I booked a reservation for Sunday brunch. This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Peter our sever was beyond excellent. He kept bringing us food so we didn’t even need to get up. The food was terrific too. This dining experience was way better than anticipated. The unlimited Moët was awesome. My glass was never empty. I can’t wait to do this again. Peter is an exception server. He is as good as it gets. Thank you!

We had lunch here. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I particularly loved the freshness of the ingredients. I can’t recommend the lobster highly enough. The cocktails and wine list are also great.

It was a beautiful night on the patio. The staff was great, they recommend dishes that tasted phenomenal. We had oysters, Tuna Poke, Ceasar salad with Trout and the Filet Mignon all of it fabulous. They didn't rush us out they let us enjoy the food and night. Great place.

Truly amazing seafood brunch! Great setting outside on the patio. Not your typical Vegas brunch. Pricey, but well worth it. And.. they take reservations.

This review is long overdue, much deserved and I wish I could give 10 stars. My husband and I traveled to Vegas a couple weeks ago for my 30th birthday and I had never been before. Unfortunately, my time there was overshadowed with a tragedy. On the night of my birthday, we decided to venture around the Aria to see if anything piqued our interest for dinner and we thankfully stumbled upon Herringbone. When the staff heard about our story, they decided to treat us like a king and queen all night! Thanks to our wonderful server, Jamie, our amazing Chef, Jonathan, and the generous Manager, Doug, we were able to forget about the bad in the world and we were reminded that love is so much stronger than hate. Everything we had that night was beyond delicious and I could not have asked for a better way to spend my birthday. I highly recommend Herringbone, not just for their top notch food options, but because their staff is one of a kind. Keep up the great work guys, we will totally be back when we plan out Vegas do-over trip!

Melt in your mouth, savory, exceptional food! The atmosphere was so fun but not too loud and the server was so patient and helpful. My water was never empty and I was 100% happy with our service!

We went to the restaurant the other evening and they were having a private party so they sat us outside. It was cold, so they offered us blankets which was nice. It then stated sprinkling. On top of that and it being so cold out, we unfortunately did not want to stay. Our server was so gracious and understood why we wanted to leave. The manager came up and thanked us for coming and took our salads off the bill. I can not wait to go back. The staff was amazing!

Went in for national oyster day and got to try some oysters we've never had before. A great recommendation by our server. She was a sweetheart. Loved her energy she into her service. And everyone else were all on top of their game. I'm coming back sooner than later and hopefully it's for their brunch!!

From the moment we were seating the staff was on point, with great service and Chef Nick Akoi was attentive, informative and took us on a food journey that was a fest to our eyes and tastebuds. Our Evening was totally enjoyable with the open air feel of the room and visit by the Manager who let us know how much they enjoy entertaining us. Thank you and will definitely be back.

Great seafood prices for strip. The whole grilled branzino is my absolutely favorite thing here. I’ve had it more than 10 times. Their brussel sprouts are legit the best in town! The mashed potatoes is thick and creamy in all the best way. These 3 things listed above are my absolute favorite. The miso glazed sea bass is good without the soup, skip the soup or get it on the side. Their salads are good too. They have a great selection of whiskey as well

I CANNOT day enough great things about Herringbone! Our dining experience was our phenomenal! When you go in there is an a la carte option of their brunch special which is a buffet and it's $59. We chose the a la carte option, has the avocado toast, herringbone fish tacos and beef sliders accompanied by the Parmesan truffle fries which was heavenly! The avocado toast is probably one of the best I've had, the rye bread with the pesto and ingredients was just the perfect combination! The beef sliders was juicy, flavorful, and the bun was toasted splendidly! I will say that I was not impressed with tacos, although it was good, it could've used more flavor and was a little dry in my opinion. As far as drinks, my favorite is definitely the strawberry Bellini and please please please do yourself a favor and do not get the same ole boring mimosa, get the watermelon mimosa! It’s the most refreshing drink to cool off with this summer heat! AH, and the watermelon Moscow mule shots was to die for! NEXT, can we talk about our excellent service!!??? PETER!! Go see him! He is the BEST! He is accommodating, charismatic and KNOWS customer service to say the least! Herringbone is so incredibly lucky to have him! He surpasses in the leading service industry! Thank you Peter, you made our Vegas dining experience a memorable one!

We sat outside which was really nice even though it was December. They had the heaters on which actually made it too hot at times, but they were happy to turn them down. The food was very tasty but the portions were dainty for the price. That's Las Vegas for you. We had the egg yolk pasta and the crab cake eggs Benedict. Beverages were most pricey as well for a brunch.

Came here for lunch - I've seen and heard brunch and dinner are great so I figured I'd try the lunch menu. The prices here for lunch are basically entree dinner prices at other places (if you're from out of town).. but for it being on the strip, in aria - I'd say it's to be expected. With that being said - I split the fish tacos, ceviche, and ahi poke with one other person and I'd say.. for two avid fish eaters this was a decent spread. I'd say it's a 4/5 lunch spot.. the dishes were quite good and the place is quite nice.. but I think that's where I'd leave it. Quite good.. I would come back again but there are many other restaurants to try in city center.

We visited late in the evening and thought we would be told the kitchen was closed. Instead, they were happy to seat us. The food was lovely and the service was good. They had good cocktails too.

Went for brunch on a Saturday. Seafood and prime rib were awesome. Some of the off the menu items weren't as great as expected, but still very good.

Great bartenders, chatty, friendly, prompt. Ordered grilled octopus, lobster mac and cheese, and whole branzino ceviche. Ceviche was amazing! Great flavors of peppers, olive oil, salsa verde. Grilled octopus was a bit too charred but was still tender, not over cooked. Mac and cheese was ok. Nice flavors, a bit rich. Pasta a bit under done. Cocktails were nicely done, balanced.

What can I say about this place? It's got all of my favorite things: seafood, liquor, and excellent customer service! From our gorgeous-cheerful hostess, our extremely-attentive server, the talented/gifted chef, and charmingly-funny manager... a truly class A experience all the way. But dont let these words persuade you, instead experience it for yourself.

Such a chic brunch kind of vibe location. I sat outside for brunch alone and loved it! Service was fantastic. I chose the outdoor seating. I informed them it was my first time and They gave me suggestions from the whole menu in all the categories. I chose the breakfast burrito and WOW! Talk about delicious. I started with a cup of coffee and just sat back to enjoy the vibe because it was so soothing! Pretty pricey but what do you expect inside the Aria while staying in vegas? I think i paid around $23 for my meal. Well worth it. This will not be my last visit here<3

The service was excellent. We got to sit outside and listen to live music while we dined. The Chilean Seabass with mushrooms and bok choy was very tasty. The crispy fries were good, but I was hoping for more fresh herbs, as advertised on the menu. The lobster putanesca was stellar!

Came in for the brunch, served buffet style but you can also order some items on the menu and it's included in the buffet price of $59. The seafood was amazing, nice lobster tails and fresh oysters. The salad selection was very good with some different options like duck salad. The outside area looked nice, but there was no space so we decided to sit inside. The fact that you could order and do the buffet style brunch was nice.

Get the English pea soup. It’s poured tableside with these crab samosas in the bowl. It will change you. So good.

Their Chilean Seabass and selection of sides were out of this world, as were the unique desserts! Definitely worth the price, although quite expensive.
