I have eaten only once, and it was pleasant experience. I would have to say that in terms of price I think it is a little expensive for the quality of the food. I also found the the restaurant to be quite noisy, and not necessarily the cleanest place on the strip.

A trip to Las Vegas is not complete without a meal (or meals) at the buffet! Although we would have loved to go to every single buffet in Las Vegas, the price would quickly add up!. After watching some Strictly Dumpling videos, we decided to go to Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar’s Palace! Anyone else watch his videos?

This extravagant restaurant is situated inside the Caesar restaurant. Went for the dinner buffet, excellent range of food selections, from seafood, cooked meat to desserts. Different styles of dishes such as American, Japanese, Greek...

We made a vip reservation to skip the massive queue. All drinks were complimentary with the vip.

Downside was the price and nosiness

Taste: 8.5/10
Presentation: 9/10
Service: 8/10
Ambience: 8.5/10
Value for money: 7/10

Price $110 per person (incl alcohol)

A huge variety of food here at this buffet! I came to Bacchanal Buffet during my trip to Las Vegas in January and I was shocked with the amount of fresh food available. There were a lot of choices of seafood (I loved the crab legs) and fresh vegetables too! I loved the marinated olives, they tasted so flavourful. I also tried the sorbet there and it was delicious! I really liked the lemon basil sorbet. Definitely come here on an empty stomach because you’ll definitely leave full and extremely satisfied.

This is a heaven for meat lovers. The place is always packed but we were lucky to get seated within 10 mins. The food is amazing and the place carries a positive vibe. The food is delicious. The desserts are crazy.

Definitely, a place to visit while you're in Vegas.

Great spread! If you’re a meat lover, this is your paradise. If you aren’t, it still is great.
Everything I tried was excellent and so was the service

Cuisines: Sea food, American, Mexican, Italian, Asian

The dessert spread is really good. They sure know how to get their cakes right.

Price: $86 for two on a weekday. Get a 20% off on tix4d card before 11 am

We were lucky to be seated quickly and surprised to have our family photo taken - lovely photo and service. Seafood range was WOW! Meats were delicious and Dessert was amazing too, especially the chocolate fondant. For some reason it didn’t meet our expectations, perhaps we had built it up too much after watching/reading reviews.

I cannot speak for my stomach enough when I say this place is a gluttonous dream. I was mildly sick when I went due to poor air-conditioning in one hotel, so I was only able to manage a small feast. But I'll be back. With a vengeance!!!

This buffet is not cheap but we wanted to try a vegas buffet since it's so popular.

We started with the seafood section which was pretty good. They had nice crab legs, oysters, shrimps. There were many things to try which was good. In meat section we don't eat beef so we were hoping for some nice lamb chops or something but they only had lamb T-bone which was extremely tough and after struggling with it for few minutes we just gave up on it.

The dessert section was really good with a lot fresh looking desserts. Everything tasted fresh and good quality. Overall a good experience.

Did we eat worth the money we paid? Definitely not but I would still say its worth experiencing at least once.

Welcome to the most expensive buffet ever, at $88USD per person, you will walk in fully determined to eat your money's’ worth and leave hating yourself as you dread the food coma that follows immediately after. Selection for food was extensive, from dim sum to ramen to barbecue and tacos, there’s choices for everyone! Worth a try if you’re a seafood lover, it’s literally crab leg galore. TIP* There is a man in the middle of the line up near the asian station with a big pot, get your crab legs here. He boils the crab legs in a salted pot, brings out so much more flavor- add a squeeze of lemon, so good.

Some other favorites of mine were the watermelon salad, the pork belly served on top of grits, clam chowder and the highlight… THE DESSERT STATION! Egg tarts are a must, the cake pops, slivers of different cakes and tarts. Aside from that - beef brisket was really dry, sausages were way too oily, some of the bread rolls were stale and bites of roasted pork and duck skin were either perfectly crispy and fresh while others tasted like they were sitting under the lamp for way too long. Wouldn’t say this was worth the money and i certainly wouldn’t come back on my next visit, but I’d suggest to come once to get that full Vegas buffet experience.

Hands down the best buffet I've ever eaten. It's a little pricey, but so worth it. The place is huge, I could easily filled up on all the desserts alone. The place being so big, is so clean, the staff regularly refill the various stations and all the various food stations are so inviting. I definitely ate way too much, but the food here is so delicious and fresh, that you just want to try everything. I would return to Vegas just to have this buffet, it's a long way to fly from Australia, but I know I'll return one day and I'll be heading straight to Caesars for this buffet.

