Being from Texas normally I would not get BBQ in Las Vegas but I came in to get the Fortress as it is a very unique item you can't find anywhere else.
First off this item is way bigger than it looks in pictures. It is a lot of food. Most photos only show the item as it looks when it first comes out
This place is over the top with their BBQ. Hands down the best BBQ I've ever had at any establishment. The Fortress was a work of art and beyond delicious. The BBQ food at Jessie Raeβs is some of the best Iβve had! I recommend getting the platter with 3 meats and sharing it, so you can try them all! I ordered and loved the brisket, ribs & smoked chicken with tater tots! The staff there is also vey nice and welcoming!
