The food here is fantastic! Chef John is truly an artist! The food and wine pairing menu is one of a kind and the service? 5 star plus! The chefs introduction to the menu had us eager! For pudding there were 5 desserts.. 5! And still chef John gave us an extra dish as a thank you ! Now that is customer service! The restaurant is so beautiful and intimate. Had a table by the window and the view of the strip is epic! A huge shout out to head service man Sunday for making this food adventure spectacular! If you are foodie, and in Las Vegas.. You have to go sample the food here! So worth it!

Modern French cuisine perched at the top of the Mandarin Oriental. The view from any table is fantastic and the food is good. We chose to go with the five course tasting menu and split a discovery wine pairing. My favorite dish off the night was buffalo with truffle shavings. It was a standout dish. I was very confused by the "broken" plates at our table as they were immediately taken away when we were seated. I guess they're interesting to look at? I wouldn't go back here as I've had better food for the same price elsewhere, but it was still good regardless.

This was truly an amazing experience . We celebrated our 11 years anniversary and had an excellent culinary experience . The food was beautifully presented and when you took a bite it was like a symphony of flavor and textures that melted in your mouth. We met the chief and enjoyed our conversation . The atmosphere and service was excellent.

Elegant fine dining resturant. The service and atmosphere are great. I have tried the vegeterian menu for the first time, it was tasty and the chef was creative by adapting to non alcoholic dinners. However, Not all the desserts were tasty. But i will give it 5 star for the experience.

By far, my favorite dining experience here in Las Vegas. Staff is super attentive, the chefs always producing the most creative meals. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Quite delicious. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves regarding presentation. The service was just as excellent. I was expecting the atmosphere to be a little stuffy but was pleasantly surprised when the staff were warm and accommodating while maintaining the high standard of service you’d expect.

The staff at Twist is outstanding. The food was excellent along with a great wine pairing. This is a bit of a hidden gem on the strip. Twist replaced Costa Do Mari as my favorite Vegas restaurant. Thanks guys, see you when I have my next trade show.

If you can get reservations here, i highly recommend the exceptional dining experience you will receive at Twist. They take fine dining to a level that you only imagine in a Hollywood movie. Venison steak cooked to perfection without a gamey taste. Oysters on the half shell had just a hint of salt to help bring out the flavor of the oysters. Highly recommend if you have the time to take two hours for an exquisite dinner with a view.

It's twistedly good... unfortunately I had to remove 1 star. After giving 5 stars which they were highly deserved, Expresso and desserts set come along. The Expresso cup and dessert's spoon were smelt fishy. I'm not a fancy eater but utensil with fishy smell is no-no.

Our absolute favorite restaurant in the city. The food is outstanding and so beautifully presented. When partaking in the tasting menu the Chef always has bonus rounds or treats you weren't expecting. Despite being vegetarians, we have come away each visit feeling that they are committed to giving us an equal experience to any other diners in quantity, quality and creativity. The room itself is elegant and has a wonderful view, including from the bathrooms.(When you wash your hands.) The staff pampers you from the moment you arrive until you leave. We have dined in more restaurants than I can remember over the last 25 years of marriage here in the Las Vegas area, but Twist is one that you will never forget.

First time in Vegas and first time visiting Twist. I ordered the 4 course vegetarian meal and loved it!!! From start to finish the flavors were refreshing, savory, light and a joy to experience. Customer service was wonderful and the price was very affordable considering the experience. The atmosphere was calm and the mocktail was delicious.😄

Awesome Buffett with plenty variety for different ethnicity's. The wide selection to choose from is phenomenal! The food is pretty good! The turkey was truly tender and not dry at all. I especially loved the steamed crabs legs and the corn oh my when I tried those I didn't want anything else after. I was supposed to get some lobster but forgot all about it. Note I got the warm crabs vs the cold ones.. I'm not going lie buffet is pretty expensive but at the end of the day I enjoyed and have no regrets! Sorry about pictures I was more concerned about eating lol

I rarely if ever spend this kind of money eating out, but Twist was certainly an experience we didn’t regret splurging on. We had the tasting menu which was amazing. While I won’t say I loved every item on the menu (due to personal preference- not the quality of the food), every item was unique and interesting, and most were delicious. Langoustine 4 ways and the venison were the winners for us. The service was also excellent- the best I have experienced in a long time. From walking in the door to walking out- everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and professional- top tier service. Be prepared to spend several hundred dollars per person- but if you’re looking for A high end dining experience then Twist is a solid choice on the Vegas strip. Even better if you’re lucky enough to get a table with a view.

Really great experience! They had us at the amuse, which consisted of five different items. The dessert was equally as comprehensive. Probably the best venison I've ever had. Some of the wine pairings were awesome, some were so-so. My wife had the grand pairing, I had the discovery pairing. Maybe my expectations are too high, but I want to be blown away by some of the wines, and really only the aged Riesling did that.

The best I've ever had! I've been to France, Spain, and had fine dining there and locally in San Diego. But, every single little piece of food, down to the homemade butter was fantastic! I probably have never spent so much on food for two, but it was so memorable that we shall return. This is a place that deserves the recognition it gets.