When in Las Vegas you only expect the best, most luxurious of experiences. Rest assured that the Bacchanal buffet does not disappoint. Granted me and my party of 8 had a little bit of a line wait to get in, but once we were seated (by fluke in a nice secluded area away from everyone else, hello awesome private dining experience!) that was all forgotten. I have never before seen that much good quality food in my life. Seafood, pizza, pasta, salad, dumplings, meats and anything else your appetite could want. And that's not even going into dessert! Everything was done very well and I cant recall one thing I hated. The luxurious setting (Caesars palace sure is something hey!!), excellent, polite service and the bustling atmosphere all creates the perfect foodie night out in Vegas. Perfect to either follow with a great show or a night in digesting all the food you just ate.

So I am rating this against all other buffets in which I have dined. And yes, I have to agree, this is the best. I only uploaded pics of some of the desserts. Hard to get pics at other stations of the buffet due to the fact that there's about a million people acting like it's their last meal AND they've never seen shrimp before in their life, albeit extremely well cooked tender shrimp, not rubbery at all. This has to be Vegas opulence at its finest. Most people gawk at the near $60 price tag, but honestly, for what you get, it's a steal. If one wanted, one plate of shell fish would easily return the investment. Of course I overate and now feel sick to my stomach, but that's ok, it's a Vegas weekend! Btw - ALL desserts are handmade in house and are rather scrumptious!

Bacchanal Buffet ! The excitement of being one of the best buffets in Las vegas itself is a different experience. The wide selection of food was very pleasing to the eye. Got a chance to taste new food which I generally see on tv and online. Yhey predominantly have 4 main sections. American, Chinese, european and mexican cuisine. I tried my best to taste everything but failed. The quality of the food which was served was amazing. Courteous staff who patiently took my plates and never even once I wanted to request for something , He kept the drinks coming(ice tea and water) . Amazed by the wide selection of pastries and cookies. Being an Indian where non veg staters my go to food in a buffet I felt that the carving station which has two beefs dishes , one chicken and turkey dishes is a bit less but then I am still trying to get used of of the continentyway of eating . Totally it was a thrilling experience.

As advices by many had to try out the best brunch buffet of Vegas at Caesars Palace. There was a huge line to enter and register and even inside it was packed. Walking in thought there won't be any veggie options but in fact the whole buffet was spread out with desserts, salad, sea food, live counters and bread section. It covered a variety cuisines as well - Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Mediterranean.
Quality of the food was fantastic and the food was mouth watering delicious.
Food -
Yogurt glass was amazing with a hint of cinnamon flakes and berries. 🍦
Hummus appetiser was perfectly blended.
Rocket leaves and beet with cheese was a refreshing glass of salad.
Caesar salad was amazing. It was amazing and the dressing was just so fresh. 🥗
Garlic bun was freshly made with the right hit of garlic and butter. 🍞
Margarita pizza was oozing with flavours of basil and Parmesan. 🍕
Vegetable spring roll was loaded with vegetables.
Chefs special white sauce pasta was okay. It was bland for my taste. 🍝
Tacos were freshly heated and served and you had to pick your own toppings and make it.
There was a variety of eggs 🍳- fried egg with bacon, egg Benedict etc.

Desserts -
Creme Brûlée was out of this world. It was one of the best I've ever had. Glazed to perfection.
Pecan pastry was good but too sweet for my liking.
Raspberry sugar free mousse - I didn't quite like it as it was too spongy.
Crepes with Nutella and berry sauce was amazing and the best part it wasn't eggy.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone going to Vegas. The ambience is great and can spend good couple of hours eating and chatting.

Outstanding - huge variety of food.  Quality is excellent.  My older son has a peanut allergy and they had a chef come out and spend 15 minutes with us to walk the buffet and tell us what our son could eat and what would be bad for him.  Service was excellent - felt pampered.  We tried one other buffet while in Vegas and the other one did not compare.

Surprisingly this offer was one of the best eateries I had the pleasure of dining at during my time in Vegas. A worldly offering of dishes and all prepared to a high standard. The selection was huge, and I can't recall eating anything that didn't impress. My only issue with the place is the rather daunting wait-time at the door, if you're going anywhere near peak hour. They need to find a way to streamline that.

Great buffet on the Vegas strip and is one of my favorites to go to.

The price can be a little steep at times but it is well worth it. You get a wide range of top quality foods with nice presentation.

This buffet is also included on the list for the Buffet of Buffets pass so I'd recommend buying one to get your moneys worth. Why spend over $50 for one buffet when you can spend the same amount for a 24hr buffet pass. It's well worth it.

