When you finally get a reservation here, you will be happy you did. Located in Bally's at the BLT Steakhouse, this brunch features so much, its impossible to partake in everything during one visit. Now, its definitely not inexpensive, running about $160 per person with tax and tip, but is something you need to experience at least once while in Vegas. Make your reservations early, it took a couple months for mine. Service is great, Champagne is excellent and the food is really good. A must try for that Vegas experience.
The service was as always outstanding, my server was Sergio. Compared to my last visit the quality improved in line with the price. This time the oysters were fresh, mild, and delicious. The filet mignon was outstanding. Great additions are the free flowing champagne and the caviar. The lamb chops and roast beef were tender, juicy, and delicious. The giant shrimps were perfect. The stone crabs can be improved as they are kind of dry. The quality and presentation of the dessert choices improved substantially. The selection is adequate and the presentation is a delight to the eye and the pallet. Overall a very pleasant experience and it is always worth doing it. Bring a lot of time as it took me 3 1/2 hours to sample almost everything. Highly recommend!
I was here 7/19
This was absolutely the dinning experience of a lifetime. The amount of money we paid was a drop in the bucket for what we got. I will never come to Vegas without stopping here. Up until this a felt like 50-60 bucks I spend at some of the so-called higher end buffets was worth it. I won't eat at any other buffet in Las Vegas. Not only was the food good the quality was outstanding and never did I see the bottom of a pan because they keep them full. Three of us ate at the bar without reservations by staking out the seating area at 8am. It was worth it. I do it again and...... again
Everything was great. But I was a little disappointed in the service. I was alone and he seemed to treat the couple's in both sides of me better. But the champagne was always kept full and the food was beyond amazing. The lobster, filet mignon, and lamb was cooked perfectly... And remained perfect even buffet style. They make small amounts and continually refill dishes. I LOVED the lobster omlet. Even had two. Everything I tried was amazing.
Seafood and champagne heaven!!! The lobster tail was delicious and shrimp cocktail. King crab legs were ok. Lobster omelet I thought was dry. Meat station don't even bother. Service was great and everyone was so helpful. Definitely worth going to if you love seafood.
It is not 100 per person. It 125 and there is tips. With that said if can make it do it, I will do it again. Next time I make it to vegas, was well worth it to me. I had at least 3 bottle of champagne to myself. Staff was great. Do not let the delicious popovers feel you up. Turns out that I dont like caviar, and fillet mignon cooked right will melt in you mouth like butter. It not just a lot seafood. IT'S delicious food, and a lot of champagne.
It's now 105 dollars per person, but in my opinion, it's worth the price! Unlimited caviar, buttered lobster tails, big king crab legs and champagne is already worth the admission price, on top of that it probably has one of the best prime rib, giant shrimp cocktail and their famous lobster cream cheese omelette is a must try, relative small choices for its prize but everything they put on the floor is premium food, don't forget to ask for their famous fresh bread and lobster egg benedict because where else are you going to have it?? They take mostly reservations and they are made mostly monthes in advance, they take limited walk in but you will have to sit at the bar which only has about 20 seats, the buffets start a 930, we went there at around 845 and there were already 6 people ahead of us.
I believe that this is the best Sunday brunch buffet in Las Vegas. It is the only buffet that serves all you can eat high quality lobster tails and filet mignon. The quality of the king crab legs, black amia cavier, prime rib, rack of lamb, Neuske bacon, omlettes and everything else is 2nd to none on the Strip or any where else I have ever been. The variety is less than other buffets but it is made up for in quality. Did I mention they serve bottomless glasses of Perrier Jouet, bloody Marys and sake (goes well with the sushi). If, or should I say, when you go, make sure to stop by the omlette station and order the lobster, cognac and boursin omlette - it's absolutely amazing!
By the way, the service is absolutely exceptional. Ask for Sergio.
It's the most expensive buffet in Vegas at $95, but sooo worth it. I'll be back to Vegas in June and have already made my reservation (Be sure to make a reservation as they only serve brunch on Sunday).
It's a quaint and intimate setting by buffet standards and the staff are attentive in a sort of classic golden era Vegas way. The price is definitely on the higher side but Sterling brunch is worth trying at least once for the protein heavy premium selection and laid back haste free setting. I didn't try everything because I don't want to eat until I explode so I went by spur of the moment appetite to enjoy lamb chops, lobster ravioli, oysters, sausage, caviar and fatty lobster tail. Everything was delicious all the way down to the coffee and let me not forget to mention they ensure that your champagne glass is always topped off, they seem to really like popping bottles here! Unfortunately I didn't make it to the Bloody Mary bar because I can't fit that much food into my stomach so perhaps another time. My favorite food after thought is the French toast that is absolutely heavenly done tree cake style cubed and caramelized with perfect sugar crisps on the outside only in a parallel universe could I stuff myself with ten. Wish we could've stayed longer but the drive home required much of the day.
Totally awesome. Old school luxury and decadence at its finest.
Caviar, Champagne, Rack of Lamb and Lobster are never ending. And not like cheap sparkling wine...but Perrier Jouet. Flowing like water.
Javier was our tux clad server. Even though had been at resort since days of the fire, had energy of a teenager. Professional, effecient and technically sound.
I wish the rest of the clientele was dress to impress as we were, but tough to control this with all the vacationing masses.
Will defintely need to bring your wallet. But it's an amazing experience you can't miss for special occasions.
Make your reservations now and thank me later.
