This was such a GREAT little spot to come first thing for a sugar rush that will get my my morning off to a sweet start! Early risers can enjoy a GORGEOUS croissant or a soft, lighter-than-air macaron with Sugar Bee's before facing another day of whatever's comin'. I could not WAIT to get home to enjoy my baked goods, hence the incomplete loaf of sourdough. But the macarons and the cake made it home to be wolfed down with a cuppa hot coffee and NO REGRETS. HEADS UP: when I went (22 July 2021), the bakery was still requiring mask wear inside the shop. They offer free ones inside if you don't have one, but better prepared than surprised.

I was a little put off at first, because the store already had three customers waiting, and there was a sign on the door stating "No more than three customers at a time, everyone must wear a mask." So, I waited until I could go inside, and although fully vaccinated, I wore my mask when I was inside. Although it was busy, there was only one employee helping out customers. The food is excellent! Their sourdough bread is fresh and nearly perfect. The macaroons are some of the best I've ever had. The Nutella layer cake was light and exquisite! I just wish they had more room inside for customers, or a place to sit down outside to wait. It was very hot outside, and it was fairly aggravating to have to wait outside in the direct heat.

I needed to order a cake for my boss' birthday party. However, we were celebrating in Las Vegas all the way across the country from where I live in the east! They not only took my order on the phone but they also delivered on one of the days they were closed! They have phenomenal customer service as well as prices that are just right. Probably one of the few places I can say that it was worth every single copper penny. As for the cake there are simply no words to describe. I needed an elegant cake for a cocktail hour and they definitely provided. It had a chocolate like glaze on top with chocolate garnishes. It had a beautiful arrangement and they had written out "Happy Birthday" in a white frosting. It was very elegant! As for taste, the cake lasted about 2 seconds before the smell got to the group and was gone shortly after. There was roughly 2 pieces left as it was so filling no one could eat anymore. The cake was very moist and delicious and tasted fresh. There was no refrigerated taste like in groceries so I know it was made fresh and from better ingredients. Inside there were two types of chocolate mousses that were phenomenal. The whole thing was moist without being sticky is the best way to describe and it wasn't overly sweet. I'm still receiving compliments on cake choice days later and states away. Lastly, I ordered cookies because the pictures on the website got to me. They were just as good as the cake! Don't let the picture fool you they're very large and offer a lot of flavor. You can taste the brown sugar and while there's a lot of chocolate its not overpowering. I'd like to pretend we didn't eat the cookies right after the cake but that would be a lie!

I got off the plane at the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris last year, just for a short layover. I had one goal: Buy a croissant in France (even if it was just an airport, I figured the French were proud enough to have a halfway decent croissant anywhere in their country), and then I planned on comparing it to Sugar Bee's croissant. The answer was SO clear upon the first bite. All I wanted - in Paris - was to come back home to Vegas for a Sugar Bee's croissant instead. They are The Best. We've been going here for years now, a fabulous weekend morning tradition and buy everything; Breads, macarons, garlic knots, cake, brownies, cookies. All perfection! Cons: Not being open every day of the week, and that we have to work out more to counteract how awesome this bakery is.

Best bread, scones, ane croissants I've ever had. I come here once a week and they even recognize me and ask about my life. Best bakery ever.

The BEST macarons ever. The staff there is always friendly and pleasant. Thanks for opening shop in Vegas. I live on the other side of town (literally opposite side) and still drive across town to go here.

In my quest to find the perfect croissant, I'd have to say this place baked one of the best chocolotate croissant I've ever tried... Even rival to any Parisian pattiserie.. Kudos and excellent customer service..
