Absolutely spectacular! So if you're reading this review, you're probably thinking Ellis Island it can't be a high-end restaurant. But you're dead wrong! While it may not appear to be high-end, the food is very very good and is worth the trip for a decent price. It doesn't seat a lot of people. It's not huge but it is great food, small menu, basically chicken or ribs or a combination of both. It's one of the few restaurants in the area that doesn't cost a ton of money to have a good meal. I've had breakfast here. Great lunch great and now dinner is spectacular. I urge anyone who's in the area that likes barbecue stop by and eat this food
I ate in the main restaurant and this is the best prices in Las Vegas. I had the NY strip with shrimp and a couple of Margaritas and a couple of brews that were brewed on site. The margaritas were 8 dollars and the beers were four dollars. The dinner was only 21.99.
I was with a large group and it was the first time we had a affordable meal. My steak wasn't the greateat cut but for the price I couldn't complain. I have been going here for over 20 years and it is the best value in Vegas
Hidden BBQ joint a few blocks from the strip. Only $4 a pint of beer!!
I had the half rack of pork ribs, bbq half chicken, corn on the cob, coleslaw, beans, and garlic bread. The amount of food you get could feed 2 easily for only $20!
Limited menu but the items they do very well.
Tender and tasty BBQ in Vegas.
Generous portions at very reasonable prices. I had the full rack of baby back ribs. I’m a big eater and had to take half home. Can’t beat $4 draught craft beers!
Visited today and ordered full rack of ribs. Food was delicious.
Lots of TV"s to watch Monday Night football. So decent experience.
This restaurant is in the rear of the casino.
The ribs were tender and tasty with good sides and craft beer. Their dry Irish stout is a good copy of Guinness with more flavor. Signing up for their players card gets you $3 off.

Ribs are amazing. Worth every cent. My husband loved the chicken too. If your in Vegas it's about 10min walk away from flamingo. Worth the walk.
Menu is basic... chicken and ribs...
That being said, you only serve 2 things. They have to be good, right? Both are ripe and fall of the bone tender.
They come with corn on the cob, baked beans, and coleslaw.
Sides need improvement.
Our waiter was amazing and deserved the 100% tip! He was attentive, cheerful, kind, and very patient with these old ladies.

I have been going to Ellis Island including the Barbecue place off and on for about 5 years. I usually go about once every 6 months. It is VERY consistent. Food is good, relatively inexpensive for a tourist spot. About $20 a person.
It's a solid 4 stars, but not a 5 star for me. I never understood why there are no starches offered such as potatoes or potato salad. The meal comes with your protein (ribs or chicken), baked beans, coleslaw, garlic bread, 2 pieces of corn. Service the glasses are big but yet I was not offered a refill for my soda, so only 4 stars on the service. (Yes it was empty - not trying to be difficult). The half a chicken was the smallest chicken I've seen in my life (but still enough for me).
Overall Recommended.
Oh, let me tell you about my recent visit to Ellis Island Barbeque! I'm still in awe of their lightning-fast service. It's like you're barely settled into your seat and boom, there's your food!
And the ribs? Oh my, they're something else. They're so fantastic that I'm still dreaming about them. Perfectly cooked with a smoky flavor that just melts in your mouth - it's pure bliss. I can't remember the last time I had ribs this good!
The staff there are top-notch too. They were all so friendly and attentive. Made me feel right at home. As if the amazing food wasn't enough, their great service really sealed the deal for me.
So, if you're asking me, I'd say Ellis Island Barbeque is currently serving up some of the best barbeque experiences you can get. Can't wait for my next visit!
First thing first late night early morning special $9.99 7oz steak and eggs with potatoes and toast 🔥. The servers are friendly and they bring your food out fast. Now the casino is small so you don't get the strip casino experience. They have tables with $5 minimum black jack. The last thing I would like to mention Ellis Island is literally on the next block over from the strip. I walked there this morning around 3am by myself and didn't feel unsafe. It's about a 7-10 minute walk.
Excellent rib dinner. Get a player’s card for a discount too. It would even be better with fries or a baked potato.
Some of the best ribs I have ever eaten. 😋 Sides: Beans were good. The corn and bread were miserable. Cole slaw was slightly better, but not recommendable. I recommend their IPA. Nice blend of hops and citrus.

This place is located within Ellis Island Casino which sits close to the strip. It is a 21 and up eatery, so no kids are allowed. The menu is very short--literally 4 items nonetheless we got the full rack of ribs and I shared them
With my husband. It came with 2 corns, baked beans and Cole slaw. The corn was really good. The beans and Cole slaw left much to be desired. The ribs, however were tender, well seasoned and the bbq was good as well. It's most likely the best bbq I've had since I've been in Vegas, and I've tried several places that just didn't quite measure up. Also, if you get a players card and play a few slots, you will receive a discount. You must present your players card, however. The service was ok--nothing overly great but he was decent.

---HALF RACK WITH HALF CHICKEN $16
includes corn, potato salad, bar-b-q beans, garlic toast BEST DEAL in Las Vegas !!!!! Really. The best deal in Las Vegas and DELICIOUS with a nice staff too! A+++
It used to be a hidden gem, but word has gotten out: this is the place to go for ribs! With the players card you get a discount -- even more if you play $5 with your players card and then visit the kiosk for a promotional bonus. The ribs are delicious and they come with corn on the cob, baked beans, cole slaw, and bread. It's a bargain and a generous serving.
It's a cheap local favorite. If you come here, looking for the best barbecue in town It's not. However, the food is delicious for what the price is. It's not going to break your wallet. Even get a discount with a player's card. Make sure when you show up you have your entire party as they will not see you until everybody's present. Food even came out pretty quick as well. I wish you had a choice of potato instead of bread but at the price can't complain
