The upscale steakhouse located in luxury Tivoli Village shopping district. Beautiful restaurant with the indoor and outdoor seating area with gorgeous views of the fountain from the upper level.
Absolutely beautiful decor and elegant relaxing atmosphere.
The food was delicious. Definitely the best steak we have ever had. Perfectly cooked steaks and the variety of high quality cuts of beef are mouth watering.
The service is excellent, very knowledgeable and attentive staff. We have felt welcomed from the first moment we walked in.
Overall: excellent atmosphere, service and delicious high quality food.
Definitely on our Must visit list for all steak lovers!!!

Highly recommend this "family-style" steak house. Great job from our server answering all of our questions and bringing out the food in waves to support an enjoyable pace of eating. Between 5 men, we ordered 3 full size steaks and 9 sides to share. It was a fun experience trying so many different types of foods and sauces. The cocktails were top notch as well. You really get your money worth here. You must get the portobello fries and spicy cauliflower. Crowd favorites.
My favorite restaurant! Their staff makes you feel welcomed and special. Happy Hour drinks were very reasonable.
The food was DELISH!
Parking free, indoor and outdoor, valet available.
We went to Echo & Rig to celebrate a birthday on June 14th and had a great experience. My sister and her husband rate this steakhouse in their top 3 favorite steakhouses in Vegas.
SERVICE
The manager Warren came over to say hello and welcome us to the restaurant since it was our first visit there. From there, our server Alex came by to take our order and comped an appetizer and dessert, that was a wonderful surprise.
The runner Matthew was very attentive, he kept taking our used dishes and made sure we had what we needed.
FOOD
If you were picking 2 appetizers, I would recommend the sweet fire cauliflower and the shrimp cocktail.
Shrimp Cocktail - large pieces of Oishi shrimp, tasty cocktail sauce and the lemon was in a net so the seeds don’t end up in your food.
Pork Belly Burnt Ends - this was tasty had an interesting Asian inspired sauce.
Sweet Fire Cauliflower - crispy cauliflower with peppers like it’s name is sweet and spicy, we liked this a lot and would get it again
Ribeye - we each got the Cape Grim ribeye, it had the right amount of marbling without being too fatty. The steak had good flavor and we enjoyed it with the brandied mushroom sauce, it was the perfect compliment. I ordered the bearnaise and preferred the savory mushroom sauce instead.
Roasted broccolini - my boyfriend liked this since broccolini is one of his fav veggies.
Birthday dessert - the ice cream on this dessert was very tasty
Went in to celebrate my birthday. The host was friendly. Our server was great I believe her name was Beth(I'm horrible at remembering sometimes) 10/10 would go again. Loved the cauliflower never had such good flavored cauliflower before at a restaurant. Didn't take pictures because I was too into the conversations. Next time I will. Also love the name of the company since my name is Echo ♥️
A nice steakhouse in exotic shopping district. We went there at 11 so it was not crowded. The ambient was nice and cozy. They offered both indoor and outdoor seatings. The also have a in-house butcher house. Thus, they have many selections of fresh steaks but without any aged option. The appetizers we ordered did not fit our tastes. However, the steaks they offered were indeed remarkable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to those who love steaks.
This is the only steakhouse we go to in Las Vegas, and it was very well worth it every time. ribeye was Great and the ice cream was amazing. I will be coming back when I’m in Vegas again.
This steak house offers excellent service and food. A nice and fresh alternative to the tourist places on the strip. I can highly recommend it. If course, like everywhere else in the US your plates are cleared before the last person has finished the food. A bad habit for which in France personal would be fired. But that is the way of living and eating here. 5 stars 🤩
Never disappointed here.
The bottomless mimosa is delicious! You can ask for other juice types. The coffee is beyond great.
I’m told by my husband that my usual order (the short rib hash) is the worst thing on the menu, but it’s delicious regardless (I’ll try something else next time).
We always get the watermelon tomato salad. It’s ridiculously refreshing and super tasty.
Service is always 100%
5 star service, always, if nothing else. Today's attendance was for Sunday Brunch and an early anniversary date. Hostess, manager, and our server all made it a point to wish us a happy anniversary. Forward to brunch... absolutely get the mushroom fries! Hubby got AMAZING French Toast. I had a great short rib hash. Again, 5 star service has to be reiterated. And the atmosphere is fun and casual. A locals favorite.
