Not a fancy place, but the food was excellent, the portions were large, the staff members were fantastic, and the meal was so good. I had a big hawg and it was a mountain of delicious pork that made my day. Also, the banana pudding was sensational. If you need good food, go here!!
Very delicious, meat it tender , soft, juicy, huge portions. Mac and cheese is great and corn bread is fire. The banana pudding is delicious too. Must try and all them sauces on the side are great too

Sooooooo good! I've been here a few times and it never disappoints. The pulled pork sandwich and the burnt ends sandwich are delicious. The 3 meat plate give you a great variety and solid servings! The spare ribs melt in your mouth and the turkey is tender and juicy! The coleslaw was just ok. All the sauces are great, my favorite is the Arkansas sauce.
I’ve been here about 3 times and I can honestly say that the food is good! Burns ends are my favorite, so I recommend getting the brisket three ways. The portion sizes are great and I’m able to get 3-4 meals out of them. Highly recommend! They have an all you can eat option, but my only complaint is that it’s only 45 mins. If it was longer, I would definitely consider trying it.
This place was great, brisket and pork were very juicy and tender. Sauces were a great compliment on all the meats. Service was fantastic, will definitely be back !
Just the way you liked your barbecue, slow-roasted with awesome sauce! What are the things about this place, is that a single two or three meat plate can feed two people easily.

Stopped by on Memorial day and as I walked in, I immediately smelled delicious BBQ. The menu has tons of items to choose from. I ordered the 2 meat plate with sliced brisket and the portions were massive. The food was delicious and didn't take long to arrive after we ordered. The sauces were also really good! Highly recommend this spot for BBQ, by far my most favorite in Vegas! The staff was freindly and very helpful. Will be back again!!

Quaint little restaurant tucked into the Grand Canyon Parkway shopping center. I got the hot link with potato salad and my husband got the big hog with Mac cheese. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. It’s probably the most authentic bbq I’ve had thus far in Vegas. Now the peach cobbler was to die for. The only thing that was missing was a scoop of ice cream. Good food and great service—-you can’t beat it
Great place to eat barbecue! You should definitely try this place. Service this is quick and friendly to us. Just a a reminder this place serves big portions so get ready to eat the meat! Other than that good place would come here on cheat days.
Tasty food, great smoky flavor, very tender brisket. We enjoyed everything we ate, ribs, brisket, chicken and sides. Our server helped us a lot, deciding what we might like a variety of meats, a taste of the Rollin Smoke Bar B Que. We give A+ RATING.

If you haven't been to a Rollin Smoke you need to. Glad to find their second location is closer to home and equally good food as their first.
The seating area is very clean, the bench is comfortable for those wanting a padded seat. I sat on a metal chair and it felt like the chairs at their first location, no issue for me personally.
They have a TV with sports on and the decorations around the dining room is very similar to their first location; however, it does feel a lot brighter and cleaner with the lament floor and floor to ceiling windows.
Parking is plenty and finding it was easy. Overall, I don't have anything negative to remark about this location.
Amazing customer service, the food is always amazing Chris actually takestime to remember their customers like the kinda service you got back few years ago. Good to know can come to a place where they value their customers.
There are no words for how incredible the customer service is at this location. I stupidly (still cringing) ordered online from the original location and did not realize it until the person working the counter pointed it out. I was so embarrassed and without skipping a beat he offered to make our order at their location and also cancel the order at the other. Not only did they offer this and verify the order but literally called the other location to cancel the order on our behalf. I cannot explain how truly amazing that kind of service is and how much I appreciate everyone at this location for fixing my screwup and with absolutely zero attitude as we have received from other places. In fact the kindness and hospitality is just incredibly refreshing. Cannot say enough amazing things about the service and of course-the food! If you’re wanting BBQ-THIS is where you go.
Order half rack of baby back ribs with loaded mash, Mac n cheese, peach cobbler, and cornbread. Ribs were not as tender as I would’ve like but I am sure you can call and ask what time they are fresh. Order was quick and very nice staff. They have the sauces in bottles off to the side so you can soak your ribs with as much as you’d like. Their modified versions of kool aid are both amazing.
Came here after relocating to Vegas about a year ago and missing our bbq place back home. Finally found some delicious bbq - the burnt ends were for sure my favorite! All the sides were also really delicious. Nary was working and helped guide us through her recommendations and she was so incredibly kind and helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. So nice to find a place with delicious food and really great staff (the people make it even more enjoyable). Establishment very clean and well maintained also.
