We came here for my husband’s 40th birthday and we were completely blown away! The staff was amazing; friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pretentious. We had a four course meal with wine pairings and every single bite and sip was perfection. They also brought out a selection of desserts as a birthday surprise for my husband; hands down the best meal of our lives!

Amazing food! Amazing service! Spent our New Year's Eve dinner with family and just had An exceptional time! My water glass was never half empty at any point and the food came out very quick for the amount of people dinning that evening. Worth every penny. We will be back!

They say it's the best value on the strip, they are not kidding. The MJ tribute and The Cut menu was awesome. The Our server Tony is the best! Know how to treat a group of 8 special. He even gave us our own private room. The manager on duty checked up on us several times to see how things were going. They know how to give great service. The food was excellent! 5 stars. Will definitely make this place my go to when I'm in Vegas. Thanks guys!

While purchasing show tickets, it was suggested that I purchase dinner and a show, a fabulous idea. My husband and I are full time employees, students and parents so splurging for a night out was just what we needed. We were greeted by a charming hostess and felt very welcomed by the bar staff. We were delightfully surprised to see wines on the menu from some of the most delicious grape regions in the world. When we arrived to our table, which we considered the best spot in the house, our server (wish I could remember her name) was right there to greet us with a smile. Both our meal and service were incredible. The bone in filet was cooked to perfection. The bottomless wine was pleasantly surprising, a light white to compliment the starter and a robust red for the meal. Nice touch! If we ever venture back to Vegas, we'll be sure to stop in again! Thank you for giving us the Royal Treatment, we REALLY needed it!

The Cut of the Week menu has always been a 5 and this time it was the best yet. We went with two friends that had never been there before and they also loved it.

Charlie Palmer Steak has THE best dining deal on the Strip. It's called Cut of the Week. EVERY week the restaurant has a $58 prix fixe meal that includes a salad, steak and dessert. It changes every week. The price also includes bottomless glasses of wine. The sommelier pairs a white and a red to match the meal. The pairings were perfect. I could make a meal of the bread basked. It has fresh baked cornbread and olive bread that you can smear lightly sugared butter on. The corn bread reminded me of the cast iron skillet stuff I loved in Texas. Authentic! Next came a wedge salad. Chunks of blue cheese rained own on two huge hunks of ice berg lettuce. Micro greens of cilantro and basil dotted the top. They provided small bursts of flavor. The blue cheese just smacked you in the face! Perfect. The meat at Charlie Palmer's is top notch. I had the filet. Cooked perfectly pink, it was soo creamy I didn't need the sharp steak knife they brought to cut it. No sauce necessary. The sides come family style. I loved the horseradish mashed potatoes. They were fluffy with just the right kick. Dessert was a lemon cheesecake. A comet of raspberry sauce added a tart zap to the creamy cheesy-ness. You can valet at the Four Seasons and the restaurant will validate your parking slip.

Good food, cooked my steak a little too much. Redid my whole plate and the chef brought it out! Waitress attentive and very personable.

Pricey, but worth it. Ribeye and filet, very good, perfectly cooked. Filet was my favorite with peppercorn gravy. Paired with gratin potatoes and sautéed carrots.

Charlie Palmer is the best steakhouse around! My husband & I went here for our 10 year anniversary and the staff treated us well. We were served 2 glasses of champagne with dinner. We both ordered the surf and turf and I can honestly say, this was the best meal we have ever eaten. Steaks were cooked to perfection and the lobster was amazing! The service was excellent! We will definitely be back.

We came here for dinner to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. The food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect, the service was impeccable, and at the end of the meal (even though we didn't order dessert) our waiter brought out a small cake with the words "happy anniversary" written in chocolate on the plate. It was a very nice touch.

Top Notch food. Service is prompt yet cold. Wait staff was very sparse with words. New York strip steak Oscar Style with crab was unbelievable. Of course it was also about $75. Creamed garlic potatoes were delicious. As were the scalloped potatoes. Salmon rice was pleasant. Just do not expect much interaction with staff.

Fantastic dinner. The Cut of the Week menu is fantastic value. 3 course set menu with wines paired with each course (limitless) for only $48. Steak was amazing & I could shove my face in the smashed potatoes. Atmosphere is dark, very dimly lit but otherwise everything else was fantastic!

One of the best steakhouse I have been to. I have eaten excellent steak all over the world and this place is up there. The steaks are perfectly cooked to order. The sides are delicious and the service to y far one of the best I have experienced. You're in Vegas and you're in the mood for a delicious perfect cooked aged steak, this place is it. Also *update* I didn't get the bartenders name but he is great. One of the best bartenders ice come across.

Absolutely the Best steaks and lobster four of us had Ever! Steaks were very flavorful, and oh so Tender. Cooked to perfection med. rare, medium and well done. Maine lobster tails juicy and tender. All the sides delicious as well. Had mac n cheese (best ever anywhere), asparagus spears, and kimchi fried rice (sounded kind of strange, but unbelievably good flavor) and lastly the excellent double baked potato. Unable to get reservations at Prime steakhouse and found this gem instead. Excellent service, very prompt and attentive. My mom's a complainer at Every meal for some reason or another. But here, not one voiced it was so good. We all will be back!!!!!!!!

Somalia, perfect wine pairings. Petite rib-eye, cooked to perfection. Ratatouille, surprisingly memorable. Cheesecake, to die for. I'd high recommend this prefix before they change the menu or anything else about it changes. Though if they have this standard of quality with every meal, I wouldn't miss a chance to experience this place.

Great place hidden in the Four Seasons. I recommend you ask for the "secret" cut of the week menu. Nowhere else will you find a spinach salad, New York strip steak (done to your liking), toasted pecan creme brulee, and sides of cauliflower and fried rice for $58; oh and don't forget about the unlimited red/white wine, which the servers will be pouring like there's no tomorrow. Definitely check this place out if your ever in Vegas, you won't regret it.

We are local and have tried most of the fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas and I don't know how we could have overlooked this place until now. It is truly excellent from the bar, the ambiance, the service and the food. They have a reasonably priced fixed menu with wine for $49! What a deal and it was great...We'll most definitely go back.
