A perfectly elevated craft bar! Our waiter (Hunter) had fantastic recommendations, and the nachos with pork belly were incredible. The music was indie rock heaven, and everything was super cozy and comfortable. We’re very excited to go back and try more of their drafts, as well as some of the other really great looking food they had!
$18 for the properly-loaded sheet pan of nachos and $10 per pint, which I honestly think isn’t that bad at all for local craft brews. Highly recommend it 👏
Stopped in for a pint and the happy hour small Garbage Nachos. Amazing menu with Asian and Spanish influences. All scratch made with quality ingredients.
I'm a Vegas local and always seek out hidden gems off the strip. 595 Craft And Kitchen is one of these gems! Great selection of rotating beer on tap, food was flavorful and very well priced, and the atmosphere is inviting with that 'local' vibe. Will be coming back and recommending to others. Cheers 🍻
We have really enjoyed the food here. It's a small menu of items they do very well including a chicken sandwich that is my mainstay.
The dining room is very small and on a few occasions we have not been able to sit. I'm also not a fan when they open the wall and counter to the outside.
I have not interacted with the bar staff but the waitress has always been nice.
I will add that not being a drinker is a big slant to this review from my own perspective. The drinking crowd seems much more acclimated here and you may have a much better experience if you prefer a bar top and more social atmosphere.
We had a fun night after a long day - this was my second time at this establishment, and it hits every time!! Great selection of craft brews and excellent food - a little fusion, a little comfort, a little down home. Got the Tom Kha pasta special and a sour they had in the bottle. *chef’s kiss*
Food was delicious and well prepared. Although I felt the price points were pretty high for the 2 appetizers we received and the side of fries. Great beer selection and learned a little bit more on Juxta Nomad, the traveling gypsy brewer!

Amazing customer service from all staff members from beginning to end. Easy parking out in the front.
Loaded up the foodie list to try but it was amazing! Definitely want to try the burgers next time!

This is a great modestly sized bar. Their liquor list is deep and varied.the Garbage Nachos are a meal unto themselves. Service is great. The beers on tap are great, but I'd love to see more beer variety in bottles.
Ashton, our sever, was so helpful in helping my friend choose what to eat. Her recommendations on their signature cocktails were SPOT ON!!! It was great seeing that they were dog friendly at the bar. There were representatives from Angels Envy and a Brewery. The representative from Angels Envy was very nice. She gave us wings and a decent pour of my favorite whiskey.
One of the better burger spots on the west side! Love coming to Craft! Burgers are awesome, good beer on tap. Great anytime of the day!
