We visited IHOP for breakfast and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was delicious, and the coffee was especially good, providing a great start to the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. However, the only downside was the waiting time for our food. It took longer than expected for our orders to arrive at the table, which was a bit disappointing, especially when we were hungry and eager to dig into the tasty offerings. Despite the slight delay, IHOP's scrumptious breakfast options and pleasant ambiance, along with the attentive staff, made our visit enjoyable. If they can work on improving the speed of service, it would be a perfect breakfast spot.

Tried to call and order ahead of arrival for takeout, but no one answered the phone at this location at 7 pm at night. Drove over and ordered in person for takeout. Tomato basil soup, and 2 eggs cooked medium. They were ready within 10 minutes of ordering, so it didn't take long to get the food. Everything was cooked well, and the soup was very flavorful. The only downside is that they put my cheese crisp in the soup itself, instead of putting it on a bag. The cheese just became a big glob in my soup, instead being able to bite a crisp cheese type snack with the soup. I'm not sure why they did this, somewhat poor decision on their part. Other than that, I would revisit this location again, I would just tell them not to put the cheese crisp in the soup next time.

This location is a gem. I was very surprised to find the new menu options like "poblano eggs Benedict" "bacon, eggs biscuit" the "Strawberry banana French toast" everything was Delicious! Our sever Cielo was great her friendly speedy service was appreciated. When in Vegas, this location is a MUST visit restaurant. 3780 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, 89119.

The restaurant is off the strip and very well located. There was a little wait but the place was very busy. Our waiter was very nice and polite. Im in love with the mashed potatoes!! As a Canadian i always forget how much butter is served with pancakes and should've asked for less, thats on me. We got our meal quickly especially considering the place was super busy. The only thing is the restrooms, not very clean and need to renovation.

Food was good - nice variety and pancakes were great. They had a very lovely lady doing balloon animals for the kids. I wish I had cash to tip her but unfortunately didn't. Hopefully she's here next time I bring the family.

Enjoyed breakfast. Very courteous staff. This is the only IHOP I've seen offered free refills on juice and milk. I love the WEST coast even more now. Food was good. Prices are reasonable. If they're crowded when you arrive they take your name/number and send you a message when your table is ready. Free parking in lot.

I haven't been to this location in a while, but I'm glad I came back! The atmosphere was calm, the staff was polite, & friendly. Our waiter even took the time to make sure he heard all of our orders & requests carefully. He also let us know on the wait time for our food & let the kids have their food first, before the adults. I am definitely coming back

It was great! Great service, great food, but I had to take stars off of atmosphere because I didn't know where to remove points for the dirty utensils we received. The auto-dishwasher must not be working properly. There was still old food on the utensils received. I've worked with those large corporate dishwashers and recognize the stuck on food. Other than that, it was good.

I've been here a few times and haven't had a bad experience yet. The food is usually IHOP quality which is decent, but the service was great. Laura was my server this time and she was in top of it. She checked up on the table numerous times, brought creamer and more coffee without us having to ask. She helped us out throughout the experience and that was great. Other points to keep in mind: In order to be seated you have to give your name and phone number to be put on a list. The whole party must be present in order to be seated. There wasn't a line when I went in around 10:15 and I imagine that as time goes and restrictions lift, the waiting probably won't be an issue. The place is clean and so are the restrooms. The neighborhood isn't the best so don't leave valuables or bags visibly in your car.

I've been to IHOP many times before. What I've learned is my go to, the Big Steak Omelette, has gradually increased in price and gradually decreased in steak over twenty years. I recall this omelette being about $13.99 (circa 2000) with a hefty amount of steak inside and on top of the omelette. Now, in 2023, the plate is $17.99 with just enough steak pieces to make a line the length of the omelette with a little shredded cheese camouflage. I'm used to the big steak omelette being the most expensive on the omelette menu. No issues there. It might be time for IHOP to remove the "Big" from the name as it's not really big on steak anymore. I was seated quickly as the servers control the flow now. The server was prompt, checked in often enough and never seemed overwhelmed. Paid at the table through a portable POS. That's a nice touch.
