Excellent fixed menu for a group supper, was not privy to the final bill, but thinking of it makes me shudder. Working on eating in a healthy mode without sugar and flour; there were options here. Carpacio as an entree, I just stripped it off the nugget of bread. NY Strip expertly cooked to medium rare, served with 4 sauces (the bernaise rocked, the steak sauce was ok), the side dishes (asparagus and creamed spinach were great, although the truffled mashed potatoes were over whipped to a paste consistency. Am told that the bread was amazing. The desserts looked and smelled remarkable.  Waiters were attentive to drink orders early in meal, but really slowed down for dessert and coffee delivery (all were done with dessert when coffee delivered), and check never arrived when I was there. Lovely setting, cool bathrooms.

Overlooked by many local writers and guides for unknown reasons, the menu far more innovative and prone to seasonal change than that of CUT, PRIME, SW or STRIPSTEAK, a repeat visit was planned to Jean Georges Steakhouse largely on account of Chef Sean Griffin’s Instagram feed of new items, the resultant six course tasting comprised of no less than twenty plates showing the restaurant to have further improved on an already strong foundation with nothing less than outstanding results.

Excellent dinner. Group of 5. Fantastic waiters with sense of humour. Had good wine list. Probably BEST new dish I've had in long time - salad with fresh fruit & burrata cheese. Fresh complex flavours - just WOW. Sea bass was heavenly. Also had on the plate a morel mushroom - whole. Great presentation & taste. Every kind of mashed potato you might imagine.

Outstanding. Tomato salad was a perfect starter. Great cuts of meat. Make sure you get the miso butter. Insane. Good wines by the glass.

Wonderful dinner. We made a reservation at Jean Georges for the last night of our Vegas trip. We wanted a special dinner and wasn't disappointed with our choice of this wonderful restaurant. The wait staff went out of our way to make is feel welcome and pampered us the entire time. We enjoyed one of the best steaks we had ever had and was treated to a complementary dessert while celebrating a birthday. Good choice Aria for including this restaurant in your complex. Very well done!

Great Service and Excellent Food. Had dinner here with three other friends last Thursday night. Definitely the most enjoyable steakhouse experience we have ever had. The service was very prompt and attentive (we were in a hurry to catch a show and told our server). Our food was prepare timely and we even had time for desserts. High quality steaks and seafood. We will definitely be back.

Go elsewhere. Marginal at best. Food was really mediocre as was service. New York strip was tough and came with nothing for $40. $14 for potatoes. Not worth the money for such an average experience. Go elsewhere.

Awesome meal, service, and atmosphere. The filet mignon, the surf & turf, and the special 300 day fed kobe beef strip steak were all phenominal. The sides were good but kind of on the smaller side(not good for sharing). The wine selection was out of this world. The ice cream sundae and chocolate lava cake were wonderful. The overall experience was an A+

Delicious steak. A filet mignon cooked perfectly with a HUGE baked potato. Since we were going to the Elvis show afterward we tried to keep to a simple dinner and were not disappointed in the quality of the steak. My brother had the 24 oz steak and finished all of it!

We loved our steaks. We were staying at Aria Hotel and decided to try one of the Hotel restaurant, so we went for Jean-Georges. We did not read the critics here before and that was a surprise to see everyone unhappy about the meals (and the meat). My friends took the lobster bisque and they were crying of joy. I chose the 24 oz meat, cooked perfectly (rare) the meat was very good and we were all very happy. Maybe we are not connaisseur, maybe a piece of meat @58$ should be better than that, but to my opinion, considering we were eating @ Aria and Jean-Georges, I think this is the price to pay. Would I go back there? I would try Jean-Georges @ Bellagio OR try to eat off the strip for a more affordable meal -- I do not win at the Casino that time. :) But I would definitely try the Kobe beef if I win one day.

The steak was cooked to perfection. It had a beautiful crust that locked in its juices. The side components were also delicious. Dessert capped off the stellar meal. The molten cake was decadent and the key lime pie was luscious and the cracklin' pop rocks brought out child-like smiles. All in all, it was a great meal. I'm thrilled kismet led us to Jean Georges.

