My 2 colleagues and myself dined at Momofuku while in Vegas for a conference. We stumbled upon Momofuku after deciding to skip the other restaurants in the Cosmopolitan. We were so happy that we landed at this establishment. We opted to sit at bar and ended up having Josh as our server/bartender. And thank the Lord we did! He is an amazing bartender that not only has so much knowledge in mixology but he knew the menu better than any bartender that I’ve seen. He knew how to pair flavors and how every dish was prepared in the kitchen. We let him order all of our food for us, without telling us what he had ordered. He picked amazing dishes that complimented each other and the drinks so well. We are three food industry professionals that were in town for a catering conference. We have never been so impressed with the high level of service and quality of food that we had. Many restaurants have one or the other, rarely do they posses both these days. Hats off to Josh and the chefs at Momofuku. Thank you for such an amazing dining experience.
Came across the restaurant by accident when searching for somewhere to eat. Soooo glad we did. We were there for the happy hour menu which was excellent value for money. The food while limited in choice because of the happy hour menu did not disappoint. The flavours danced on your tongue and i will dream about those ribs forever (mouth is watering now). Service was excellent and food came out quick and hot. Another bonus they served moscato by the glass lol. Great meal, great service and great value. If I am ever in Vegas again, i will definitely go back.
Literally the best meal I’ve ever eaten. I despise seafood, and I was gobbling up the uni hash brown. Black truffle ramen was incredible and worth every penny.
Food was too delicious !!! to the shishito pepper appetizers to the pear salad and mini buns... the lamb ribs and chicken.. superb food and beautiful atmosphere, momofuku does it right without being too fancy and over the top.. delicious food with a great balance of modern asian and american food!
The chilled spicy noodle dish was my absolute favorite. The flavor was amazing. The Katsu Sole Ssam was so delicious too. Everything was good. Service was awesome. I would definitely go here again.
Became a big fan of David Chang through his Netflix series Ugly Delicious. I sought out this place for a late night dinner after a night galavanting around the strip and I was not disappointed. The server was very knowledgeable and helped me find menu items that were to my liking. The kitchen service was quick to produce the food and the food itself was great. Looking forward to visiting again on my next Time through Vegas.
Possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. Each plate was better than the last. Go with a large group, order everything.
My husband and I had an amazing anniversary lunch at Momofuku. We discovered this restaurant while watching David Chang's Ugly/Delicious on Netflix and were so excited to try it. The food was delicious and presented so beautifully. But it was the wonderful service that we received that was really the icing on the cake. Gregory was professional and fun, explaining dishes to us and pairing drinks. His recommendations were spot-on. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate our anniversary.
Food was delicious. We had two types of noodles, ramen and pork & shrimp buns. Service was equally as good. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.
Lunch menu is great. We enjoyed the duck and shared between 2. Pork belly bun was the best.
One of the best meals I have ever had the pleasure to eat! Everything was incredible and mouth watering.
Amazing service and food! We loved the wagyu tri tip, pork bun, chilled noodles and spicy cucumber! The cocktails were great as well, we tried the Summer Fling and the Tokyo Thyme.
Went there with my 15 year old who is an absolute foodie. We both loved it, the tastes and the attention we got, the detail and how passionate everyone is about the food and where they work was a joy to be around ! Absolutely recommend it !!!
Everything was amazing. Might be this years best. The extra bonus...... best LV bathroom
My wife and I loved our experience at Momofuku. The atmosphere feels elevated, great music and a wide view of the Vegas strip. Service was friendly , and dishes were excellent, from the presentation to the depth and variety of flavors. The fluke kinilaw was the standout dish, with fresh bright flavors and a nice burst of citrus. Pork belly buns had the thickest and fattiest pork belly I’ve had. The crispy lamb ribs had an amazing char, and came with a tangy and refreshing yogurt sauce. I’d love to return to try more dishes and dessert.
Probably the best Christmas dinner I've ever had in my lifetime. The pork belly literally melted in your mouth and the spicy cumbers with almonds is a must have. The staff was amazing and gave some excellent recommendations.