Be prepared to embrace the lineup here outside the buffet. Depending on the time you head here I think the waiting time varies between anything from half an hour to an hour plus. We came here at around 2PM or so and had to wait for about 40 minutes for a table. And the lineup never stops. When we were done eating at around 4PM there were still a queue outside waiting to get in.

However I think it's worth the wait. The amount of food selection is awesome. They offer everything you can possibly think of. The seafood bar was great, the Asia section offered from Japanese to Malaysian, the tapas was done perfectly and the grill offer some juicy cuts. The dessert section was also impressive but I did not last until dessert.

This buffet was incredible! I went during "brunch" and though wish they had more breakfast items it was unreal and I'd definitely go back. I was a little disappointed in the supposed noteworthy red velvet pancakes (the aria buffet's version crushed bacchanal). But that was the only disappointment. All sections: Asian, Mexican, Italian, American etc were top notch. I feel like the price is a STEAL considering everything you get. Definitely worth every penny.

Went for dinner on a weekend. A little overpriced, especially if you do not eat seafood or steak. Overall food was excellent. I like how they cut the crab legs in half lengthwise so you aren't struggling to get them open. Buffet had a huge selection of food and desserts. Also unlimited beer for additional $15.
Did not give 5 stars due to the price.

We ate here twice on our trip.  Both for breakfast.  Food was hot and yummy.  The crab legs were split in half which made eating them so easy.  The dessert bar only had a few gluten free options but that was okay.  There was plenty of other foods on the buffet that were safe.

The reviews were right. This place is GREAT! We arrived at 12pm on a Thursday and only waited 10 minutes from the time we walked into the line, paid, and were seated! I was surprised! We paid $37.99/per person for lunch!

The ambiance is very nice and super upscale for a buffet but what else can you expect?? Vegas is known for it's buffets! The presentation of the food was lovely! I made sure to try a little bit of everything and boy oh boy, was it good! I literally loved everything I tried! I'm usually very picky when it comes to sushi but I loved the sushi here! The dessert station was very large and had wonderful options as well! The hubs and I were here for a couple hours!

Our waitress was okay. She wasn't the most personable person and was slow at bringing our drinks and clearing our table. We also had an older gentleman take our picture before we paid to get in and then tried to sell us the pics after we were done eating. We decided not to buy the pictures.

All in all, this is definitely the best buffet for the price and quality of food. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas!

There comes a time when you ask yourself: "Am I willing to spend a weekend dinner tab on one feast?"
Let me ask you something: "Are you in Vegas to have a time or save pennies at every corner?"
The Bacchanal buffet has widely been considered the best buffet in Vegas for years now. You're paying an arm and a leg for a feast. "Well, why would I want to do that?" You ask? Becuase this is a feast unlike any other.
Boasting 400 seats, a friggin' gigantic selection of custom made dishes (no generic fare here) and a very large desert area, you will find no lack of items here. Everything from A to Z, but nothing simple in between. I guarantee you that you will not be able to try everything good here on your first go. That's a GUARANTEE.
There was NO food I was disappointed with here, with too many that I couldn't get all of them even if I induced vomiting to make more room (which thankfully I didn't do).I've included in the photos what I got, and yes, I did eat it all. At least the main dishes, got about halfway through deserts before my arm went numb. Yes that's an expression, but I was absolutely stuffed.
I ended up going on the peak time of Dinner on a Saturday evening, and ended up waiting over an hour for the food. Totally worth it. Apparently they say the food is the same on regular days so I'll come back then when it's less busy and cheaper.

Would I go back? In a heartbeat. There was no part that was disappointing and I would easily drop the cash to go back. It's a Vegas MUST for me now, and if your looking for a top notch buffet experience, look no further, or try and not be successful. This is the buffet that sits on top of the pyramid and passes judgement on lesser buffets. Truly a feast for a king.
Just rainking the food here and not the service (because I've only been there once), I give it a full 5/5. Too expensive, yes, but would do it anyways.

I had lunch here at $40 and dinner here at $60.  I enjoyed the lunch better than the dinner.  The service was terrible getting drinks at dinner.  The food selection was good, but very diverse.  The choices at lunch seemed better for me then at dinner, which my guests at dinner did not like it.  They felt there were no good traditional options.  The line was long at both meals to get into the buffet even for a Platinum card member.

This Buffet is known as the best buffet in Las Vegas.

