We shared the calamari appetizer extra crispy... so good. I had linguini and clams, perfectly seasoned and exactly al dente. The broth was perfection. My friend had shrimp scampi and enjoyed every last morsel. The garlic-cheese bread was the perfect accompaniment. As was my blood orange Manhattan. The service was impeccable by all. Our server was friendly and cheerful as well as helpful. A visit from the manager was an added touch. A really wonderful dining experience. Well be back.
This place is a very good value. They have a list of wines under $35 that are excellent wines. The food was only a B+. I would like to try them again in case it was an off night. The pasta was sticky and clumpy. But, the dishes were flavorful despite the pasta.
Fell in love last night (1/10/23) with the Prosciutto & Fig pizza with arugula, parmesan cream sauce + balsamic vinaigrette dressing at Spiedini Fiamma which opened this past October at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa + Rampart Casino in Summerlin. It was a captivating blend of flavors + textures from chef Paula Smagacz. Dig the restaurant’s small plates, too: the bruschetta, shrimp scampi, meatballs with ricotta + (not pictured) crispy calamari with zucchini.
Fabulous. Brand New restaurant inside Rampart casino and JW Marriott. Beautiful decor, scenery, the waiter was charming and food delicious. Chef and GM came by to say hello. Prices believe it or not reasonable. What a wonderful surprise. I truly think it is one of the better restaurants in Las Vegas

My wife and I were there on the second day of operation. The food was terrific. The Mussels app. Was outstanding, "And Large" The pizza from the new pizza oven was thin, crispy and with perfect toppings. Bar tender "Krista" was great...

Had a great experience here! We ordered the chicken parmesean and the chicken piccata. Both were delicious. Will definitely be eating here again.
Pretty good Italian food. Had the spaghetti and meatballs and prawn risotto. Enjoyed it. I had issue with how dry the chicken Marsala came out.

The ShortRib Ravioli is completely Awesome, The Beef Carpatio is the best, I recommend this place for Italian, seriously ranked among the best ever Italian food , Tiramisu is like I never had before, outstanding . Service was perfect.
We've attended wine night a few times and it is very good.
We had a party of 9 dine here after a wedding. Service was impeccable and friendly. Children were entertained and their food was delivered quickly. Main courses were delicious. My filet was tasty and perfectly prepared. It was quiet enough to hold a conversation. Wait staff took photos for us. We all ordered the excellent desserts. Its a pretty long walk from the parking to the restaurant but well worth it.
I was out on vacation with my wife in March 2017. Neither of us had ever been to Las Vegas before. We didn't know where to go or what to do (very overwhelming for a first timer). We were given a recommendation for your restaurant by the hotel we stayed at. Well let me say his recommendation didn't disappoint. From staff to food what a pleasant dining experience. Our waiter Alex was exceptional. He told us some of the house favorites and also his. We were undecided on the wine, so he brought us a few tastings. We loved the sweet water shrimp, house salad and the short rib ravioli were incredible. Definitely will be back next time we are out to Vegas. Great place over all.

Although we really enjoyed the Saffron Mussels, the Lasagna had a sweet taste to the sauce and pizza was just ok.
