Amazing!! We have walked by this place so many times and finally decided to try it. Always thought it was just a lounge. No idea it was huge restaurant and had patio seating for the water show.
We are just an average blue collar couple who love Vegas and food. We were treated to patio seating without making plans ahead of time. Gorgeous night. Service was so nice and polite. Didn’t treat you like you were below their norm clientele. We just had appetizers and drinks as we had other places to go. We had the yellow tail and scallops. So yummy. Their strawberry and jalapeño drink is to die for. Definitely will go back!!
We consider this place a hidden gem. Have to sit outside and enjoy the fountains. The best roll was Korean short ribs with coleslaw on top.
I have been to Yellowtail on numerous occasions beginning the year they opened.

One of the best restaurants I have eaten at. Great service and the Big Eye tuna pizza, the protein roll and mile high rolls were fantastic. The yellow tail with jalapeño sashimi was out of this world, we ordered a second on that. Our server Nick was great and gave us great advice and got us a table by the railing to watch the fountain. All in, a great 35th anniversary dinner at a great restaurant!
Best sushi in Vegas. Ahi tuna pizza to die for. Loved everything we tried. Have eaten there over 10 times in the past several months. Great view of the fountains.
The service is terrific, the food is fabulous and the view is amazing. What more can I say? This is my favorite restaurant on the strip! My top food choices are the Tuna Pizza, rock shrimp and the seafood dynamite. I can't wait to go back again!

The Toro Bluefin Tuna. Very exy, but if you love sashimi, it's a fantastic experience.

Sushi at Bellagio hotel
Elegant warm colors and low lighting in the interior dining room that looks out over the dancing pools at Bellagio. The seating inside is beautiful and comforting. There's at least 1 staff person waiting to take care of your every need so you never wonder where your food is or where the server is. They are polite, quick, and perfect.
Everything on the menu is made small plate tapas style and served mid table to share. Then as soon as you put your chopsticks down someone comes over to take your dirty plate and take your next order.
Food network featured "the best think I ever ate with chopsticks" from their menu and it was king crab nuggets panko fried and served with thinly sliced serranos , red onions and micro cilantro. I had to have that of course and I must say I think It is the best thing I ever ate with chopsticks! It costs $35 for about 10 pieces. We had 3 different plates recommended by our server and each one was unique, beautifully plated, and a sensory experience that everyone should have. We walked out with $150 bill and only had 3 items and 3 drinks. Kinda pricey but it's an indulgence that you feel good about. Worth the money for the service and uncommon tastes.
Excellent!!!! Book ahead and sit on the terrace. Nothing on the menu is a bad choice, you can't go wrong. My suggestion is to order multiple images and share. 10/10
Had a wonderful time at the yellowtail by chef akirabeck at the bellagio. The patio seating from where we enjoyed the dancing fountains at least 5 times during our dinner was never miss experience. The newzealand pino noir and the argentinian Malbec was a good pairing with delectable meal that was served. Scallop sushi/ shrimp sushi/ lobster carpaccio and yellowtail carpaccio with jelepeno was great. Also had the California rolls and my favourite prawn tempura rolls. Great meal but the scallops roll just was a melt in mouth variety. One of the top sushi melas I have had. Kudos chef kurt who came and met us personally too. Service was as usual top notch.
Had a Discount. I wouldn't have had gone unless I knew the GM at the time. I don't go to overpriced Sushi on the strip unless I have a discount. But the food was all excellent if you wanna over pay. Check my reviews on sushi off the strip. Kubuto especially!
Amazing, this is a great place to enjoy a fine Japanese meal with great views from the deck, each dish is amazing and everything has it's own individual effect, I loved how each dish was different but yet still amazing. I really enjoyed this along with the great sake selection
Food was good! Make sure to get the crab hand roll and spicy miso soup the red dragon roll is also good. May be a little more pricey than normal but for a special dinner and ambiance it will make it worth it!
Good sushi. This place has a nice atmosphere and the service is professional. The sushi is good but not outstanding. Coming from Toronto I am accustomed to great sushi so Yellowtail didn't impress me on that level. It was a nice experience, expensive for what it was. Yuzu, Blowfish, Ki and Nami in Toronto all offer better food at friendlier prices.
Can't wait for more!!!. To be honest the truffle oil pizza with yellowtail or salmon and the protein sushi were the highlights!! Yum!!!

I heard about this place from friends. It did not disappoint. All the fish we ordered was super fresh. The tuna pizza with truffle oil was amazing. Added bonus is being able to see the Bellagios fountains from the dining room.
So good. We had sea weed salad! Love every last drop of it. Then I had the Kobe beef! I ate so slow to savor the taste. Highly recommend if you aren't a big fan of sushi. My wife had the king crab tempura and it was amazing too. We went at 6 and had an open table for 2. But probably recommend getting reservations. Pricey but your on the strip, what isn't?