PRICE: $55 per person ($25 extra per person if you want to jump the queue)

GOOD: Chinese food was good in quality and selection (I did not try the dim sum so I can't comment on these items but the dinner items were nice), I really liked the ginseng chicken soup, desert was really good (again the Chinese stuff tasted authentic and western dishes were very sweet, but the way they are meant to taste), not much Mexican items but the taco station was good, Mac'n'Cheese was great, crab and fresh shrimp was good, potatoes and gravy was great, roast beef and lamb very good, freshly made fruit juice, bottomless pop, adequate service.

BAD: had to wait about 40 minutes to get in, wasn't able to try the dim sum or Italian pasta which was a shame (too much to choose from), fries and fried chicken was cold.

SUMMARY: Great selection and quality. Expensive and long wait to get in.

We went for the lunch buffet as we just walked by.  The service was good.  Our server was attentive and pleasant.  Plates were cleared from our table and drinks were topped up promptly. The ambiance was bright and trendy.

The food was ok and had a good selection.  The roast beef was tender and the truffled mashed potato was delicious.  These were the 2 best dishes I could remember.  Desserts were ok.    It was a good price to be able to sample so many items.

Considering the price I payed for the Bacchanal Buffet champagne brunch, I was a bit disappointed. There were a lot of luxury items on the buffet line (stone crab, large tiger shrimp, Alaska king crab), and those items were great. The Mexican section was horrendous, but the freshly-squeezed juices were absolutely amazing. I have not been able to find a good acerola juice outside of Brasil, but the had a great one at the buffet. The desserts were amazing. If the menu is priced at the same price it was when I visited, I would not return. For the price, the Bellagio or Cosmopolitan are much better options.

Food is good but does it live up to the hype?. I came here for the first time during my Christmas holiday in December 2014. I did a lot of reading up on this place and had to try it. I was well-aware that it is one of the best buffets in Vegas, so I was prepared for the long lines. My partner and I waited approximately 1 hour to get in (we started lining up at 4:30 pm on a Monday). It came out to approximately $75 per person including a tip. The place was packed and we were seated literally 2 feet away from other tables/customers. Crammed to say the least. Like any other buffet in Vegas, the atmosphere was one of chaos. The food stations were well-stocked. The meat and seafood stations are the main attraction. Aside from the standard prime rib and snow crab legs, that almost every other Buffet in Vegas offers, the highlights were the rack of lamb, king crab legs and raw oysters. If you are a meat/seafood lover it will be paradise. The dessert station, while vast, did not satisfy my taste buds. The desserts were all prepared with care and looked fancy, but when it came down to the flavors and taste, it wasn't anything near "amazing" as it should have been for a high calibre Vegas buffet charging $60+ per person. Service was average. We had to flag the servers down on numerous occassions to pick-up plates from our table.

If you want a little more than what the typical Vegas buffet offers, and money is not an object, then by all means go here, you will not be disappointed. But for people with price and value in mind, this place may not live up to your expectations.

I think this is the best buffet in the world..... Waited for half an hour to get in but wow, what a quality offering for only $50. The buffet is segmented into multiple sections/style and if you lay the whole food line together it was probably just under 100m NO JOKE !. And the quality of all of them is absolutely amazing, like dining in multiple individual proper restaurants. The seafood is the best I have had in Las Vegas, a good mix of variety of cold and hot stuff. One criteria I usually judge a buffet is the chinese dim sum section. Usually, a normal buffet would skim on quality for these items but the dim sum Bacchanal have were exceptional and it feels like eating in a proper dim sum restaurant. There was even ginseng chicken soup which was comfort food and big surprise for me. The grill section was phenomenal, offering perfectly cooked roast and meat. All the food had punchy flavour and I felt like a little kid running up and down the aisle, sampling all the food.

One negative for me is that the dessert section lacked any memorable items. You get the usual crepe/waffle, ice cream, cakes, toffee apple etc. I was hoping for some macaroons but well, i didnt have much stomach space for dessert anyway. This place is a must go if you visit Las Vegas.

Make sure u have lots of time when u go--the lines r deceptive. Takes much longer to b seated than u might think. Would go again if I can have Carlos as my server, or someone like him.

Love the new check in system. You no longer wait in a long line for hours. You check your party in at a kiosk, they text you when you table is ready! Perfect! Buffet was delicious as normal, loved the street taco station. Shrimp was good. The only thing I do not like, is the crab legs. They are cold. Now you can have them heated at the Italian station, but they just aren't the best. Everything else was on point, which it should be for $50.00 dinner.

