Really good place to get ramen. Prices are affordable. I got the Shoyu Ramen and it was great! I only gave 4 stars because it was my first visit and I only had the dish. I will definitely eat here again especially with the weather cooling off. If your a local or just visiting I definitely recommend the ramen here!
consistently good ramen every single time. the shoyu broth is perfect; not too salty but not too light either. the pork chashu here is also the best chashu i’ve ever tried.
also service is great, the guy who owns the restaurant is very nice and accommodating. hands down the best ramen spot in vegas
We have to eat here at least once a week. Their broth is full of flavor with just the right amount of balance with its fresh ingredients and no MSG. Back in the day, they would show how they would make the noodles from scratch. The employees there work long hours yet despite that, they still manage to give great service. Our family favorite is the Tan Tan Men, it is rich, creamy, and flavorful. I've been to most ramen spots here in the valley and Ramen Hashi by far beats the competition!
Specialize in chinken broth ramen. It was so flavorful and not feeling heavy after eating it. This ramen spot is a nice change compared to other ramen spots that use pork. I like their ordering system. Menu is simple. It look like they have a machine that makes their own ramen.
Absolutely delicious! Quick and simple - came here on a whim and the service was fast and everything was superb. You get to eat at the “kitchen” at the price is unbeatable. Kind staff and very clean & well lit. Wish I lived in Nevada, otherwise I’d be here every day!

Great ramen here. I personally am a huge fan of chicken broth ramen so the fact that they have like five types or just chicken ramen is amazing. I also love their pork don - so much flavor and meat in one bowl. Crispy and delicious pork with smoky flavor. Their staff was great too and always made sure we were good. He even offered us this fresh chili paste that is so good in the broth and don as well! Very good amount of spice and just enough heat and sweetness. Will definitely go here and their other restaurant yuzu again.

After watching so much anime I really wanted to try a good ramen restaurant. This place was so yummy and meet all my expectations after watching anime. The food was excellent. The broth was so so so good. I tried the original since it was my first time.
A very good experience, make you travel to Japan for the time of a diner. Taste amazing! The spicy sauce is delicious.
No veggie option on the menu yet, but ask the staff and they will arrange it for you.

It still amazes me that a bowl of ramen is fulfilling. The broth in my Tori Paitan was delicious , I heard they simmer the chicken broth and all kinds of spices for 8 hrs to get the mouth watering flavor. Wow!. Service on the other hand was ok its just a minor thing really, they forgot my chopsticks and napkin so I have to get it on the empty table next to me and do you know how uncomfortable it is when your snot starts dripping from eating the hot and delicious ramen? 😆 Anyway they just forgot im sure. Ill be back for more next time!
The 2nd, 3rd, 4th visits meant the relationship is going steady😆 Shio Ramen is my go to meal after work and brunch in the weekend.