Thank you Todd English Olives for not having your shi* together. We came here because we had a terrible experience at the original restaurant we had made reservations at. We sat at the bar because there was not a table available for almost 25 min or more. The bartender was friendly and made us some kick ass drinks. I had a martini that was like a little garden in your mouth. Made with cucumber puree and square one vodka and a cocktail with a banana leaf. My husband had martinis as well and they were excellent. The sushi was suprising. I can't say we love all of them but we knew when we were ordering that some may not be our favorites. Everything tasted fresh and was very well prepared.
The king crab tempura is AMAZING! So is the hand roll with Baked crab in it.
Great decor. Design and decor are beautiful and the view of the fountain in the lake is outstanding. Great selections in the hot and cold plates and the ususal selection of rolls and nigiri that you find at quality sushi spots. The service was outstanding, prompt, curtious and friendly! The prices were a little higher than I would expect, but it is expensive real estate and not some strip mall sushi place. Having said that, $38 for Toro nigiri is obscene. Nice place, good food, worth going once.

Nice place. The rolls are made small but are very good. Portion sizes on everything including drinks are small for what your paying. It definitely earns it's 4$ rating. Is it worth it? Take a glance out the back windows at night and you'll see the most spectacular view of the fountains while you eat. Ask to sit in the back or even on the balcony if you can. Yes, the food is good and the service is top notch.
Excellent Sushi. We stopped by for an early dinner and sat at the bar. We started off with a cucumber martini and the seafood dynamite appetizer, which was simply delicious. It was made with shrimp and king crab covered with a creamy sauce. The sushi was delicious as well - we had the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls, which were simple and tasty. We also shared the Popping Spicy Crab roll, a Yellowtail specialty. Unique it was! Spicy crab with pop rocks. We would recommend the restaurant as a great place to grab sushi. The prices are a little higher than the typical sushi restaurant but the quality and ambiance are worth it.
Big Eye Tuna Pizza. Fantastic sushi! Definitely deserves 5 stars. Came for my sister's bachelorette party and we were taken very good care of. Our waiter was rude to us, so we complained to a manager and they brought us out a round of shots! We ordered the Big Eye Tuna pizza as an appetizer and it was seriously so good. We also ordered the Seared Albacore which came with crispy mushrooms and onions. I didn't care too much for it, but everyone else in my group liked it. We ordered a ton of sushi rolls and sashimi. One of my favorites was the Popping Crab, it has PopRocks in it! A nice surprise. The salmon sashimi was also melt-in-your-mouth-like-butter good. The potato puree and baked corn sides were so good, we ended up ordering more. The chocolate mochi dessert was very good. So was the lava cake with foam and vanilla with chocolate on top. Despite our waiter being rude, overall our experience was good.
Love this place!!. MMMmmm. This is my favorite sushi spot. The Popping Spicy Crab roll is so original and everyone needs to try it at least once in their lifetime..it's truly a must Vegas food expierence. Can't wait to go back!!

The food was great. The kitchen was just about to closesao we just had simple things like edamame and a roll. They were both notably good. The bartender was very helpful and friendly and I wish I could remember her name (a week later). Thanks for taking good care of us.
Great food, Great Sake. A unique twist on a variety of sushi rolls. I highly recommend the strawberry role. And be sure to try the chocolate in a cup.

Perfection in a restaurant. From the moment we walked in we felt like celebrities. We were sat at a great table overlooking the water show outside. Our server came to take our drink orders and offered suggestions off the bat. Their cocktail selection is incredible with various infused vodkas and rums and even cocktails based on sake, and the presentation of the cocktails is perfect.
For our meal we started with the edamae which comes with the regular sea salt and one bowl with sweet thai chili, which leaves your lips with the perfect amount of spice on them. Then we had a seaweed salad, which consisted of four different types of seaweed in an amazing light sauce. I could probably eat that salad all day every day and never get sick of it. After the salad we moved on to the agedashi tofu, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. Finally we got to the sushi and for me I had two vegetable hand rolls and 4 pieces of tamago. The tamago was baked, which I had never seen done before. It was so light and fluffy and delicious I am never going to look at tamago sushi the same way again. For dessert we had cocktails called "happy ending" which tastes like a fortune cookie and has peanut butter flavored run in it. brilliant. we also enjoyed the ice cream tempura, which was completely brilliant. Our server made recommendations every step of the way and we never had an empty plate at our table as there were a million people helping clear and serve. Everyone in the restaurant was probably a model at some point and went through some incredible service training. The service alone was enough to make me want to come back, but the food is so delicious I have absolutely no complaints about yellowtail and can't wait to get there again.
The Light Group hits a jackpot.. Yellowtail inside Bellagio redefines the idea of a trendy hip sushi restaurant. The service is impeccable from start to finish, it's almost overdone but who can get mad at dozens of "models" walking around in keyhole dresses.
The sushi is fresh and well prepared making me feel very San Francisco Bay Area instead of Las Vegas desert.