Expensive, but. At nearly $100 it better be special. I lost track of how many different kitchens there were here. Everything I tried including the spectacular eggs benedict a'la crab was fresh and tasty but somewhere between warm and hot. I prefer hot. The sheer size of the buffet is overwhelming with attention to detail in ambiance very high. Oh yeah the desserts, anything with chocolate as an ingredient was superb. Can you eat $100 worth of food...I doubt it. The experience is worth it though.

Exceedingly fresh. Most Vegas buffets feature foods that have been under the heat lamps just a little too long but not so at Caesar's buffet. Nothing has that glossed-over look. The amount of food on display is relatively small and constantly replenished. There is a very good array of breakfast items to include pastries, egg dishes, seafood, breakfast pizzas, several different types of bacons, smoked fish, Asian specialties, etc. The fresh fruit really is limited to what's fresh so the pineapple is sweet and juicy as is the honeydew and cantaloupe.
Depending on your casino status, you may be able to skip the very, very long line.
Service is good and we never had too wait long for drink orders. Also, the food stations are well laid out so the flow is efficient.

Ecstatic Elements of Roman Excess. In this "I want it all!" culture, Caesar's Bachannal delivers on the promise of being everything you want and expect in a buffet extraordinaire. The cashiers were pompous and a terrible first impression. Luckily, things get better. The space is elegant, cheery, bright and easy to navigate. The service inside is very good and down to earth. The only exception are the folks shucking and serving the oysters. They are disengaged from the customers and ignore the fact the oyster trays were perpetually empty, even though they had several trays ready to serve. Once they were available to the customer to actually eat, the oysters were fresh, briney and delicious. The shrimp were impressively large, cooked to perfection, and well chilled. The crab legs were small, not refilled too often, and not really worth the effort. Finally, the scallop poké was fantastic, with the perfect acidity and lime tang. The fried and steamed dumplings are a must, the chicken pot pie with a tender, crispy crust was incredibly flavorful. The potato gratin with truffle is very rich and filling but among my favorite sides. The sautéed root vegetables, glazed carrots and turnip and vanilla soup are all worth trying. The top items include an amazingly tender beef brisket, roasted lamb chops, and the honey ham. Each were moist and delicious. The fried chicken was a tad salty, but very crunchy and savory. The Asian cabbage and nut salad is a good balance dish, as is the fresh tomato caprese salad. There is a phenomenal array of cheeses--goat, herb, hard, soft, and even spicy. The Asian meats are worth sampling, and the Peking duck is quite rich. The sushi looked suspect, and the mashed potatoes should be avoided as they are rife with way too much salt and butter. The pasta bar looked good, but by the time I found them in the back area, I was fixin' to tap out and head for the dessert. In fact, it is really important you save room for the 40 or so desserts. They are beautifully presented, and for the most part, equally delicious. This is not the chemically prepared puddings and air pumped cupcakes one sees at most buffets. These are proper pastry chef offerings that are not too sweet, and are perfectly portioned for multiple sampling. Mousses, custards, parfaits, and gelatos...each were a creamy delight. The cakes are rich and decadent, or light and refreshing...you decide which you prefer. My favorites were the lighter, tangy fruit-based pastries, because they were a more civilized closure to the massive feast we had. The rich chocolate delectables were perfect for nibbling among the entire table guests. Even the coffee is good. At about 50 bucks per person, it is worth the one time experience, and one leaves stuffed, satiated, and satisfied with the value.

Very trendy, very good food, pretty pricey. A great buffet, the price is kinda steep but the food is so worth it. I had breakfast and lunch and tried a lot of the things on the buffet. The taco bar is awesome and you get authentic style Mexican tacos that are second to none. The desert bar is nonstop fantastic, and the breakfast is the best I have had

I got the Buffet of Buffets ($50 per person, if you are a Total Reward Program member, $55 if not. Total Reward is free to sign up) and came to Bacchanal. Here is a brief of how it works. When you buy the Buffet of Buffets, you have 24 hours to use it. You have unlimited visits to all the buffets in the program, except the Rio Seafood Buffet and Bacchanal. For Bacchanal, you have to pay an extra $15 for breakfast, $20 for lunch, and $25 for dinner. They serve pretty much the same items for lunch and dinner. I haven't been to it for breakfast. Since the weekend (Bacchanal stand alone) rate is higher than the weekday's. Monetarily, it is worth a lot more doing it in the weekend. Because you still pay the same for the Buffet of Buffets and the extra for Bacchanal.

