So we've been to the Palms a few times, and we finally got to check out this place. We went after an awesome concert at The Pearl. There was a wait, but it was only like 5 minutes. Our server was very helpful and informative. We decided on the brisket nachos and the 1/2 chicken. The food came out within a reasonable time, and the temperature was perfect. The food was delicious, and we were in heaven. Definitely will be returning here on our next visit.

Mabel's BBQ is of my favorite BBQ joints in Las Vegas! A great place to grab a bite to eat and watch a game. Plenty of TVs everywhere and live music on Friday & Saturday nights make for a vibrant atmosphere. Staff is really friendly and attentive. Service is pretty quick. The food was full of flavors and so delicious. Great selection of beers and drinks. We enjoyed it so much, that we had to come back before the end of our trip. Mabel's did not let me down. Well done Chef Michael Symon! I enjoyed a Father's day special, pulled pork and brisket sandwich with several tastings of beer and a shot of whiskey. My fiancé absolutely loved the baked potato. Mabel's is located in the Palms Casino Resort. We highly recommend if you are looking for a BBQ restaurant or have a large group.

We went in after the Keith Sweat concert! It was really busy, but we were able to get in with 10 minutes. Our server was Jenna and she was very friendly! What an excellent server ! She took the time to go over the entire menu with us! Also the specials and the happy hour pricing! Chef Caleb was very friendly! He brought out our wings, plus took pictures with us! And the food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! I can't forget the drinks! The bartender did his magic (A+)! And all 3 male runners/busers were friendly, especially the one from guam! But, the manager Devin Skougaud was a total rock star! ( Professional, friendly, nice and kind)! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect! 👍🏾👍🏾And at the end of our meal , he gave us a surprise tour of the entire restaurant! I had no idea that there was a speakeasy there. And he showed us the smokers, where they smoke all the meat! Can't forget about the man cave that's upstairs! I was very thankful and appreciative that he would take the time to be so kind! Thanks for great service , great food and wonderful people! Keep up the awesome job! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Can't wait to go back! 😊

For a social meal this is a great choice and we had a great evening here sharing one of their meat platters. The place is open plan with lots of screens around, feeling more like a sports bar than a traditional restaurant but that gave a great atmosphere. The waiting staff were friendly and happy to give extra time to peruse the large menu, which has an equally impressive range of drinks as well as food. The sharing platter was a great size and our desire to add an extra couple of sides was unnecessary! Lots of different sauces are provided so none of the items get boring, with everything cooked really well and proper tasty. A great place for meat lovers and I’d happily return!

Not only were our nachos and loaded baked potato amazing! Todd Smith our server, was probably one of the best servers I've had in the 10 years I've lived in Vegas. Really attentive to everyone, not just us. This guy just GETS IT! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Located inside the Palms Casino, one of the best BBQ restaurants called MABEL’S BBQ by Chef Michael Symon. We are so happy to see his restaurant reopened. It is very vibrant atmosphere in the restaurant and when the games are played then it becomes very energetic . We have tried a little bit of everything from the menu. We had : Pregame combo ( pulled pork, chopped brisket and Brisket fried rice ) , Big Mike burger 🍔, Spicy Fried Chicken, waffle fries, Smoked Chicken Wings and my favorite cornbread ( very fluffy and soft). They have a great selection of bbq sauces. The meats are perfectly seasoned, very tender and delicious 😋. A lot of flavor and juiciness in the meats. Definitely a high quality authentic bbq meats - they don’t cut corners ! Our food came out really fast and it was very filling and portions are great too. Our server was very nice, attentive and helpful. We met the general manager and he was very friendly, welcoming and overall wonderful guy. Service is definitely spectacular in this restaurant. Thank you guys for making this an amazing experience. Overall: if you like BBQ and want to have a great time, this place is definitely worth visiting. We highly recommend it!!!

Went for a special event! Great atmosphere and ambiance, loved that there was a photo set up as well as a DJ! Getting the food was way easier than you’d think (buffet line) with so many people so that was great! The food was absolutely delicious! I tried the brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese, and the greens. The Mac n cheese was to die for! Omg I can’t wait to go back and get some more! And all the sauces that you can put with the brisket were awesome! I tried them all except the TX hot sauce he said was really spicy. Our waiter, Louis or “mustache” he said, for our drinks was really nice and the specialty margarita and whiskey drink were both amazing! He also explained all the sauces really well! I just wish all the tables had been also set with water so we could start eating right away. I can’t eat until I have something to wash it down with… as it was busy took awhile to get drinks…. Other than that What a great fun event! Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back!!!

