Glad they reopened! While the place is smaller the food is still outstanding! Green chili chicken soup my wife, a NM native, says is the best she’s had and the enchiladas are great; our daughter loves the quesadillas, too! As for me, the chimichanga is excellent and the only item I’ve ever ordered, because I can’t handle spicy and they are good enough to put it on the side.
I highly recommend eating here.
Chili Addiction is back in business at a new location. The setup is a bit different but the food and service is still the best! I’d recommend the green chili chicken soup. So happy that it’s back open!
My goodness! It was delicious I highly recommend this place to get your green chili fix!
Service was great too!
This place is off the hook delicious!!!! And the staff is so welcoming, friendly! The perfect combination...excellent food and excellent service!
I lived in Albuquerque for 7 years so I know New Mexican style food. The chiles can be as hot as you want them. Could have used a bit more sauce on the enchiladas. The salsa is among the best I've ever had. The entire menu looks amazing. The service could have been a bit better and attentive to our needs. Too bad we were only visiting Vegas from Phoenix. If I lived here, I'd eat here several times a month. I wish we had a place like this in Phoenix or Glendale Arizona.
Great food. Makes me miss home a little less. Green Chile has great flavor. Just enough bite to make it good. I will be back.
We gave this place a try because we found them on Groupon & so glad we did! First time ever having New Mexican food- Spicy but very good! The owner was really friendly, explained everything & made some great suggestions for us first-timers. The atmosphere was great with a lot of New Mexico decor. We will most definitely be back! 👍
The owner is very nice. She is from New Mexico and makes an amazing green chile. Even being the only one working for the first hour or so, the service never decreased. Love the New Mexico feel with all the Navajo rugs and kachinas. The food was very good.
Love the service and love the food! I ordered the tipsy with adovada meat and it was amazing! The other order is green chile pork stuffed sopapilla, also very good.
The cashier was friendly and helpful. My order was incorrect and Iasked for a small plate to remove the unwanted ingredients. He went out of his way to correct it and I didn't even ask.
Chile ranch is spi-cy! But good! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
Amazing food and service. But we did come in at around 1:30pm. The server, Ash took time out to help us choose. Even gave us taste samples. Hope to go back for more
I can tell this place is authentic. The owner is very knowledgeable about this region. I had the carne adovada. The pulled pork in red chillis. It was tangy, earthy and a little spicy. A very relaxed atmosphere.
New Mexican Food - It's not new and it's not Mexican. It's a whole other ball of wax. This is still the best in town. Chile Addiction is pure Hatch cooked by an Albuquerque native.
Eat here! It's Delicious! The Enabler is so good! The Owner is great!
We ordered a few dish's to share and everything was amazing! Green chili suace and the smokey red chili sauce were both so different but equally tasty. The staff was great amd friendly, he educated us on menu options, spice level, choice of meat and sides. The decor on the inside looks great and is really comfortable with a good vibe. You cant go wrong!
Chile addiction is heaven sent! I'm from NM and I moved here about 4 years ago. I have been missing the NM food and heard about this place. We went and it was absolutely amazing. I am completely satisfied. And Amy was super sweet. The atmosphere was totally NM. We almost forgot where we were for a minute hahah. Will be going back very soon! In love with this place.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! Was the food good?
It was amazing. Was I welcomed in and treated like family? Indeed I was. Will I go back? Over and over again. This was my families first visit and we were impressed. Our servers name was Derrick and even tho he is new he provided us with an experience that we really appreciated. Good job guys!
I was born and raised in New Mexico, this restaurant is authentic New Mexican food. A lot of people on here are writing reviews talking about green sauce and red sauce and the chili was thick. Note: NEW MEXICO CHILI IS NOT SAUCE OR IN SAUCE FORM. Also, the owner is from Santa Fe, New Mexico and the chili is delivered from a popular chili distributor. Nothing about this restaurant is Mexican with a New Mexican twist. NEW MEXICAN AND MEXICAN FOOD ARE NOT ANYTHING ALIKE. Anyone from New Mexico would say the same thing. After eating at this place multiple times I forget I'm in Las Vegas. Reminds me of similar places back home!! The hospitality is great, the owner is down to earth and friendly, food is great!! Keep up the great work!! (don't listen to the advice of people who have never made New Mexican chili) (80% of white people believe the chili served on a sonic chili dogs is authentic chili)
p.s. no racism here, but its like a Mexican person trying to tell/educate a native Chinese person how to make Chinese food. Very condescending.
Definitely a change from their last location as they've gone more casual - order at the counter, disposable plates and utensils, etc. And it seems they've pared down the menu somewhat, but the red chili enchiladas are still good. I recommend this place if you like or would like to try NM Mexican food. YUM!
Haven't been to Chile Addiction since they moved to their new location at Pecos and Patrick where Carlitos used to be. The owner really cleaned up the restaurant and redecorated. The menu hasn't changed the food is still very good love those chiles. Next time I'm having a draft beer.
This food is excellent 👍 great representation of New Mexican food which is (yup I'm saying it) better than all other acts of Mexican descendant quisine. The owner is very sweet and gets fresh authentic green chile from New Mexico! None of this Anaheim Chile nonsense I've seen around a lot of Las Vegas..
I was born in New Mexico and can tell you this place is legit. If you prefer regular old Mexican food then go down the street! Everything here is great, but my favorites are the green chili stew and stuffed sopapillas. The chili is always on point and HOT. If you were raised in NM you won't be disappointed!