They have different sections: seafood, American, Mexican, Italian, salad, Asian, and dessert. My favorites are the lobster corn chowder at the seafood section. The corn chowder is bursting with flavor. Whenever I go there, I would have at least 4 or 5 of this. I tend to stay away from the American section because they serve very fatty and greasy food. Most of them are fried. For the Mexican, I like the horchata. They also have taco to order which they cook in front of you. In the Italian section, they have pizza, pasta, and a variety of cheese and salami (that's what I am guessing they are). In the Asian section, they have sushi, dim sum, fresh spring roll, and some Chinese food. I am a bit disappointed from the Chinese roasted duck because it tasted a bit bland. It is missing the taste of the traditional spices. However, the congee is quite good. You can taste that it is well prepared and executed.

Best new kid on the block. I've been to a few Vegas buffets, including wicked spoon and village seafood and this is the best one on the strip. The selection of food is insane, 9 separate sections make up the choices. There is tons of seafood and meat, pretty much name it and you will find it. Two people is $100 so come hungry and you will get your money's worth. The only thing lacking was the desserts which were a bit meh, but I'm not here to eat cake anyways.

Worth it. As expensive as this place was, especially on holiday (+$14), the food they offer was superb.

All the meats at the carving station was of high quality and cooked to perfection. I especially like the lamb chops. The king crab legs were warm batch by batch, so they are juicy and delicious. The made to order ramen station was definitely a favorite.

The dessert island was incredible as well. The flavors of sorbet/ice cream were very realistic, non of that artificial stuff. The mochi ice cream balls were excellent, my favorite was the sesame.

Although the price is certainly at a premium, so was the food. You get what you paid for. If you got the cash, then definitely check out this place and make sure you come hungry.

Excessive indulgence. Bacchanal is truly a feast worthy of Baccus. This is where Gluttony meets Flavor.

In general, I dislike buffets - but felt the need to experience this place - and I am so glad i did. Trying to serve myself the smallest possible portions, I probably only sampled only 30% of what was offered before I threw in the towel. Nothing I tried was below par but there were a few stand outs. Especially exceptional were the fine desserts and the gelato. Nothing cleanses a palate after plates of decadence than some watermelon or blood orange sorbet.

The interior was modern and fresh - and felt much more like a fine dining place than a buffet. Service was prompt, with my ised tea never getting less than half full.

I'd DEFINITELY recommend as the one place you must eat at in Vegas.

Good buffet, but expensive.. Came here for a late lunch, and was promptly seated. One thing I did notice was that the service is quite good - our server was rather attentive, and was very sociable throughout the meal.
The food was okay, though you realize that you're paying more for variety than quality. Some things were hits (the meat was pretty good, and the desserts were worth it), and some weren't (the sushi for lunch was mediocre, and the pizza was soggy). At thirty bucks for lunch, it's definitely pricier than other hotels. That said, it's worth it to try. I'm not sure if I'd be willing to pay fifty dollars for dinner as when we left, they were starting to roll out the other food (crab legs, for instance).

One of the best buffets I've been to (comparable to Caesar Palace & Wicked Spoon). This place is pretty over-the-top... just look at the decor in this place! The dessert line is huge with tons of varieties. I like how there's dim sum and sushi here. The ahi poke salad tastes pretty fresh too. I personally like their fried potato taters lol (the cheap stuff) and the deep fried chicken and last but not least... deep fried fish in the Asian section. The Americans really know their stuff when it comes to deep frying because I can't find anything that tastes that good deep fried in Canada. Oh did I mention there's raw oysters here? And you can get your crab legs boiled so you don't need to eat it cold... now dip it in some succulent butter oil and voila. The prime rib is juicy on the inside, and seasoned with salt and crusty on the outside, with good balance of fat and meat... really good stuff. Service is also excellent so tip big even though dinner was $50 as it is.

Food Haven. Most people have an opinion of buffets - over priced and overrated food. This place will change all of that! The atmosphere is contemporary and open. The service is excellent. The food is the best of the best Las Vegas has to offer. The dining experience will blow you away - so many selections that it would take at least two trips to try everything! Everything is gourmet, all the different cuisine are authentic, and the deserts are phenomenal. I can not name one dish that was not good here, really! This is an extraordinary dining experience to be enjoyed by all foodies. This place is worth the hype, the price to get in, and the long wait. DA-BOMB!!

The new standard of Excellence. The best buffet, by far. I am rarely moved to take the time to write a review or comment on a restaurant, but Bacchanal motivated me immediately. It was amazing. I went directly to the meats and stayed there nearly all night. the prime rib was out of this world, the brisket put most BBQ places to shame and the rib eye steak was delicious.

