I love this place! I get the large bowl for $15. Includes 3 meats, 2 rice balls and 2 sides. The katsu and teriyaki chicken are delicious and so is the Mac salad. Sometimes i sub out a scoop of rice for corn for 30 cents more. Definitely great value. Easy parking right out front

This place was a little gem that we didn't mean to go to. Wanted to hit the asian noodle place a few doors down but line was out the door. Found this place instead and enjoyed a great lunch of fresh Hawaiian bbq. Service was done right and menu was easy to figure out. The food was fresh and tasty - and there is a nice outdoor dining space to boot.

Poke is spot on and spicy is my favorite. Kitchen slaw is nice and light. Macaroni salad is just perfect and the chicken and steak teriyaki is my favorite. Flavorful and fresh. You won't be disappointed.

First time visiting! Saw their as on Facebook and decided to try them. I'm glad I did as being there led me to Classic Tattoo through a Google search. Anyways, the ordering was rather simple and the portion was large! I got a medium which means you get two meats. I got the chicken katsu and the teriyaki steak. Sides were sweet corn and macaroni salad. I ate it all but could definitely have had leftovers. They had a steady flow of customers so I can tell they are doing something right!

Gave it a 5 for staff, timeliness and flavor, just wish they have lomi lomi salmon and poi to round out the plate lunch experience 🙂 SSOOOO appreciate no cabbage in the kalua pig. Mac salad was on point, mochiko wings threw me off, thought it was teri chicken! Taste was still good but I'm a "crusty" mochiko chicken kinda girl. We will be back!

The kalua pork was very flavorful. The mac salad was very good. The rice was a little dry, which was probably because we ate in between lunch and dinner. We had a dole whip, which was refreshing and one of the main reasons we came to Makai.

I had a trio of chicken katsu, Kahlua pork, and spicy poke with rice and macaroni salad. This is Hawaiian BBQ is on point and I highly recommend it if you on Las Vegas's West and looking for a quick delicious bite to eat.

I've been coming to Makai Pacific Island Grill for years. A friend recommended I try their food because I love Hawaiian Cuisine. I was never disappointed with the taste of their food. Delicious flavors are the same. I usually get the medium plate where you can get 2 scoops of white or brown rice, 2 entrees, & 2 sides. My favorite medium plate has 2 scoops of brown rice, Teriyaki Chicken & Katsu w/corn and mac salad. Highly recommend eating there. Prices are reasonable.

Katsu is some of the best I’ve had. Their chicken is perfectly cooked and moist. I didn’t care for the teriyaki but I don’t normally, just wanted to try. Macaroni salad was great and as usual the garlic edamame was as well. Definitely worth stopping in.

I would love to show you a picture of the beautiful food. I love to show you a picture of the bowl of rice with the meats and the sauce. I'd love to show you these things. But it didn't last that long. Everything here was so amazing. From the chicken katsu and to the pork, and the rice. Truly an awesome restaurant. Great for lunch. Great for dinner. Don't hesitate, just go. It's exactly what you're looking for

I love the Chicken katsu. And spicy Poke'. And it's always consistent in food quality. The kimchee is also a hit

Love me some Hawaiian food. The main dishes are yummy, but the white rice is always overcooked. Maybe just get one ball.
