The beef chow fun was reasonably tasty, but needed extra soy sauce which would have normally been easy to get except the level of service was not too great as I never had a server come back after the meal was delivered until the check came.

The noodle exchange has decent prices for being a restaurant inside a Vegas casino. The hot pot is a very good deal and quite delicious. The Pho offering is not very good and the veggie sides looked awful. The Gyoza and soft noodles were good.
