The owner and the waitress were very nice and helpful with menu options and even helping describe the ways in which dishes would be traditionally eaten. I do appreciate a restaurant doing this even if you would never normally ask these questions.

Clean cozy atmosphere with super friendly staff. Takes a bit longer to wait for the food during off hours. But the carefully prepared food is well worth the wait. I highly recommend the chinese style Beef Curry w/o tendons over rice and their Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce.

This is Cantonese comfort food. Really enjoyed a nice bowl of chicken soup noodles. Very simple, but well-executed poached chicken and wonton noodles. The poached chicken (boneless dark meat) was very tender with subtle, but not overpowering seasoning.

Local restaurant owners take notes, because they made very good meals at bargain prices. I wouldve paid $15 for the shrimp wonton soup because of how good it was, and the Hoi Nam chicken was clutch also.
