The balboa is my favorite here! The service is fast and friendly, your food is always hot and fresh. Have the loaded fries with you cheesesteak and you are set!
Being from Philly, I was cautiously pessimistic as I approached to place my order, as I thought to myself, 'there's a chance that this might suck'...I ordered the 'whiz kid' (whiz wit) & was delighted! Great flavor, nice & hot, and fries were good too!

Since the move and the revamp South Philly has taken on a whole new lease on life. The meals are no longer thrown together in haste, instead, they are made with due care and attention toward the customers satisfaction. A very clean and tidy restaurant, and the food is a taste sensation.
This is my first time eating at South Philly Cheesesteaks. It is in the food court at the North Factory Outlet. The sandwiches were nice and hot, and quite large. Definitely worth the money. I also got the loaded fries with cheese and bacon, and those were delicious.
Philly cheesesteak was very tasty. Loaded fries not so good. Good overall.
Love me some cheesesteaks! This place does not let down! I won't lie when I say this place was most effective at making me crave more and came back the next day!! Staff was awesome at helping recommend better and new options!
Visited the location at the Vegas outlet malls on May 12 around 1pm. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Had the Cheesesteak original style.