Everything was excellent quality, freshly made and they were able to achieve excellent quality even with having to make 100's of items. Standing ovation to Bacchanal and bravo to the chefs.

Bacchanal is the new standard of excellence that Bellagio, Wynn and all the other will try to rise to. Good luck to them, but in the meantime we have a new favorite that we will visit again.

What's Las Vegas without going to at least one buffet? And that's what we did, except we made sure to do some research ahead of time. And what we discovered was that while lots of articles ranked the top 10 buffets to eat in Las Vegas, they seldom had pictures. So lo and behold, this post will contain tons of photos! Originally, we were going to go into the buffet with the same tactic that we had used the previous year, that is show up an hour before dinner hours (so that we could pay the lunch price) and eat both lunch and dinner dishes. However, there were a few influential factors that we didn't take into consideration: 1) We were going on a Saturday, 2) We had a party of EIGHT versus just TWO people, and 3) We didn't realize exactly how popular the Bacchannal Buffet was. We arrived at 2:15pm, and found out that we had to proceed to a machine to input the number of people in our party, which then gave us a paper slip stating the time to return. The return time indicated that was when we could BEGIN lining up (...What?!). The time it told us to return was 3:45pm, well over the beginning of dinner hours So all eight of us fell disappointed and contemplated going to Bellagio for their buffet. We even walked to Bellagio and lined up for 10 minutes before the group reached a consensus to go back to Caesars Palace and wait (all influenced by the reviews we had read beforehand). The eight of us sat beside the Bacchanal Buffet line looking famished. We must have looked like a group of very sad children, because the lovely woman who worked to check the time stamped paper slips motioned us over and let us join the queue. Despite having skipped the wait for our line up time to arrive, it was 4pm by the time we got our table. Imagine how much longer we would have had to wait if we follow their legitimate process! Needless to say, once we got our table, we didn't even bother to sit down and quickly booked it to the food stations - our server had to stop us in our tracks to ge

This buffet has been receiving plenty of accolades; the USA Today, the Las Vegas Review Journal, and the Las Vegas Weekly all rated it as the best buffet in Las Vegas; this made our choice extremely easy. Here are a few statistics: over 25,000 square feet of dining space, seating for up to 600 guests, over 500 items served daily, nine distinct restaurant cuisines each with its own open show kitchen; all this in one place and for a mere construction cost of $17 million! When we arrived we knew we were in the right place, though it seemed smaller than we expected. We quickly noticed two happy bronze pigs on display and instantly realized that this would be a symbol for us on this Las Vegas trip. We started with some fresh seafood at their chilled bar, continued on to a western offering of ham

There are 5 or 6 different dining areas all decked out in modern organic decor so Bacchanal feels a bit upscale for a buffet. Sort of. There are six or seven different buffet areas: cold seafood bar (oysters, mussels, shrimp, etc), a carving area with American favorites (prime rib, fried chicken, sausage, etc), a Mexican area with tacos and more, a salad and charcuterie area, an Asian area (dim sum, Chinese favorites, sushi), along with an Italian area with Alaskan king crab legs. And finally, a large dessert spread in the middle of the floor with all sorts of pastries, sweets, candies and more, phew!

Let me tell you about this amazing Buffett spot! First things first, make that reservation and show up early; otherwise, you'll be facing a line that could test your patience. It's around $80 per person, but trust me, it's an experience worth savoring. My advice? Give yourself plenty of time to dive into all the dishes they offer. Seriously, there's so much to try! From savory starters to delectable desserts, it's a food lover's paradise. Despite the crowd, the service is surprisingly good. It's hectic, yes, but they manage to keep things running smoothly. So, if you're up for an extensive spread of diverse, delicious food and don't mind a bit of a wait, this place is definitely worth a visit. Just remember to book ahead and come early!

It's been a couple of years since I've eaten here. Last time was mediocre. This time was exceptional. Visited on Monday, 11/20/23. Big winners were crab legs and prime rib, as they should be. Cooked perfectly and well seasoned. I feel these should always be a hit and they were. Big disappointment with the sushi. The rice and fish were dry, I took one bite and abandoned the other pieces. Surprise hits were the lamb the menudo. Both were very tasty. Desserts were tasty and I wouldn't turn anyone away from what I got. Plates were cleared super fast and drinks never got a chance to be empty.

Remember to plan ahead with reservation. Even with reservation you need to stay in a long time to check in. Food quality was very good, lots of options for various cuisines. I had no complaints about the service. Overall I think it is a bit overpriced. We spent 100$ after tax per person without tip.

