I can not comment on the store as a whole as me and my gf only came to the perfume department. We had a wonderful experience with Ray the perfume expert today. He helped us sample fragrances that was niche based on my gf’s preferences. We do not have these option here in Canada so it was nice that he gave us some neat history of the brand and perfumer. Thanks Ray!

Emerson from luxury shoes is the guru! My hunt of a pair of Chanel espadrilles ended with his help. I visited all 4 Chanel stores and wasn’t able to score a pair. I was about to give up until I chanced upon Neiman Marcus. From the get go when I was browsing, Emerson was attentive but not overly pushy. His counter was also well stocked with sizes and options which made shopping great. Knowing I was short on time, he went above and beyond to ensure that my shoes were shipped to my hotel so I can take it home with me. When I returned home and realised some flaws in the shoes and second guessed my sizing, he was patient to help me through the return process. Through both times, he kept me updated through text to ensure we stay in touch. Today, I finally took my shoes out to play. It is also my first luxury purchase since moving to US. He has the customer experience right at the heart of it all and strives to do what is right. It made buying this pair of shoes even more special. I highly recommend going to him because he will make your shoe dreams come true. I know who I am going to for more shoes purchases in future. Thank you Emerson for all that you do!
Made a stop here to check niche perfumes I wouldn't be able to smell anywhere else. I sprayed tons on a paper sample but the SAs were all patient. Compared to other NM stores I've been before, the SA here are respectful of your space and not hovering over your shoulder. They asked if I need help and when told them I just want to check the scents, they left me on my own to enjoy the scents leisurely.
Richard in the suit department was so sweet and accommodating. We brought my son to get a suit for an interview and after a day of continuing education we all looked haggard. We went to another store first and when that salesman thought we didn’t have two cents to rub together he basically was no help. Showed up at Norman looking just as horrid and Richard treated us and my son like family. He steered us toward the cheaper suits but they didn’t look quite right on my tall, skinny son. Next he let him try on a Tom Ford suit. It’s an understatement to say the suit looked like it was made for him. It fit perfectly off the rack. The lights turned out in the store at closing and Richard stayed with us for another hour helping us pick out shoes and shirts and ties. He went above and beyond. He exemplifies everything I would want in an employee. The way he treated us you would have thought he owned Norman Marcus. Thanks Richard!

The NM Cafe was absolutely Fabulous in every way!!! Excellent Staff and super attentive and gracious!!! Try the Blackened Salmon Tacos, Superb!!!!! In the big Fashion Show Mall close to the Beni-Hana!!!
During a recent shopping trip in Las Vegas, my wife and I visited the Neiman Marcus department store. Although we didn't find what we were looking for, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us with our inquiries.
The store itself was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant aroma that added to the overall shopping experience. Despite not finding exactly what we were looking for, we appreciated the effort put forth by the staff to assist us.
Overall, Neiman Marcus is a great department store with excellent service. Although we didn't find what we were looking for, we still had a positive experience thanks to the helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere. If you're in the market for high-end fashion and great service, Neiman Marcus is definitely worth a visit.
Came to Vegas with my family for my husbands birthday and saw the Nieman Marcus while we were walking the strip- grabbed my daughters hand and we made a beeline for it! Good thing it’s in a mall so I could keep my son and husband distracted for a bit 😂
I’m going to a wedding in Philadelphia and was looking for a medium size clutch and this one was perfect. This piece is timeless and will work well with any outfit- whether you dress up or down. Glad to add this one to the collection. Will always stop here when in town as I don’t have one near me!
One of my favorite places to shop in every city. Went to find a specific pair of shoes I couldn't find in my regular NM store. Found them! Happy as usual.
While in town I was in need of a last minute evening dress. Kourtnee in Women's Designer Clothing provided exceptional customer service and was able to arrange same day tailoring and pickup of a rather intricate dress. She is an asset to NM.