A Southern BBQ Delight in the Heart of Vegas Review: Having ventured into Mabel's BBQ, situated within the bustling Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, I was rewarded with an epicurean journey that brought forth an array of BBQ delights, each carefully crafted and dripping with authenticity. The standout for me was their BBQ bowl - a truly mouthwatering arrangement of the smokiest, most tender meat complemented by an equally soft and scrumptious mix of accompaniments. It was a harmony of flavors that left me savouring every bite. Mabel's BBQ further elevated my dining experience with their impressive homemade sauce selection. Each one was delicious, whether it offered a hint of smoky sweetness or a fiery kick of spice that really tingled the taste buds. These sauces were perfect for customizing my BBQ experience, catering to whatever craving I was entertaining at the moment. The drink selection, too, was commendable. From craft beers to local brews and a well-curated list of cocktails, they certainly had an option for every palate, complementing the robust flavors of the BBQ dishes wonderfully. The service was consistent, friendly, and efficient, which is a testament to the staff's dedication to customer satisfaction. I enjoyed their warm hospitality so much that I found myself revisiting Mabel's during my stay. However, one minor inconvenience did slightly mar the otherwise delightful experience. The restaurant enforces a strict policy against bringing in outside beverages, leading me to discard my freshly brewed cup of tea upon entering. While I understand the need for such policies, it did add a momentary disappointment. Price-wise, Mabel's BBQ is a breath of fresh air. The dishes are priced fairly, offering good value for the quantity and quality of food you get, which is not always the case in such high-profile locations. All in all, Mabel's BBQ earns a solid 4-star rating from me. With its delectable BBQ offerings, an assortment of homemade sauces, a diverse drink menu, and exemplary service, it is a must-visit for any BBQ lover visiting Las Vegas. The strict beverage policy is a slight drawback, but the overall experience is certainly worth it.

Love the place. The food needs to have more details in the menu. Loaded nachos are made for about 4 to 6 people. We ordered for two, and it was waaaayy too much. The taste 11 out of 10. Cucumber salad - pickled, not fresh. It's delicious, but too sour for my taste. Shells and cheese - amazing, but spicy. There's no warning, so if you get heartburn from the mix of spicy and carbonated, it's not your best option. Overall amazing staff and light atmosphere. Loved it.

Brisket nachos were awesome! Wings, not so much especially the price. $17.00 for 6 winglets and they didn't taste as good as TGI Friday's at 69¢ each. Do the nachos, don't do the wings.

Wow! Great bbq place off the 'strip' in the Palms casino. We got the meat sampler with pulled pork, brisket and waffle fries. Brisket was tender and moist with a nice smoke ring and rub bark. The pulled pork was just as flavorful but could have used more smoke(IMO). If we would have asked for a vinegar based bbq sauce it would have been great.

Located in the Palms Casino, you'll find Mabel's BBQ by Michael Symon. Service was awesome and it's a huge restaurant if you you have a large party. Food: Cucumber Salad Pork Belly Burnt Ends Crackling Pork Rinds Sauces were also yummy. I liked the sweet BBQ and Cleveland mustard mixed. The food was delcious and flavorful, especially the soy, peanuts and cilantro on the Pork. I wouldn't order the cucumber again. I wasn't a fan of the sour cream. Overall, I'm excited to try the other BBQ dishes and would highly recommend.

Walked by in the casino and decided to stop in. I'm allergic to a lot of BBQ ingredients (not traditional BBQ but fruits and whatnot that most places add) so I was pleasantly surprised to know that this place is all traditional BBQ in its preparation. I had the Brisket Baked Potato and it was so incredibly delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. If I wasn't so full I would have ordered a second one! My husband had a Cuban sandwich and downed it in record time. Our server Ryan was attentive and sweet, understanding of the full menu and preparation of the food, which put me at ease. Would absolutely recommend and go back. Definitely seems like a fun place for sports viewing as well.

We ordered the triple play combo platter which had ribs, pulled pork, brisket, cucumber salad, coleslaw and fries. We also ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Everything was on point and delicious, the ribs fell off the bone, pulled pork and brisket was also juicy. However the fried chicken sandwich was a surprise of korean flavors, it's so good and id order 2 next time! Service was excellent. Will definitely be back soon.

What a great find this is! Tony assisted us in finding the perfect dinner. I had the Cuban sandwich and Cheryl had the Big Mike burger. Fries were excellent and slaw is out of this world.

Nachos amazing!!! We ordered pulled pork nachos and brisket nachos and it was amazing! The flavor was great 👍. I would say price wise would be $$. We had a few drinks and different appetizers. In my opinion this is one of the best nachos I ever had. Chicken wings was good too but serving was kinda small.

Really tasty food and fun atmosphere! This is located inside Palms Casino. There was live music and our server was very friendly and even brought a dessert for my mother-in-law’s birthday, which we were in Vegas to celebrate. I got the sticky ribs and shells and cheese and both were really yummy. The mac and cheese had a spicy little kick to it. We also got chips and salsa as an appetizer and the salsa was amazing! I feel like it’s rare when a salsa blows you away but this one did.
