We did splurge on the fountain dining which is a minimum of $125 spend which is easy to do here but it was well worth it. Away from the restaurant noise and all the upfront views of the fountain. Love love love. The food was AMAZING, staff was AMAZING ! I just can’t say it enough.
This was our second visit and will say we had a wonderful time. Wonderful service and gorgeous food right by the fountains. Recommend them and appreciate them going the extra mile to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience.
Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant impressed us from the moment we walked in. The reservation process was smooth, and we were promptly seated. The service was exceptional – our server's recommendations were spot-on, guiding us through the menu with expertise.

I recently dined at this wonderful restaurant and I must say, the food was absolutely incredible. Every dish I tried was a delight to the taste buds. The standout for me was the shishito peppers. They were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. They were definitely a highlight of the meal.

I'm really surprised by all the mixed reviews. I thought this place was great! The angry yellowtail sashimi with a gluten-free blood orange sauce was fresh and light. The Toro-scallion roll... pretty good, too. I almost ordered another one.
Not a big fan of the shooters, eeek, but my husband thoro
Definitely high quality fish! The tuna pizza was delicious, the sushi sashimi was good just not so much flavor on the sake salmon the eel was better flavored .
The mile high toll was delicious! Very high prices but worth it super flavored and fresh!
The pure potato side was creamy and delicious. T
We loved this place so much we went back another night!
I ordered a Japanese Manhattan to start which was incredibly delicious! To share, we started with Tuna Tataki which practically melted in your mouth. Then we ordered Specialty rolls: Protein, Mile High and Angry Salmon.
The second night we made
Food is AMAZING. The Tuna pizza is a must have. Popping spicy crab is a delight. Love this place and will be making a point to come back
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yellowtail restaurant on the first floor of the Bellagio, and it was an unforgettable experience. If you're willing to spend around $125 per person, I highly recommend securing a seat outside to enjoy the mesmerizing fountains of the Bellagio.
The service was
Incredible meal and service. We ordered a number of different plates which are best shared. There was a great flow to the meal service and each dish was excellent. This is our favorite restaurant for sushi in Las Vegas and look forward to returning in the future.
We always seem to make our way to Yellowtail when we're in Vegas, no matter where we're staying. It has a great vibe, you might get lucky to sit on the patio and watch the fountains, the food is so good, and the staff seems to go out of their way to deliver incredible service. On my most recent visi
This is the second time we’ve dined at this restaurant. It was just as excellent as the first time. We did go on a Saturday night at 7:30. They were super busy so there was quite a long wait for the food. The drinks came out quickly though. The quality of the seafood was super fresh. Polite and acco
Amazing sushi experience! The service was amazing, the food was even better. The selection of sushi and other foods exceeded our expectation. The food was a culinary experience through flavors, textures, and presentation. Highly recommend!
Fantastic. Definitely worth a splurge night. We made reservations for Christmas dinner, and lo and behold, got stuck in Vegas Christmas traffic. I called to let them know we were running late, and amazingly, they did still have our reservation for us when we finally got there. The Omasake option
Always enjoy spending at least one night during my Las Vegas vacation at Yellowtail. Some of the best, most flavourful sushi on the strip. The ambiance is wonderful and the view of Bellagio’s fountain is second to none. It’s nice to know that as things change in Vegas, some of the better things stay
Nice spot to enjoy Asian cuisine including sushi. Not the greatest but certainly good. Prices are reasonable for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. Service was outstanding.
One of my favorite restaurants to go to in Vegas. Everyone that loves beef should try the short ribs. They're so delicious, literally melt in your mouth. Love the waitstaff here. Very attentive. All the dishes we ordered were really tasty. Popping spicy crab rolls have always been my "fun" dish to
Stunning view with incredibly delicious food. If you can afford it, then this place is a must. We had the Omakase, which turned out to be a good call. Delightful experience. Thank you.
