This place is fantastic! The staff (and I mean every single one of them) was so attentive and friendly and the food was excellent. We splurged and had the Disco tots...yummmmm. We also got the chicken and waffles, which, too, was very tasty. The iced tea required no extra sugar and was delicious. We are glad we went and we recommend it.
Best place to eat for locals . The bacon jam is to die for . The staff is friendly but the food is why we will always come back .
First time here today at this establishment. Service is great, food is fantastic, and the environment is very welcoming. I️ ordered the special pork verde with eggs Benedict on sopes with a side green salad. Each component of the main part of the dish can be identified and has a great balance. I️ definitely recommend coming here for breakfast/lunch. Can’t wait to try out different things on the menu with each visit!
This was my first time coming. The herbal lemonade was really good and light. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was sooo tender. The waffle was okay, but the batter was a tad salty, but not bad. Adding the passion syrup made it really really good. The Sriracha syrup on the chicken was excellent . Great place for brunch or breakfast.
“Amazing food” does not do justice to how tasty the menu of this place is. I would eat anything on their menu and leave happy.
Outstanding breakfast. I had the banana french toast with walnuts and carmelized plantains. It's the best french toast I've ever had.
Friendly staff, very fast service, amazingly good food and reasonable price!!!!! Definitely a must!
Excellent I would recommend to everyone! Great food great price and super large portions!
Service was excellent, somwas my caramel cappuccino ❤️. I had the breakfast Mac, hubs had something scramble that came with biscuits & gravy. His was not that special I wouldn’t get again but the Mac was really good and A LOT of food. I’ll be back!! I want to try lunch and the montecristo😃
Our server Robert was most attentive to our every need. I celebrated my birthday here with my sister - ordered 3 entrees to share. All of them were AMAZING! Thank you Robert for your sweet hug kind service and serving up delicious food. Thank you owners for sharing your passion.
The store is full of people in the morning, clearly very popular.
Hot Beast Burger:
This is a spicy and hearty burger. Soft buns sandwich with spicy Cheetos, deep-fried sticky rice cakes, a meat patty, plenty of cheese, some vegetables, and diced meat. It offers a rich texture.
Ube French Toast:
It's too sweet, and the toast is a bit greasy. Overall, it's not bad. If you enjoy very sweet and high-calorie foods, this dish might be suitable for you.
Me and my wife went here for a brunch date, she ordered the chicken tikka omelette, and I had the hot beast burger... All of the food was excellent, both of our meals were extremely delicious, the burger was really messy but great!! The only one complaint I can make is that they don't have an actual menu, they have a QR code to scan which will lead you to an online menu of sorts... I don't like that. Maybe they can upgrade their online menu so at least they have pictures of the food along with the description or something...... If you don't come in with a phone then you can't look at a menu? Kind of silly.
🥹just go here. Just do it. So good. Balance of savory and sweet with nothing overwhelming each other. Burger was super dense and the textures were phenomenal. The mac and cheese stayed hot for like 45 mins and was a great palate cleanser. And the ube somehow was sweet without being over the top. Really washed away any other flavor without mixing into it
Amazing taste, smell, texture and presentation. You won’t regret it. Definitely try it out. The service by the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Really impressed and highly recommend trying them out.
The Chicken & Waffles were great my girl liked them a lot, my meal was the chicken Tinga and it was ok, not seasoned very well all of the ingredients were good and sounded amazing but wasn’t awesome. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad but for $18 it wasn’t the best, I’ll try something different next time. They did try and add the bacon jelly but because of the reviews we had it removed from the bill. All in all was a good experience. Our server was excellent and did a really good job.
We made a point to hit this place up after all the reviews and Instagram posts. We had the coolest waiter Dino. We had Ubi French Toast and the pork belly Omelette. Absolutely out of this world. Every bit illustrated their love of the art of food and their love of their fellow human beings. This food just puts out joy into the universe.
