This place is absolutely wonderful. The service was great, the food was great and our waitress, Barbara, was just wonderful. We will definitely be returning back to Black Bear soon. Highly recommended. I also recommend the rib-eye. Seasoned to perfection!
Great place to break away from the Strip for a giant size breakfast. Excellent food and service. The biscuit was almost the size of a softball and yet fluffy and tender, aka the bomb! Great way to start our day. Thanks.
My first impression was how beautifully the food was placed and decorated on the platter as I watched other orders being delivered to their tables. I was not disappointed when our breakfast arrived. Great taste and wonderful service!

We had breakfast at this restaurant , I highly recommend this place. I had the cinnamon bun French toast omg was it incredible. Fresh, hot and delishous. Prices are good, large portions and good value. Wish we had this resturant in NC.
Went for breakfast and had a wonderful breakfast and did not have too long wait to be served. I would definitely go again! Our server was also excellent! She took interest in providing the best table service!
This is a must brilliant breakfast our server was excellent kept us topped up with coffee. I had a bear claw and could not finish it. That was on big bear

They staff was too loud ! Yelling to each other! Floor dirty and busser was sweeping( with a broom) by our table as we ate. 😒Food was good though!😀
We seated right away and the wait staff was very helpful and brought our order quickly.. Hubby asked for sausage gravy and loved it.. Great place to eat!!
Went here during brunch time and it was packed. Make sure you get your name on their list right away so you can get called sooner. Food was delicious, cornbeef hash was a little dry, but I asked for gravy and it was all good. Highly recommend their chicken fried steak eggs Benedict. They also have a kids menu which was very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get and if you order one of the "cub" breakfast items after 11am you get a free treat for your little one.

Great food and generous portions. I got the hot turkey sandwich for breakfast. Kind and friendly staff. Quick service. Great bear decor. They even had little black bear souvenirs for church. Very cute. I will definitely go back!

This is the only spot we go for breakfast when we are in Vegas- they will make you a salad if you want at 8am and have home baked goods!

I had steak and eggs, and the 6 ounces seemed huge. It was perfectly cooked with no fat. I ordered a medium and it was just a hair pink. I ordered the poached eggs runny in the middle and they came back quite undercooked so I sent it back to be microwaved. They did offer to replace them.

Amazing place and amazing people. I was looking for a place where I could eat and work. Had a veggie omelette and a hot chocolate. Omelette comes with fresh fruits and slices of buttered bread. Whole wheat was amazing with butter on top. The server and thé reception guy was very helpful in accommodating that my seat is closer to a charging output. Overall food is amazing there.
They place is buzzing, and if you're in a medium to lg party, you'd have to join the line for breakfast. The food is delicious and will carry you throughout the entire day because it's of their lg portions and how flavorful everthing is. The staff and cooks seem really nice. The menu looks like the daily newspapers, which was pretty simple and chic. Also, at the entrance you can purchase pies and cakes.
Had a great experience at this place when we were in Vegas visiting family! Our server was super sweet and efficient and breakfast was delicious. I’ve never experienced a Chicken Fried Steak Benedict before and I would highly recommend it! My husband really enjoyed his steak and eggs too. We’ve visited a Black Bear Diner in Salt Lake City a few months ago and had an equally wonderful experience there.
On a personal note, the decor always makes me nostalgic for Maine - that dark green paint/wood combo is classic! Love it.

We are on our vacation, Google searched some food near us and chose Black Bear Diner. We are so happy we did! HUGE portions (with food being so expensive everywhere it was wonderful feeling like you got your money's worth!) Our waiter Anthony was AMAZING. Extremely friendly, genuine and accommodating. Honestly one of the best wait staff we've had in years of traveling.
The diner was cute, clean and the food was DELICIOUS. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. We are probably going again tomorrow! Lol

[Update]: Been a long while since we last visited. Still a very convenient place to grab a bite. It's a diner, nothing fancy but welcoming. The food is good, again a diner. Good value for your money.
More importantly, the service. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
Always a great place to eat service was excellent food excellent for t he price came hungry left slightly slumped buts a good thing.
After being stuck on the strip for days, it was a nice serendipitous find after picking up our rental. Food was great, portions were large and service was friendly. Surprised how busy it was on a Thursday morning so come early
We were hungry and tired of eating at the same places. And always looking for kid friendly. Since I have 4 kids. We pulled right in. Walked right up. Sat down very quickly. And the waitress was great. Great team work. The patty melt jammin. was amazing l like that it tasted home made. Basically a cheeseburger on sourdough but Parmesan crusted and the seasoning they add. Great touch. Kids loved the pancakes. Milkshake was devoured. Lol. And the egg scramble. What a presentation. Thank you Black bear diner.

Never a bad experience. Love this place. I have been to four different locations and the food quality is always the same excellent at this time I decided to show some desserts L O L. One order is enough for two people for desserts.