So, this is a 2 star Michelin restaurant. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the Shishito Peppers and the house pickles. The food was fresh and the service was fantastic. My husband is now a huge fan of the Spicy Miso Ramen. The Ginger Garlic noodle was very dry - so I had to order some extra sauces. But otherwise great. The crowd is good and the vibe is pretty chill. Would definitely recommend to make a reservation as it can get super busy.
Momofuku was great! They sat me at the chef’s table where the cooks greeted me. Food came fast. Although i recommended sharing plates so you can taste everything. The pork belly buns were so good! The pumpkin with the chili crunch was very surprising. And last but not least, the crispy lamb ribs is a must try! Very tender, and very tasteful.
We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting the barbershop nearby. We sat at the bar and drank + ate.
Great cocktails let the bartenders use their artistic abilities when you order. We ordered:
1. Mushroom ramen add pork belly - great flavors with fresh ingredients, delicious (5/5 🌟)
2. Brussel sprouts and cauliflower - the flavor profile was surprising and tasty. I ❤️ the🍍 vinaigrette, beware there is a little 🔥 when eating (5/5 🌟)
3. Crispy lamb ribs - these were really tasty and prepared well. They had a good mix of fat and meat. (5/5 🌟)
4. Fries - great flavors better than average. (4/5 🌟)
Would recommend trying, and I would visit again for the cocktails alone.
We ordered the Bo Ssäm and it was fantastic. The pork is super tender, and the sauce was very flavorful. The sides we got were also quite good (corn and brussel sprouts).
Service was very solid (expected for a restaurant of this price / location). Would come back to try some noodles and other dishes.
What a dinner!!! What an experience!!! We went with a friend but weren’t sure what to expect. We sat at the chefs table (I think that’s what they called it) it was like bar seating but with a front seat view of the kitchen. It was so much fun to watch everything being prepared and see the pride they took preparing each dish, even using small tongs to place the garnish in just the right spot. Everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. We sat in front of Brian’s station aka Yogi, he enjoyed his job and didn’t mind answering any questions we had about anything from what dish to choose to what he was busily preparing. His recommendations were spot on! We started with oysters and the Brussels Sprouts & cauliflower which were oh so good, the Brussels were tossed in a pineapple vinaigrette and topped with some spicy peppers. On Brian’s recommendation two of us chose the Mushroom Ramen, one with a poached egg added and one Spicy Miso Ramen. All were simply delicious!! For dessert he recommended the Yuzu tart, and just as everything else it was amazing.
I can’t recommend this place enough, the food was amazing and the kitchen staff were awesome!
Our server was not the best, but everybody has an off day once in a while and with everything else warranting 10 stars, we will definitely be back!!
Definitely one of the best places I’ve eaten at in a while. You could taste the quality and freshness. The food was so good. I was struggling to find something different in Vegas, and Momofuku delivered. And Mags was THE BEST SERVER. He helped us with sampling the best dishes on the menu. 100/10 👌🏾
one of my new favourite places to go to in vegas! couldn’t fault anything! drinks were amazing and the food 10/10! the servers were on top of their game! pork buns and cauliflower/brussels are to die for… it was so good that we wanted to go for lunch (different menu to the dinner menu), however all booked out :( defiantly recommend and to book in advance! if you book far ahead you can choose to sit by the windows and over look the strip! phenomenal.
My dining experience at Momofuku in the Cosmopolitan Casino, Las Vegas, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegance and a relaxed, welcoming vibe, setting the stage for a memorable meal.
The menu, crafted with creative flair and precision, showcases a delightful fusion of flavors. Every dish we ordered was a testament to the chef’s expertise in blending ingredients and techniques from different cuisines. The highlights for me were the pork belly buns and the ramen, both bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.
What truly elevates the dining experience at Momofuku is the impeccable service. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about their offerings. They made excellent recommendations and ensured our meal was an enjoyable journey through their menu.
Adding to the experience was the vibrant view of the Las Vegas Strip, visible through the restaurant’s expansive windows. It created a backdrop that was both dynamic and enchanting.
In conclusion, Momofuku at the Cosmopolitan Casino is a must-visit for food enthusiasts in Las Vegas. It’s not just a meal; it’s a culinary adventure that excites the palate and leaves you craving more. A well-deserved five stars for an exceptional dining experience!