This place was recommended by a staff at the rental car company. This was definitely an excellent recommendation! A very good steakhouse. Service was exceptional and food was amazing.
Words fail to describe the perfection of our experience at Echo & Rig. Absolutely beautiful and elegant atmosphere, while not at all being pretentious. Delicious, unique cocktails served by enthusiastic and knowledgeable bartenders. The dining service was, as another has pointed out, second to none. Flawless attentiveness from the server assistant Matt (our glasses were never less than half full). Our server, Augustine, was warm, inviting and informative. He let us know that the 40oz Tomahawk steak was only $2.60 an ounce, and that it may be a good option for the three of us, which we were not disappointed by to say the least. Cooked with a delicate crisp on the outside and served with 3 different sauces that are available during brunch, which complimented the meal perfectly. All of our salads were phenomenal, the Cesar dressing in particular was made in-house and complimented with shaved Parmesan. I have never had a better crab cake in my life. The dessert was astounding as well. The ice cream was light and fluffy, the sherbets vibrant and addicting. Dan, the general manager, personally greeted us among many (if not all) of the other tables and somehow raised the already high bar of hospitality that had been set. Hands down the best dining experience we’ve ever had. Looking forward to coming back to Vegas, if for no other reason than to give this establishment my money again.
Echo and Rig was a wonderful, spur of the moment decision dinner reservation for my wife and I back in November. The atmosphere was lively, yet relaxing. I recommend sitting outside on the patio, heaters available for cooler nights make it a pleasant experience.
Because I promised, not out of obligation, but rather because I genuinely want to, I highly and strongly recommend asking for Ari as your server. This man gave wonderful recommendations the entire night, attended to us exceptionally well, was funny, witty, and quick with clever responses and was an absolute joy to be waited by. If you have complaints, ask for Chuck (inside joke, no offense to a potential server named Chuck, if there is working there).
Very affordable compared to steakhouses on the strip, worth every dollar. Anyone reading this considering this as an option, try it out. Well worth the drive and time.
Very good steakhouse. We were seated immediately with a reservation at 445 pm. Bread was pretty good. Service was exceptional.
The manager came right over and introduced herself and our server. The server Kayla did a great job describing the cuts of meat and even brought out the big steaks for us to look at. Way too much for us on those ones, but I settled on the Spencer and the wife had the Ribeye. Both steaks were exceptional, you can tell they know their meats.
For sides we had the heirloom carrots which were very good, the garlic mashed potatoes, which were excellent, and the Brussel sprout leaves which weren't out fave, our server noticed we didn't care fo them and took it off the bill without us asking. We also had the pork belly burnt ends as an app and they were ok. We shared a black and blue mojito which was nice and fresh. For dessert we took a pineapple upside down cake home with us, it was very very good.
All in all this is a great place with great food and such good prices. Total for all this was 140 all in. Tipped 20 percent and felt like it was a steal. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a great steak without the strip markup. It's a bit of a drive but so worth it.
We loved our meal and service! Kris was phenomenal and shared in our foodie-ness ways. He was able to capture our tastebuds and make great recommendations! Thank you for an amazing night, great experience and excellent food!
Amazing food, beautiful decor and friendly service. This place is amazing, we had the sprouts, oysters, prawns, fillet and rib eye. All of it was outstanding. The star for me was the oysters and the 3 sauces that came with them, the fillet which was perfectly cooked and could be cut with back side of a spoon and the brussel sprouts. If we are ever back in town we will be back again. The gimlet cocktail was also great.
This place is amazing! Fresh orange juice to go with your mimosas. The Salmon Benedict and Avocado Toast was delicious. Our waiter Marcos was amazing, I will definitely be coming back.
Superb in every way. Clean,. No. Immaculate. Service was prompt and on point. Steak was prepared perfectly, as well as the rest of the meal. Our waiter was attentive and capable and certainly on task. Price point was as expected. Meaning: It's Tivoli Square. Of course it's expensive. The service and food produces excellence so no surprises as to the bill. Will definitely patronize again.