Servers were top rate. I don't eat steak often but sirloin doesn't cut it, hot stoves and browning is fine, my steak was good (bone in 18oz Rib Eye). I ate half only due to a light appetite after 9pm. I could barely eat the truffle Mac n cheese. The hot bread was dynamic and we split a wedge salad which came with bacon. The best part of the meal was salad, bread, bacon, butter. My partner had a crab cake and it was on the small side sitting on fresh ginger and lime juice. This was underwhelming and the staff took our back and brought a fresh one about 10 minutes later. Good service. A staff member came to check and apologize, then another senior staffer came to strive for service. The crab cake couldn't keep up with Pappadeaux's crab cake in context. They comped the crab cake and offered dessert. The sauces were a nice touch and explained well.

I was really blown away by this place. The ambiance is gorgeous for starters. The mixologist/bartender I had last night (11/25/23) was superb! I regret to inform you, I cannot recall his name, but he ensured our cocktails were made to perfection and our food came out expeditiously since we were heading to the Usher concert. Excellent customer service!!! The short ribs and brussel sprouts were DELICIOUS 🤤. The short ribs were very tender and had an immense amount of flavor! I savored every bite. Definitely this place was a great find in Aria. I would definitely go back!!!

This restaurant is a beautiful experience. I was so lucky to get in without a reservation and the hostess made it happen. The service is phenominal. You feel so taken care of and the servers just know how to present the menu and they are so well spoken and i really cant say enough about it. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Stunning somewhat dark and modern steakhouse. I got the waygu new york and truffled mac n cheese. This steak is truly like nothing ive had before. The marbling is intense. The crust is perfection. This beef is different and expect it to be different. But truly a special experience. The truffle mac & cheese well, what’s not to like and the wine was fantastic, and I finished it up with the chocolate cake that had such a balanced flavor and was perfect to end the meal. Thank you again for taking care of me

Upon entering Jean Georges Steakhouse at Aria in Las Vegas, our initial interaction with the hostess was a tad underwhelming. However, any lingering doubts were quickly dispelled as the night progressed. The steaks? Nothing short of sensational, cooked to perfection. While most sides tantalized our taste buds, a word of caution for the garlic-sensitive: their macaroni & cheese packs a garlicky punch. Yet, the desserts were magnificent, each bite a testament to culinary excellence. Service was beyond reproach, making our dining experience a success.

Great food great service. Expensive but you get what you pay for. The crust on the steaks were perfect. I'd skip the bone marrow next time. Garlic mash potatoes were amazing.

This was a great experience overall at Jean George's. We both had steak with fries and the creamed spinach and it was delicious. The homemade bread was also a nice touch to start our meal. Atmosphere was lovely and staff were really great and made the evening special.

As a well known Member of the Aria Resort & Casino. Jean Georges offers some of the best Steaks in Las Vegas. For my first Visit, I ordered the Filet Mignon & The Japanese Wagyu Carpaccio. That was the Best Cuisine I've had. Thank you for the Amazing Experience and God Bless Jean Georges!

Fantastic! I adore this place and it's easily in the top 3 steakhouses in Vegas for me. So good, this is my second time here and it was everything I remember it to be. Pricey, yes, but you're paying for world class food and this place delivers. Also, not too many places offer true Japanese Wagyu. You have to get that if you're able. Pros: Highly recommend. New favorite L.V. dinner spot! We had the oysters, octopus, chicken, steak, and asparagus. Everything was perfect. Service was wonderful. Staff were attentive. Decor and ambience was fab! I am pretty picky about my chicken, and my plate was spot on. Steak house is in the name, obviously, and they did not disappoint there either. Sent out exactly as ordered, with several sauces on the side. Would definitely return. Cons: Oysters were noticeably small, but still delicious. Prices are on the higher side.

I'd been waiting to go here following a recommendation. Got a reservation (same day on a weekend) and headed out there. We were seated promptly after a few minutes of wait and immediately attended to. Great staff and moody ambience! But the crowd can get really noisy and ruin it for you if you wanted a quiet date night :D We're vegetarians and I knew going in that my options would be limited. I honestly went to experience their famous milk bread and apple pie and was happy at the handful number of veg/vegan appetizers and sides that they had. We weren't crazy hungry so the crunchy potatoes, sweet pea soup and apple pie actually did make us full and happy. They did offer to make veg risotto if we needed it which was really sweet. However I still think they could include a few vegetarian entrée options in the menu since everything we tasted was so fabulous! I'll definitely go back just for the pie and the milk bread! Worth a visit on your next trip to Vegas!
