Red Robin has really been stepping up their burgers 🍔 lately. We went there for a late lunch. The place was pretty empty... We were seated at a booth that frankly needed to be re-stuffed. I sat down & was immediately greater with the feeling of 2X4s cutting into my legs. That doesn't make for a comfortable visit. However, our server was pleasant... We asked for crispy fries and we were thrilled that we actually received crispy fries. The burgers were tasty as was the appetizer we had (pretzel bites) ... All in all it was a good experience... My only suggestion would be... when the restaurant is that empty maybe give diners some space.... maybe leave a table or two between us all... Rather than pilings us all in side by side ... it would be a better dining experience if we weren't talking over each other's conversations. Just a thought for when it's not super busy!

Greeting was cool the host greeted us pretty good asked us if we wanted a booth or a table. No waiting to be seated. Server christa was really nice,patient, polite, friendly, pretty fast. Constantly came around to check if we needed anything if we were ready for more fresh fries. Was good the refills for the drinks. Explained good about the menu and what the burgers had in them. Campfire Sauce was good tasted like some BBQ sauce. “Our waiter Christa was very kind”that’s what my 9yr old said. Oreo shake was super delicious. The donuts were amazing good dessert to finish the meal with. Bathrooms were clean. They have a bar section. A lot of art work all around the restaurant They have unlimited fries when you order a burger.

Love me a good Cobb salad and this was great! The bacon was a little tough (personal issue--I'm weird with meat textures) but still a great salad! It was huge so I took 1/2 of it home. Also had their new honey Mango margarita (on the rocks) and it was super tasty!

We visit this Red Robin's often since our kids can't get enough of their bottomless fries and mountain high mud pie! Tonight we celebrated our youngest son's birthday as it was his choice as to where he wanted to have dinner. Service was excellent, especially for our party of 8! Enrique was our server and he was so very patient, attentive, fun and professional! We really had an enjoyable meal here and our birthday celebrant had such a fun time! The food is consistently good and if there was ever any issue with an order, they address it right away. The staff are friendly which contributes to a great family-friendly atmosphere. We really like this Red Robin's compared to a few others we've visited in other parts of the country. Glad to have such a great location close to home!

We love Red Robin. It’s a family favorite. We came in on the night before Thanksgiving and it was super busy, but the service was still very quick. And the food was great as always. Our server (Tara) was excellent. She had a 17-person group come in and she still made sure that our drinks stayed full and we didn’t run out of fries or Campfire sauce. Thanks for taking care of us.

Great customer service. We enjoyed our free fries and campfire sauce. There is a pretty good happy hour menu. My husband thought the scorpion burger was good. I really liked the chicken sandwich. Kids liked their tenders and pizza. Always a good time here.

New burgers were super yummy , but the staff.... they were top notch from our waitress who was very attentive, to the manager stopping in for more than just a table touch to the food runners, restaurant was very busy, but all staff was still not too busy to keep smiling

Convenient location off 95 on Centennial Pkwy. Lots of parking with handicap access. Masks required. Hand sanitizer station at entrance. This was our first visit. Very neat clean interior. Fun decor with booth or table seating. Bar located near entrance. Very friendly cheerful receptionist. Extensive menu. Bottomless sides and drinks were a nice surprise. Excellent customer service. Our server Stephanie and table assistant Sharon were outstanding. Very friendly, patient, very attentive. Our drinks and sides were replenished instantly. My teriyaki pineapple grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. The chicken breast was tender and juicy. Teriyaki sauce was not overly sweet. Pineapple gave it a special island taste. My hubby loved the Whiskey River BBQ hamburger with the bourbon enhanced Whiskey River BBQ sauce and sweet bacon. Just enough sauce where it didn't run down your hands. The bun was perfect. Entre went well with the garlic fries. Portions were generous. Very convenient to pay at your table with their payment device. It prints your receipts or you could have it email. We will definitely return to try the other entries and desserts. They have online ordering and catering service as well. 7/29/22 Revidited today to dine in for lunch. It was a great experience as the last time. Customer service was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Waiting time to be seated was minimal. Food was great, tasty and filling.

Had the Royal Red Robin which was delicious! I did order with "some pink" but it came with none, so a tad overcooked, but not the end of the world...still good. Fries and sauces were great! Service was fast and friendly.

I recently dined in at Red Robin with my server being Tina, she was very nice and attentive. I got fried pickles as an appetizer and for my main dish I got the Mad Love Burger. Starting off with the fried pickles, they had a slight crunch but not too crunchy. The pickles were good as I'd imagine it would be a little hard to mess them up. The sauce the pickles came with was pretty phenomenal, a sweet barbeque type sauce that elevated the pickles that much more. Moving on to the Mad Love Burger, it was actually one of the best burgers I've had in a while to be honest. To understand where I'm coming from here's what the burger has on it. A Cheddar-and-Parmesan crisp, Provolone, Swiss, jalapeño relish, candied bacon, avocado, citrus-marinated tomatoes and red onions with lettuce on a toasted brioche bun. My first bite into it I was greeted with the citrus of the tomatoes as well as the sweetness of the relish. The provolone and swiss also made their gooey presence noticed and you could taste it well with the other ingredients. The other stars didn't make as much of a main character appearance, but they were there, and you could taste them in the background. Hints of avocado, the bacon, onions and lettuce all came together and complimented the other flavors well. Overall, the burger was made very well, and the pickles were good. I would most definitely come back to get that burger again but will most likely try something else if I get the chance. I am very satisfied with the meal I got and the service!

I did not go in to the building, I am in a wheelchair and sometimes it is just more of a hassle to unload me than having my caregiver go in and pick it up. My order was taken via the automated system. It was an OK way to order BUT it added a dessert to my order that I DID NOT want. I was unable to get it taken off of my order this way so I called the restaurant hoping to fix the order. It could not be & I had to start from scratch speaking to an employee... NBD... Until they needed to transfer me because they couldn't handle orders where you do not get side and a drink… essentially they have another department or person that handles that. They transferred without finding out if that's what I wanted. Of course there was no answer at the extension I was transferred to. Longer story a bit shorter… I had to go back to using the automated system to order. I rated food 3 ⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because as the fries were soggy, the onion rings were not crispy, but most importantly, there was no option to have the burger cooked to your liking. I rated 3 ⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for service because of the reasons listed above. The automated system worked but seemed to like adding things to orders. I am absolutely dumbfounded why an employee would need to transfer me to another employee just so I could find out how much it would cost to only get the burger w/out the sides. She also did not wait before transferring to see if we ACTUALLY wanted to do so. My primary care giver (the person who went inside to pick-up the food) rated the atmosphere at 4-5 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great date night tonight. Was very pleased when my husband was disappointed by the size of his meal according to the cost, instantly the manager was notified, she agreed he must have been given the smallest of the batch and brought him some more to make him happy. 😀

Location: great Service: great Price: typical It was pretty busy but service was quick. We got sat at the bar and the bartender was very busy but still gave great service and checked in. It’s what you would expect from Red Robin with employees that seem to be motivated to get things done. Overall it was a great experience.