We got stuck in Vegas for an extra night due to a snowstorm cancelling our flight. The one good thing about having to stay another night is getting to try another great restaurant. This time we picked YellowTail in the Bellagio. The crowd is a the see and be seen type. Inside gets a bit noisy, so we were glad to have a seat outside on the heated patio. We had a great front row seat to the water show all night. Edamame ($9) two ways, traditional and chili. We had two rolls, the shrimp tempura ($16) and spicy tuna ($15). Both classic and tasty. The rock shrimp ($23) was crunchy and had a little kick to it, from the Korean chili aioli. It was just the right amount of food, we were full but not stuffed – plus we saved room for dessert. Cheesecake ($14) with lemon ice cream and blackberry crumble. You would never know that this dish is made with 60% tofu (unless your waiter told you ). Yellowtail First we went to the Taste of the Town , Sushi & Sake Reception at Yellowtail . We got to sample different kinds of drinks and Japanese foods : There was a copious amount of sake over food , so it was hard to choose which were my favorites: I enjoyed from learning a lot from the people who served all these drinks because they were quite informative about each of them. I recently dined at this wonderful restaurant and I must say, the food was absolutely incredible. Every dish I tried was a delight to the taste buds. The standout for me was the shishito peppers. They were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. They were definitely a highlight of the meal.

I'm really surprised by all the mixed reviews. I thought this place was great! The angry yellowtail sashimi with a gluten-free blood orange sauce was fresh and light. The Toro-scallion roll... pretty good, too. I almost ordered another one.
Not a big fan of the shooters, eeek, but my husband thoroughly enjoyed, or he enjoyed me trying to drink it (quail egg, sake, and uni) 😁🤣 but, the oyster trio made up for it.

Definitely high quality fish! The tuna pizza was delicious, the sushi sashimi was good just not so much flavor on the sake salmon the eel was better flavored .

I ordered a Japanese Manhattan to start which was incredibly delicious! To share, we started with Tuna Tataki which practically melted in your mouth. Then we ordered Specialty rolls: Protein, Mile High and Angry Salmon.
The second night we made sure to try their braised Wagyu Beef Short Ribs... to tell you I've never had anything SO good before is an understatement! Even though it is a bit pricey, you will not be disapointed with the food!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yellowtail restaurant on the first floor of the Bellagio, and it was an unforgettable experience. If you're willing to spend around $125 per person, I highly recommend securing a seat outside to enjoy the mesmerizing fountains of the Bellagio.
The service was truly excellent, with attentive staff who made the evening even more enjoyable.
As for the menu, it mainly features sushi and sashimi, with some enticing hot dishes from the grill, delivered excellent taste. I must say, the taste was impeccable. We indulged in a sushi pizza, salmon carpaccio, protein roll, and smoked eel dragon roll, and every dish exceeded our expectations.
Yellowtail also boasts an impressive selection of martinis and a wide variety of sake, which added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
While it's true that Yellowtail is on the pricey side, the portion sizes are generous, ensuring you won't leave hungry. For a special dining experience with exceptional flavors and a front-row seat to the Bellagio fountains, Yellowtail is the place to be.
Incredible meal and service. We ordered a number of different plates which are best shared. There was a great flow to the meal service and each dish was excellent. This is our favorite restaurant for sushi in Las Vegas and look forward to returning in the future.
We always seem to make our way to Yellowtail when we're in Vegas, no matter where we're staying. It has a great vibe, you might get lucky to sit on the patio and watch the fountains, the food is so good, and the staff seems to go out of their way to deliver incredible service. On my most recent visit, they didn't have a bottle of wine I requested so they went to another restaurant in the Bellagio to get it. The Protein Roll, Mile High Roll, and Toro is amazing, but honestly, we've never had anything that wasn't good at Yellowtail. Enjoy!
This is the second time we’ve dined at this restaurant. It was just as excellent as the first time. We did go on a Saturday night at 7:30. They were super busy so there was quite a long wait for the food. The drinks came out quickly though. The quality of the seafood was super fresh. Polite and accommodating staff. Drinks were up to par. I highly recommend if you want sushi and you are at the Bellagio or near the area.

Fantastic. Definitely worth a splurge night. We made reservations for Christmas dinner, and lo and behold, got stuck in Vegas Christmas traffic. I called to let them know we were running late, and amazingly, they did still have our reservation for us when we finally got there. The Omasake option was paused, but we were offered a similar dinner option and everything was just perfect. Tried some things I definitely wouldn't have thought to order, but now would again. I think it's clear that I now hold this restaurant in the top of restaurants I've eaten at.
Always enjoy spending at least one night during my Las Vegas vacation at Yellowtail. Some of the best, most flavourful sushi on the strip. The ambiance is wonderful and the view of Bellagio’s fountain is second to none. It’s nice to know that as things change in Vegas, some of the better things stay the same!

One of my favorite restaurants to go to in Vegas. Everyone that loves beef should try the short ribs. They're so delicious, literally melt in your mouth. Love the waitstaff here. Very attentive. All the dishes we ordered were really tasty. Popping spicy crab rolls have always been my "fun" dish to eat.
