The food was absolutely amazing!!! The decor is very inviting, and our server Brenda, was very friendly. We split the Sophie's salad, which is a must try. It was the best salad I've ever had. The dressing was absolutely amazing! I had the tuna steak. It was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. My husband had the pork tenderloin. It was equally delicious. It was very flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. We shared a side of brussel sprouts...I highly recommend. We had one of the best dining experiences ever. We will definitely return next time we are in Vegas. Way to go Bobby Flay!!
I enjoyed my first visit and went back the next night! The restaurant is located in Caesar's Palace near the Sports Book area. If you are solo, you will be sat at the bar. They were out of Rabbit. The Veal Chop was awesome. I will say that I couldn't taste or see any Goat Cheese. I also sample Pumpkin Soup (it had a kick but was great!) I also sampled the Tiger Shrimp and they would make a great small meal. I sampled a bone in steak...gosh that was good! Carrot Cake was 'ok'...the dessert menu is not that tempting. The second night I had the pulled Pork quesadilla. It tasted good, but wears on you as an entree (the shrimp was better). They had good Port wine selections. Service was excellent. I would visit again!
Absolutely loved our Mesa meal and experience! Our server, Joel, was attentive and helpful throughout the dinning experience! We recommend the Ahi Tuna, it is the best we have ever tasted! The Mahi and the Pork Loin meals were also amazing! Try the Cactus Margarita!
First time eating at one of Bobby Flays restaurants. I have to say where have I been all this time.
Appetizers where good and came out in a timely manner.
Main dish I was surprised how big the steak was and juicy. Also cooked to perfection. Definitely worth every penny.
If you like your dishes to have a little bit of Mexican influence this place is definitely worth checking out.
We were seated right away, which was great for a party of 6. This place is an interesting take on Mexican I guess. They had bread and a lot of different margs to choose from. Overall, everyone enjoyed their meals. It was a little pricey but nothing over the top.
The reason we may not return is that service was slow. It took over 2 hours!
Delicious! I had a couple different. I would say this was one of the better restaurants inside of Caesars. The meat was cooked to perfection! The crab cakes are small but totally worth it. It as the best crab cakes I've ever tried, they were packed with delicious crabs. The tamales were also really good in the sauce.
We had this place recommended to us, and we were not disappointed. You can expect to pay a premium price, but everything we ordered was extremely well cooked and tasted great. My cocktails were really well balanced, and both meat dishes we ordered were delicious. Our appetizer was also well thought out with its flavor combinations. We'll definitely go here again next time we're in Vegas.
Treat yourself at lunch.
The quality of the good and the service was very good on our lunch visit. If you are looking for a great fish meal you must try the Halibut... Wow. (Pictured)
The burger on the brioche bun was remarkable.
This is not a cheap lunch, but you won't be disappointed with the quality or flavours
Bobby Flays sure can slay the competition
Tiger Shrimp and Roasted Corn Tamale:
Shrimp were nice and sweet, a little small but packed a lot of flavor. The corn tamale was tasty but I felt like it had more going on than just a corn tamale.
Ribeye with green and red Chile sauce:
Holy moly this steak packed a lot of flavor. Cooked to perfection, with a nice rub on top. The two sauces have completely different profiles than each other. Want smoky? Go red, want sweet? go green. Want flavor town? Go to a Guy Fieri restaurant. But mix both sauces and you will have a good time.
Twice Baked Potato:
Cooked great, super smooth and creamy. Was a good choice.
Roasted Corn:
My wife had the corn and said it was "da bomb" I was already stuffed that I didn't give it a try.
Sticky Toffee Cake:
Really, really good. Not too sweet but cooked through. The crunchy granola on top made for a nice contrast in textures. Paired well with Coffee.
Overall?
This was a great time, service was prompt and super nice. The food was exceptional and tequila looked plentiful. Only thing I would nag on is no hats at the dinner table (which is fine because my mother taught me to take off my hat in a restaurant) but then I see guys in swim trunks and flip flops. If your going to inforce one rule them maybe you should enforce a few more. Or lighten up on them. I would totally go back for sure.
Delicious brunch menu. They gave us a variety basket of fresh corn bread and coffee cake to start. The lamb on this Cobb salad was tender and cooked perfectly. Not shy on the heat either, which is a good thing for me as I like spicy. Reasonable prices for being in a Vegas casino.
Came for our wedding anniversary. We made reservations which I recommend doing. Southwest type fusion flavors with a pretty good kick to them. Good selection of things I wouldn't normally try. Always fun to get out of the comfort zone. Pricey but to be expected. Definitely a "special occasion" place to go.
Chef Flay is a master with heat! His seared Tuna and Roasted Corn Soup bring out flavors of spices and chilies 🌶 His staff went out of the way to accommodate us at last minute.
Bring out the heat, Bobby!
We had a fantastic experience at Mesa Grill. The staff was very knowledgeable about the food and provided excellent recommendations. Every dish we had was very well presented and the flavor was top notch.
The service was prompt and didn't lack in any way. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a flavorful and enjoyable meal!
My absolute favorite place in all of Las Vegas.
Everything about this meal was stunning.
The fundito was stunning. The kind of appetizer that you could order several of as a meal.
Every. Damn. Day.
The Lamb chops were textbook definition of medium rare. They had me unceremoniously gnawing on the bone.
The pumpkin tamale, was an unexpected treat.
The absolute highlight of my Vacation.
Came here right after the Mariah Carey's 8pm Sunday night show at The Colosseum. Was seated immediately. My mom ordered the $50 pre fixe meal with Tiger Shrimp & Roasted Garlic Corn Tamale, and an Ancho Chile-Honey Glazed Salmon. We then shared the Coconut Cream Key Lime for dessert dessert. For my entree, I got the New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin and my dad got the Mango & Spice Crusted Tuna Steak. We also shared a baked potato.
All the items we got were delicious. The restaurant itself is comfortable, relaxing and inviting.
This place was so good!! Perfect for lunch. We had the goat cheese queso, green chili cheese burgers regular bacon cheese burger with some of the best margaritas. Wow!!! Walking by the kitchen it was very clean and very well organized. The service was top notch! Again you could tell the entire staff were there for their guest.
Beautiful food amazing atmosphere. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. We had a reservation for my birthday so I would highly recommend if you want to eat at Mesa you make a reservation in advance. We had the steak and the filet mignon with the double baked potatoes and it was to die for. They have a wonderful assortment of hand crafted margaritas.
