Pricey but damn good!!. Burgers are amazing !! Great selection of beer & wine ! however it is expensive and no happy hour :(
Good but... Quite pricey for typical sports pub atmosphere...deep fried Mac n cheese appetizer, a coke and ice tea was $25.
......... the smoky Sloppy Joe atop one of the city’s best buns or the innovative Corned Beef-style short rib with ample spicing and meat literally falling off the bone. With more beers, more chat, and a Gaborik goal tying the game it was finally in desserts that we indulged and although none of the options are prone to wow on the level of those at Lagasse’s Stadium both the Guinness Shake and substantial brownie were plenty rich enough to share while the deep fried s’mores and sidecar of fudge
This little hidden gem is in the back corner of MGM Grand by the poker table room. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We were greeted by a very friendly host. Our server Joy was probably one of the best waitresses we have ever had. And my husband and I are world travelers and I'm 50 years old. I don't think I ever had better service in my life. She was extremely friendly, very attention. The food was very good, hot and fresh... It came out in a timely manner. We like this place so much. We are going to go back before we head home to NJ sometime this week. We look forward to stopping here on every one of our vacation trips.... Be sure to ask for Joy!
Food was great! I had a burger. Cost $20. Price what you expect on the strip in Las Vegas. Our server, Chris, is the 1st server in some time that I felt really did the job of what you expect from a server. It's definitely worth a try.
Stopped in for dinner. Sat at the bar, we were lucky to get a seat. Hostess told us they were already committed. Had to ask her several times what she meant. Either she didn’t know how to explain it or wasn’t supposed too. Weird. Finally realized she meant they weren’t taking any more walk in for the night due to reservations. Which again was strange because the restaurant emptied out quite quickly while we were there. Whatever. Ordered street corn and ribeye. The street corn was good. The ribeye was not. Ordered medium rare and it can medium well. So it was too chewy for me. The mashed potato were good (a plain forkful) but they were covered in so much queso or something. It was too much and not good. The ambiance was fun. Lots of tvs. Pretty disappointed in the food.
Every time my husband and I come to Las Vegas, we have to go here. The food is amazing. The service is incredible. You will not be disappointed
Tap is a must to eat!! The food is DELICIOUS!!! The portions are enormous. As far as bar good goes, this place rates as probably on of the best places I've eaten at this year. The salads are tasty and the burgers are the best. There burgers rank in my top 3 burger spots. Did I mention that the portions are GI- NORMOUS! My son and I went to Tap each time we spent the day at the pool and built up a large appetite. Tap hits the spot when you're hungry.
My wife and I both got the captains burger. We had reservations for our anniversary for dinner. The staff was very friendly and on top of refills. We both really enjoyed the burgers and I appreciated the fries were seasoned well. Especially for the price, I would hope to not be served bland fried expecting me to dip them in ketchup.
The waitress also gave us dessert for free for our anniversary so that was nice. The only real issue we had was the bathroom was pretty dirty.
Great lil sport bar. Food was pretty good. I got the philly cheese steak and couldn't eat it all. Ate the leftovers next day. Others enjoyed the huge cheeseburger 🍔. Took one of the patties which was also good leftovers.
You don’t have to be into sports to come hang out here, but I’m sure when you leave you’ll be a little more interested.
Sports photos and memorabilia all over. Today I went in and the front of house staff had on football jerseys. Cute!
They used to have ahi poke nachos. Not anymore but man it was delicious.
Today we got southwest salad, pickle chips. creamy pesto chicken sandwich, and the Philly cheesesteak which was the star of the show. Those French fries were amazing!!! Good seasoning. Definitely would come back just for that.
Thanks so much to our server Billy and Perfecto. They made the environment that much more welcoming and friendly.
Solid sports bar setting with some good classic eats. Fish tacos and big pretzel were highlights. Burgers were solid and stacked high as well. Asparagus was over salted. Service was fast and courteous. In the casino across from the sports book
I ordered the Nachos which which was a lot of nachos. Adding steak was an extra $7.00, but not much steak was added and the steak was way overcooked to the point that some of the steak pieces were burnt and crunchy. The nachos did not come with salsa.
Great food with a solid serving size. Staff were helpful and attentive. Great place to watch the game and get a filling feed!
This place has good prompt service and good food. I got the Philly cheese steak which was really good. I had a Bloody Mary but they also had about 20 beers on tap.
This is the main place to go to watch games if you’re staying at MGM. The have a ton of tvs and will have anything on from football to gymnastics!
It’s best to make reservations as it gets packed for Sunday football games.
Great burger and fries. Seasoned well and cooked exactly as requested. Pro tip. Get the cheese sauce for the fries.
The place really seems cool to watch sports. Playoffs were on and it was busy, but got seated pretty quick. For the food part, if we only had a beer and salad this would be five star. Off menu they offered a Rib-eye steak special. Loving that cut, we ended up both getting it. Sadly mine came out 75% fat. The other one was good, ( I got a portion of it.) I appreciated our server who was very nice in suggesting a beer that was on special, and was great. She also took the fatty steak off the bill. That's a nice courtesy. There were things I'd like to try on their menu. Perhaps another time.
While staying at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, don’t pass up the opportunity to snag a bite at this fantastic restaurant. Conveniently located right off the casino floor. From delicious double meat burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, tacos, and steaks, you can’t go wrong! Absolutely DO NOT miss the seasoned fries (don’t forget the side of Ranch), simply the best. Plenty of televisions to watch your favorite team sports. Excellent service from Patty!
Food and waiter were outstanding! By far, it wascthe best meal we ate on the strip this week. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the "attitude " the hostess at the front has. She acts like she could care less if you eat there or not.
From the moment we stepped into MGM Tap Sports Bar, Billy was a standout. His attentiveness and genuine warmth set the stage for a memorable dining experience. Not only was he knowledgeable about the menu, offering tailored recommendations that hit the mark, but his timing was impeccable, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our table was always neat. Billy's friendly demeanor and professional service greatly enhanced our evening, making us feel like VIPs. It’s servers like Billy that make the decision of where to dine out an easy one. A big thank you to Billy for making our visit truly memorable.
Like this TAP better than the one in Excalibur. No matter how busy they are ( and they get crazy busy), they're always efficient at turning over tables and keeping everything flowing. I've been here 3x and always great food and service.
