the mirin/sugar and soy sauce? Or maybe the type of soy sauce was off? Idk. One last complaint was the menma in the ramen. The bamboo shoots had no flavor, and a few were a bit chewy and too fibrous for my liking. I've never made menma myself so I'm no expert but I think they're normally pickled and softer. Overall a good place to go though! ありがとう!

Delicious. The tonkotsu was good but felt not as rich. The miso was exceptional, Saw everybody's ordering fried rice so we decided to give it a try and boy we were impressed!
