Delicious as always. This location had tacos well made and with friendly service. Original Fish Tacos and the Blackened Mahi were excellent. The mahi was very spicy if you like it hot. Would maybe try the mahi on a flour tortilla next time.
Not only are their fish tacos delicious, but they are always consistently excellent in their quality! Not many places nowadays remain consistent on their service, speed and quality but I can say this establishment is on of the exceptions!
Pro tip: Tuesday specials will get you a delicious fish taco for less than $2

I’m adding this specific request to Rubios - Corporate after talking to Phillip, one of the employees in this branch. When I said to to her that it would be helpful to add a hook in the ladies restroom, she said that there is nothing they can do because the installation of a hook needs to ge approved by the big guys in corporate ???
It’s hard to believe that something so basic and simple needs an approval. I hope they can do it. There nothing more annoying and dirty that place your purse on the floor when you are using the toilette and washing your hands.

I also love their grilled gourmet steak tacos, my wife loves their grilled gourmet chicken tacos, and their roasted chipotle salsa is epic…I always need to order a large order of chips to snack on at home along with salsas from their free salsa bar.
Very good fish and shrimp tacos, the trio combination is specially good. Downside the kids meal is not that good, the taquitos are dry and quesadilla pretty simple. Overall good good, the place very enjoyable and very friendly staff.
I used to order Chipotle all the time but lately i needed to change because of orders issues. I tried Rubios never heard of it before and i ordered delivery for the 2nde time and I am really impressed by the taste and the quality. Chipotle seems plastic food next to this. Rubios is My new favorite Mexican food. Street corn is so good mixed with veggies burrito. The veggies tacos flour is soooo tasty.
A gem tucked into the corner. Fresh flavors, great deals, and that chipotle salsa is addicting. Also, not that many restaurants have "Minute Made: light," which helps keep the meal zingy and light.
I was looking for good tacos and found them here at Rubio's. I had the shrimp trio and they were excellent! I will definitely return and try the fish tacos and anything else with shrimp in it. I was very pleased with Rubio's.

Definitely slept on if you aint tried them atleast once. The fish and shrimp tacos had my brother placing a second order before I even finished my nachos.
Chill vibes and friendly all the way around. Service is on point and place is pretty clean.

Coastal Cuisine inspired by food from the US/Mexican Baja California area. I had a Ancho Citrus Shrimp Burrito and liked it.
Salsas and Guacamole could have a little more Salt for my taste but the provide Salt to add if you want.
To me their Lemonade was amazing and I think it was my favorite Lemonade ever so far.

The shrimp tacos are literally the best tacos I have ever had! Love them! Passion green tea was great and the Churros are so deliciously wonderful! My kids love the chicken Quesadillas too! YUM! We will be back
Great place for seafood tacos. A little pricier than fast food place, but you do get a plentiful amount, and they are made fresh when you order. Their guacamole is pretty expensive compared to other places, so I avoid purchasing it and opt for just salsa and chips. The place is pretty clean and they have fast service. If you do visit, try the beans, they taste homemade. I would suggest to stay away from the corn tortillas and ask for flour tortillas instead, because they don't seem to fully cook the corn tortillas, they always end up breaking.
Good Baja Mexican food, reasonably priced. The fish taco was average, but the langostino tacos were delicious. The street corn came in a bowl rather than on a cob and was delicious too. They have specials on Tuesday and Friday that are definitely worth checking out. We'll certainly try them again.
I have not been to Rubio's since I moved from San Diego 6 years ago. I ordered the classic shrimp burrito and it was amazing. I literally forgot how great their food is. The staff was friendly and the salsa bar was clean which is a plus. I will definitely be going back soon.