So I’m almost a year late posting this lol. My first time visiting Truffles N Bacon was a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I have eaten at this place twice after! Everything we’ve tried was delicious and did not disappoint! It’s a very clean environment as well. I’m a HuGE stickler for cleanliness! Highly recommend this place!
Unique breakfast place and Cafe with filipino inspired classic comfort food breakfast items. Service was so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I would come here again when in LV.

Location: Nestled in a strip mall at Pebble and Eastern. Ample free parking right outside the restaurant.
Service & Food: Aside from being a Steelers fan it was amazing! We hadn’t been there before so the kind gentleman made us feel right at home before enticingly describing these tempura like encrusted slices of elote, covered in a chimchurri-ish sauce, crema, cotija cheese and topped with micro cilantro that you eat like ribs. After we devoured this we ordered some herb lemonade that mirrored the taste of an agua fresca we loved in AZ. Next, we ordered our food- he got the buttermilk chicken and waffles and I got the chicken tinga omelette. Service was outstanding as we weren’t continuously bothered/checked on and that worked for us.
Okay so the chicken that came with the waffles was to die for. It was perfectly crispy and flavorful on the outside yet tender, juicy, and flavorful on the inside too. The waffles were nice fluffy 3x3s. This dish came with honey and sriracha was for chicken, regular syrup for waffles but coupled with the bacon jam this dish was nothing short of exciting and delicious. He cleaned his plate.
The chicken tinga omelette was okay. The hashbrowns were crispy but had no flavor. Served with 2 white corn tortillas that are warmed, sour cream, guac that was so smoothed for a second I thought it was a lump of wasabi, and a small portion of a side salad. The tinga itself was cooked with what appeared to be an inauthentic sauce that tasted more like red enchilada sauce and it had no flavor. After adding some salt and pepper the plate was overall better.

Let me be CLEAR that chicken was off the chain!
Always dependable local eatery. Great diner style with an Asian flair. The food is so amazing! If you're visiting Vegas and near this area... you have to try, if not at least once.
[Update]: Another visit, another great experience. We arrived at a good time, no wait. Delicious food as always.
The ube pancakes were great. The regular breakfast was perfect. The tots were awesome. Just the biscuits and gravy.... were okay. The biscuit was..meh.. the gravy was the same. Overall, worth the try, just don't go to the biscuits n gravy first, GET THE TOTS!!
I have to give a shout-out to our sever, Dino.
He was an amazing server that gave us the best recommendations and he was super straightforward. He was always on top of everything.
The food was pretty good and unique. It definitely filled us up. There was a lot to eat. I would say it is a bit pricer, but it is a whole experience
I would recommend eating here.
Saw this place while watching Netflix and decided I had to check it out when I next go to LV. Amazing food, get the Ube French Toast and Spam fries! Then, afterward, wash it down with Ube Horchata. There are lots of unique menu items, so have fun and choose what seems to be to your liking.
Best meal we’ve had in Las Vegas (and possibly ever). We got the Ube French toast and the Hot Beast burger. Portions were generous, particularly the Hot Beast burger. The combination of the beef patty, pork belly, tater tots, flamin’ hot Cheetos, and egg (plus the unique condiments added) was TO DIE FOR. The Ube French toast easily the best breakfast item I’ve had at a restaurant (of course I am biased because I LOVE Ube).
We are without a doubt coming back to try more items! It will be SO HARD to not order the same items!
Our friend recommended this restaurant when we asked about brunch spots in Vegas. We joined the waitlist for our party of 5, but we were offered to sit in the outdoor patio which had no wait time. Our server Dino was amazing and was very helpful and provided excellent service. We shared the Corned beef breakfast tots which was an off-menu special. It was so good, and our kids loved it too. Our two small kids shared the Strawberry mochi pancakes with a side of bacon. We also had the Pork Belly Omelette, Breakfast Mac, and Matcha Green Tea Pancakes with a side of bangers. Everything was so delicious and full of flavor. We all left with full and satisfied stomachs. We will definitely come back next time we are in town and try more things from their delicious menu.
