Redrock Buffet Not to bad, salad was good, roast beef looked great but every bite was chewy! Couldn't even swallow it!! Beef even in the beef w/broccoli was chewy so try to stay away from the beef, maybe it was just today it wasn't good! Everything else was pretty good.
I would give a 5 star but the beverage choice is awful if you don't drink and some of the food wasn't edible because too dry from sitting out. We went on a weekend too, not a weekday, and paid top dollar. Not sure if we will go back. The International and Asian buffets were the best!! If you like s

OMG good! As you can see, I like the desserts! But everything was fantastic!!! I am stuffed and super happy, and I am going back in a couple days.
The Feast Buffet was excellent. The food quality was great, the service was top notch and the dining area was well maintained. Going on New Years Day was a little pricier than normal, but still well-worth it.