Been there twice and would give a 4/5 for the following reasons. If you look for snow crab feet or would like to taste different cuisines in one meal, or just want to feel the atmosphere of “city of buffet”, this is the right place. For other reasons I would recommend other AYCE or regular restaurants. The snow card feet are great, a little bit salty but you could taste the freshness of the crab. They also leave some cracks on the shell to help you open it more easily. However, apart from the steamed snow crab feet and lobster claws, other cold plated seafood tastes horrible. One could easily tell they are not fresh at all. I tried one lobster claw in the cold plate and it tasted like a sponge soaked in extremely salted water. The shrimps were not good either. So I would only recommend getting the steamed snow crab feet which is limited to 3-4 at a time. For other foods in the hall, some are acceptable but the others are terrible. The bright side is that they do have a lot of choices so you could somehow get what you want, but it’s not guaranteed it would be delicious. As an Asian myself, I find the deep fried bullfrog legs and the Char Siu ribs amazingly good, but the steamed shrimp dumpling and the grilled pork not authentic even compared to supermarket offered. But I would still give a 4-star as there are really many options which makes it a great place for a large party like family gathering and company dinner. We are diamond members at the Caesars Rewards which allow us to skip the endless line, but honestly speaking once in a year is quite enough for us. And as the price is raised to $85ppl I would consider something else next time.

Lots of great food! Wide variety from many cultures in addition to American cuisine staples. The Asian section was my personal favorite. The mussels were awesome. The bread, cheese, and charcuterie were a fine flare. They lost a star due to a couple of deficits that I noticed. 1) they ran out of medium rare prime rib at one point. More did come later. 2) There was no ham. 3) Deserts were few and far between. I, personally, would like to see a variety of cakes, pies, puddings, or even ice cream/gelato options to the menu. 4) The stone crab claws were cooked wrong. It was such a wonderful dish, and it tasted fine, but the meat was stuck to the claws. Doubt anyone else noticed. But I'm from Florida. And I know what it looks like cooked right. On a final note: We would definitely try it again! Next time, we would check the menu and make sure either lobster or snow crab is on the menu for that meal. Sadly, I failed to do that this go round. Edwin was an awesome waiter. Attending to our needs constantly. He even anticipated a few. See ya next time!!

Best buffet in Vegas hands down. We dined here for lunch and got the added benefit of the crab legs special that started at 1pm. The recommendation on the menu to take small portions so you can try lots is hundred percent true. There is so much variety on this buffet you can't possibly eat everything even if you took small portions. Highly recommend trying the taco station, meat carvery and crab legs. The most outstanding by far is the dessert area, I recommend the made to order crepes and gelato. The service was fantastic as every time we got up to grab something new our plates were cleared and drinks replenished. We could see the chef checking meat temperatures and the overall buffet which is great to see the quality is upheld throughout the day for every sitting.

You really need to plan your visit beforehand as 90 minutes is really very short to try 250+ dishes. Prices are fairly high but the quality of the food was surprisingly good for a buffet. Also, non alcoholic drinks are included. Overall, not a good place for a romantic dinner but for trying out lot of new dishes. Booking highly recommended as the queue for people with booking was already ridiculously long (for lunch!!)

By far one of my favourite buffets in Vegas! Love the variety of food options and the amount of seafood and desserts that were offered. It’s been about 5 years since we’ve eaten here. The selections were abundant, but the quality seemed to have gone backward from our previous visits. There were crabs at nearly every station, but I didn’t see any snow crabs, perhaps that’s not offered at lunch time. The desserts were really good and the small portions allowed me to tried several items. The price for lunch was reasonable as other restaurants in Las Vegas have gotten very high in light of recent inflation. The line wasn’t bad either both at the food counters and as well as at the entrance. All in all, it’s a decent deal and decent food.

Bacchanal buffet might be the best buffet in all of Vegas. You will pay before you go in. It was $79.99 per person. All the foods are fresh and tasty. It would be a wise decision to make a reservation in advance to skip the long lines. We enjoyed the seafood here, especially the king crab legs. The meat section was very good as well, especially the prime rib. It was extremely tender and juicy. They serve a whole variety of Asian and latin food. The dessert was extremely good. Real experience: I made a reservation at 6:15pm. There were so many people waiting outside when I arrived. However, I still got my table at 6:30pm. Food is excellent and seafood is so fresh. When I was selecting the bbq porks and ducks, I realized that the chefs are from Hong Kong because they speak fluent Cantonese. Finally, I suggest you should never miss their ice-cream.
