Service was fast. Beef noodle have good flavor, I don't have to add hoisin sauce to it. However the small bowl is really small. The spicy beef noodle, bún bò Huế, is good too.
Restaurant was vastly larger than expected. We were sat and served fast. I wasn’t that hungry but the food was okay. Nothing was spectacular to me. I’ll probably stop by again but I didn’t have a great experience. Always next time though.
Easy late night spot on Spring Mountain. Nice night time views up to the Encore and Wynn. Nothing outstanding but a comfort about the food… very hearty portions and always a solid standard. I find myself coming here after late night flights into the city, you can count on what you are going to get.
Good food but wish the server wasnt in so much of a rush. We used to always come here but they closed doing covid. Finally got to revisit and they changed their menu alot. Hopefully service gets better because servers were not helpful and always in a hurry
Stopped by after seeing Jabbawockeez and we just went there because they were opened and we weren’t expecting too much for a 24hrs place, and boy was I wrong. They seated us quickly and the menu had sooo many options. I was excited to see Bun Rieu (crab/shrimp noodles) and it tasted amazing. Broth was piping hot though, so be careful. My wife got the Veggie pho and enjoyed it. My son got fried rice and loved the way it was made. My other son got the fried fish and it was cirspy and tasty. Seriously did not expect such excellent food and great service. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
I went late so they informed us of the time limit on when we could eat.
The food was good. The service was decent except they did keep forgetting to give me the drink I ordered.
Not much choice for drinks. No hot tea, not much choice of soda either.
My husband and I had a wonderful first time experience. He had Pho and I ordered the Cornish Hen and both were absolutely delicious! Speedy and pleasant service.
Anytime we come in late to Vegas we stop here for good Vietnamese food, because the food is good and the place stays open really late/ or early however you look at it, I think 2 or 3 am.
We normally order combination pho to share, chia gia (eggrolls), a grilled pork chop dish, shrimp fried rice and the shaking beef. All the food is really tasty.
The wait staff can be a little friendlier and not so rushy to customers. Sometimes you can wait a long time to get your party seated, so would be nice to not feel rushed.
We were visiting town and saw the reviews and decided to give it a shot. The food came out really fast and was very good. The specialty drinks were slow to come out compared to the food. But they were also good. Definitely recommend.
A must visit if you're in Las Vegas. You have to try the Banh Xeo. It's amazing . I also got the brisket and rare steak Pho . The summer rolls were good too.
A Vietnamese Culinary Gem!
If you're searching for an authentic Vietnamese culinary adventure in Las Vegas, look no further than Pho Kim Long! This gem of a restaurant exceeded all my expectations and left me with an unforgettable dining experience.
As soon as I entered, the warm and inviting atmosphere embraced me, transporting me to the streets of Vietnam. The friendly staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and promptly seated me.
The star of the menu, as the name suggests, is their renowned pho. And let me tell you, it's nothing short of perfection! The broth was rich and aromatic, filled with a depth of flavors that only time and dedication can achieve. Every spoonful was a symphony of tastes, making it one of the best bowls of pho I've ever had. I fight to snap the picture because I dug right in. 😩
The rice noodles were cooked to perfection, and the tender slices of beef added a wonderful texture to the dish. The ample selection of fresh herbs and condiments provided the perfect opportunity to customize my pho to my liking.
Beyond the pho, the menu offered an enticing array of Vietnamese specialties. I couldn't resist trying their calamari , which were crispy and bursting with delicious flavor. The shrimp vermicelli bowl/salad was also a highlight, perfectly seasoned shrimp and cooked to juicy perfection.
One aspect that impressed me was the attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients in every dish. It's evident that the chefs at Pho Kim Long take pride in their craft and are dedicated to providing an authentic Vietnamese dining experience.
The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the exceptional quality of food.
To top it all off, the restaurant's charming ambiance and attentive service created a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. Several members of the staff have been there 20+ years.
Whether you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or simply curious to explore new flavors, Pho Kim Long is a must-visit destination. Prepare your taste buds for a tantalizing journey through the rich and diverse world of Vietnamese food.
I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delightful offerings! Yes, I go often! 😂
Definitely a great place to get Pho after a long night out. The Pho is good and hit the spot when you are hungry.
Service is slow and sometimes you have to flag someone down just to get service.
As soon as I sat down and ordered, the pho came out less than ten minutes. Even though the place was packed, we were serviced quickly. The egg rolls were hot and fresh, the vermicelli noodles were tasty and savory. This place deserves a higher rating because it is open late past midnight. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
