This place is pretty awesome!
The wait was only a few minutes despite it being quite busy and they told us it would be 15 minutes.
Once sat, service was prompt and accommodating.
There were so many options in the menu that sounded AMAZING, but I ended up getting the Island Skillet with toast and a sweet cream crepe with strawberries.
The crepe's thickness and density was on pointe, the filing was creamy and sweet but not overly sweet. There strawberries it came with were fresh, but the strawberry puree was too watery and seemed possibly store bought and not made in house.
The island skillet was DELICIOUS!!!
The ratio of meat to potatoes was seemingly perfect, the cheese, gravy, and eggs it was topped with were cooked perfectly and every ingredient complimented the others. The combination of flavors was complex and heavy but balanced.
I will definitely be eating here again and again!
Went to Babystacks at 930 on a Friday. The place was packed, and seating for a party of one took 15 minutes. After being seated, service was fast and excellent, and the food came right out.
I got the biscuits and gravy egg and bacon combo. It was a good amount of food, but the gravy was not what I was expecting. Instead of a traditional sausage gravy, it was a white cream gravy with bits of bacon in it. Lot's of onion flavor as well. This was good, but, not what I was expecting. I upgraded my side to a strawberry Babystack and that was certainly the highlight. The fresh cut strawberries and cream were fantastic and the strawberry syrup really complimented it well.
Overall, for the biscuits and gravy combo plus a soda and an upgrade to a Babystack as a side, it was $30 for just me.
Nice little restaurant tucked away. Some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Would definitely recommend trying the s'mores if you have a sweet tooth. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.
Of the various breakfast places I've tried, BabyStacks has been my favorite, especially for the price. I always get country fried steak with gravy. I'm not sure what they put in the gravy, but I'm guessing it's crack. Because it's the literal reason I keep going back. Anybody can make usual breakfast items at home, even flavored pancakes. So, I don't see a point in paying $2 for a 20 cent egg at any restaurant. But when there is a flavor that can't be recreated, it's worth going. This is why I don't go back to Snooze. I do recommend upgrading your side pancakes to flavored. The flavors literally taste like their names.
The most wonderful breakfast we have had in a while! The staff were ALL so kind & attentive. The food was delicious. Classic hot coffee.
I absolutely love this place. There comes a time when you realize why dirty a bunch of dishes when you can order pick up? Their 2 egg breakfast hits every time. The signature red velvet pancakes, DIVINE! The crispy chicken salad, so simple yet so delicious. The staff are always exceptional and friendly. You can tell they treat their staff well because it's always the same crew when you come in. They even have some really attractive cooks slanging out them pancakes. The wait is worth it if you dine in. The servers are always so kind. Their digital checkout system makes it easy to leave. I can't express enough how amazing their food, service and atmosphere are! 10/10. a million stars. The best bacon. I could keep going.
This place was absolutely wonderful the staff made me and my kids and hubby fell at home. That was some of the best loco moco I have ever had and this is from someone who has lived in guam for three years…and the red velvet pancakes were outstanding! I loved it and can’t wait to make another trip to Vegas just to get here again!
Delicious breakfast and lunch dishes with a Hawaiian or Filipino style. They do have traditional breakfast options, but absolutely try the Hawaiian and Filipino variations. I had the Chili Moco and it was fantastic. The garlic rice is a must try.
Staff is courteous and professional. 0 complaints. Will go again.

These pancakes redefine culinary bliss. Fluffy, golden, and impeccably soft, they transcend mere breakfast fare. Each bite is a symphony of flavors and textures, a delicate dance of sweet and savory notes. The buttery richness melts in the mouth, complementing the light, fluffy interior. Their golden exteriors offer a tantalizing crispness, a perfect contrast to the tender center. Served with a drizzle of the finest maple syrup, they elevate the experience to a realm of unparalleled delight. These pancakes aren't just a meal; they're an experience, an ode to culinary artistry that leaves an indelible mark on one's taste memory.
I LOVE this restaurant! And clearly so does a lot of people. I got there just in time, before the long wait line. The pancakes were delicious. Only one problem...I asked for extra cream cheese syrup for my carrot cake pancakes. They quoted $1.25 EXTRA!! WTH!! I don't mind paying extra but to pay for your whole syrup batch for the entire day is ROBBERY!
Came here for the first time on a busy Sunday. I had the Mexican omelette. The entire meal was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and never once ran out of coffee despite it being so busy. Definitely will be back to eat here. Whether you're visiting or a local. Be sure to swing by here for some breakfast!
The food was amazing! The only reason why it's a four star was because of the service. It took awhile to get our orders taken and we never got/offered a refill of water. The gravy on the chicken fried steak could use a little more seasoning as well.
Prior to calling this location I had attempted to call the location on Durango and it was just absolutely ridiculous! What a stark contrast when I called the location on Buffalo. Devon was the young man who answered the phone and he was sooo professional and kind. I personally thanked him for the way he handled himself on the phone while taking my order. And while there waiting to get my order I observed the way he dealt with other patrons and he's just a great employee. You can just tell he's a kind-hearted person. I had to get on here and acknowledge him. Thank you again Devon!
This place is awesome. So far everything I have tried has been amazing. Definitely worth going to. I am not a chocolate fan. But the red velvet pancakes are the best from what the others in are group said. I went for the omelettes.
This was my first experience at Baby Stacks. I went early at 7:15 am on a Friday. We were seated right away and there were lots of open tables. Service was polite and prompt. I ordered a side of bacon and pictured are the Oreo half stacks. (3 pancakes) they were amazing!
One of the best breakfasts I've had in Vegas!! I cant recommend the skillets enough. The lady taking our order was extremely kind and patient too. We will be back!!
Finally made it there. Eggs good, pancakes good. Don't like the potatoes. I think the frozen type. Friend had strawberry pancakes, yummy. Very pleasant waiter.
