Wonderful tapas dinner. But make sure you’re ready to eat. The portions are definitely more generous than what you’d get in Spain but just as tasty if not more so. All the dishes were very inventive and interesting. Lots of molecular gastronomy techniques used. The presentation and explanation of each dish was superb. We didn’t opt for the wine paring but the bottle of wine we chose went well with everything. Would go again and fast beforehand.

Very good experience at EDO Tapas. The food is original with a nice presentation and it's very tasty! The menu gives you so many different flavors. Regarding the service, it's excellent! Each dish is presented in detail. They cleaned every drop of water that could fall on the table during service. They clean the tables AND THE CHAIRS with good attention. I even saw them adjusting the tables making sure that it's properly leveled before seating customers. We don't see that much attention to detail often! The service was a little too fast for us at the beginning but I asked them to slow down and it was better. The only improvement I would suggest, is to change the plate between each dish. You keep the same plate during the entire service which is not great because you have remaining from the previous dish and it's mixing the flavors. I'm sure they would have changed them if I'd asked but it should be automatic. But the overall experience was great! And there was special attention for my wife's birthday! We will come back again!

It’s my second time at Edo and they didn’t disappoint! Tried out new recipes and they were amazing: the egg caviar, the scallops, the deconstructed croquetas and the oyster are really special. Service was excellent, Paulo was passionate about food and took time to explain the content of every single dish. Must visit when in Vegas, will definitely come back !

The watermelon gaspacho was refreshing! The best croquetas I've ever tasted so far. The octupus was good too. Lobster risotto was flavorful but a bit salty for me. The sangria was okay. I've had better ones elsewhere. Overall, I recommend this place.

Fantastic! But yes definitely fast before hand. My mom and I got the tasting menu and barely made it through. Honestly could have shared one. This place is pricey but worth it if you’re in the mood for something fancy and fun and want to culture your palate.

Wow. In Las Vegas for one night and got the recommendation for this place. Great experience. You are not coming here for the location, you are coming here for the food, service, and drink. EDO is located in a strip mall, slightly run down, with non of the Vegas glitz. However, The food was awesome. Choose the tasting menu to get a bite of everything. Everything was good, my favorites were the watermelon gazpacho amuse bouche, the Tarte Flambé (wagyu pastrami, carmelized onions, Manchego, and some sliced black truffles from Australia), tomatoes two way we shrimp and, I can’t forget about the gin and tonic. I don’t drink gin and tonics, but when someone says that is something they are known for making, I order. After some questions, they made a lovely fresh and enjoyable gin and tonic for a non gin drinker. I hope my work trips swing me by in the future. Ben and the entire team were awesome. If you are a real foodie, swing by.

I loved everything I had! I love tapas because you can have little bit of everything. Ingredients were good and fresh I loved it. I also loved their wine selections. Also the chef and staff were so nice too! I can’t wait to go back there again.

So happy to have been able to find this gem. Great tapas place with a very good tasting menu. Lots of Spanish flair, excellent quality seafood. The Smoked Tonyina de Sorra was the standout dish, absolutely fantastic. Dishes were beautifully and creatively plated, great attention to detail. Downside: very small, max capacity was 50 and seating was very close. It's also in a very nondescript strip mall about 15 minutes off strip. But it has big Vegas vibes. Fun (?) Fact: the music of choice when we were here was wildly hysterical. Covers of popular 80s -00s music. Very on-vibe until you listened to the lyrics and realized it was MJ's "Beat it" and Britney's " Hit Me Baby One More Time."

We happened to reserve Edo as our last dinner in Vegas and what a way to end our trip! Excellent tasting menus. I was able to try the vegetarian version while my husband had the regular tasting menu. We were both extremely pleased with our meal. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, from Michael who greeted us to all the others (sorry, I don’t know their names). We look forward to returning the next time we are in Vegas.

When you think “Fine Dining,” you don’t expect to find it in a shopping center full of clutter of different restaurants. Well, don’t let its exterior fool you! We were there for their 12 course tasting menu. The servers brought each course with a detailed descriptions of the ingredients. They even asked if we had any food allergies or needed any substitutions to any of the 12 courses. I thought that was very classy, because a lot of places don’t allow substitutions. Every dish was prepared well and brought an assortment of sweet, tart, sour, and savory flavors. The presentation was nice. I especially liked the creamy appetizers filled in egg shells and delicate pastry shells brought in small treasure chests. The servers were polite and cheerful. Although everything was great, I did think it was a little pricy for $80 per person.

Wow. This place felt like a hidden gem in strip mall. I went here with a crew of my buddies on my bachelor party and honestly this meal was one of the key highlights of the trip. The food was exceptional. We all ordered the tasting menu and the dishes just exploded with flavor. Every little bite you experienced a new flavor that just paired so perfectly with the last. Was very difficult to pace yourself when the next course came out as the food was amazing! Service was exceptional. Seriously, check this place out. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Honestly my partners food was delicious and the platter we got was great, except my lamb was rare.. I always go with chef’s recommendation on cooking the meat at restaurants but this was honestly disappointing! I didn’t finish it nor enjoy it, it was too rare. Other than that I recommend making reservations because it’s a small place (fits about 20 people).

Perfect date night! Edo gastro tapas is wonderful. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the staff are professional and inviting, all the food we tried was delicious! They offer a chef's tasting menu and many tasty cocktails. We made a reservation wich I would recommend because the setting is limited and they were busy the night we went.

We tried the chef's tasting menu which is $80 per person and 8 items were served. Each item tasted delicious, the presentation was a work of art and the creativity of the chef was apparent in the taste as well as presentation. The servers were polite and knowledgeable, providing detailed description for each dish. It was a bit dark in the restaurant but the taste of the food made up for it. I am attaching pictures of my favorite dishes in terms of taste and presentation. 1. Hamachi tartare with bowfin caviar and pistachio sauce. 2. Egg souffle with king oyster mushrooms on the bottom in a foie Gras sauce. 3. Mussels sofrito with French fries espuma on top. 4. Paella honeycomb with calamari and baby shrimp.

This is beyond the best food I've every had and the service is exactly what you want: knowledgable, helpful, but only there when you need them. It's worth the price. You can taste the passion and love put in this food. Get off the strip and out of the tourist traps. And get the tasting menu!!!
