Went with with the tasting menu and it was pretty good. The presentation is great, and the food tastes good as well, but no dish in particular blew me away. Considering the price of most Vegas restaurants this was pretty fairly priced. They have a nice selection of wine as well!
Everything about Sage was superb. The service, the ambiance, the food. We ordered the beet salad, the fois gras pate, veal cheeks and the Kobe filet. We shared everything, and the kitchen was so gracious as to split everything for us, so please note that all photos show half of the true portion size

Prime restaurant inside Aria for high end dinner. Nice environment, fantastic waiter! Almost all salads and appetizers are worth trying. Best entry is scallops and ox tail - very interesting combination. Perfect cooked. Deserts are super fancy. Over all good experience.
An excellent meal. The soup was silky smooth. The duck was perfectly cooked. I requested medium and it came out exactly that way. It was the best roast duck I’ve had. I recommend a table. The bartender was overwhelmed.
