This dim sum place was super busy during the Christmas holidays. We came for the first time around 11am and the wait time was 1.5 hours for a party of three so we went somewhere else. We came another day at 9:45am and it was 15 min before the opening. There was a long line in front of us already. The food is delicious but we came for the sweet tofu pudding which was unavailable at the time and there were no green veggies. We feel our experience at a Hong Kong dim sum place in the Bay area was better.

very good roast duck I must say, in fact coming from a country where it serves Chinese food everywhere - this roast duck is above 95 percentile. The stir fried morning glory in fermented bean curd was a lovely surprise, didn't expected much but it blew us away. Love the ambience in the restaurant as it is typical Chinese restaurant setup and background Chinese music playing.

Did a take out back to our hotel instead…definitely very good dim sum for Vegas. The mi xao don was probably one of the better tasting one I’ve had in awhile. The furry taro with meet filling was very tasty as well. Egg tart nice flaky crust and creamy custard filling. Definitely worth another visit for me

We've already been there multiple times mainly for the Beijing roasted duck. It is very good and worth the price. You get either 2 or 3 dishes cooked with the duck. By default you get the sliced duck with bun and then you choose either one or 2 dishes. I recommend the soup which is very flavorful and the minced duck wrap with lettuce. Soo good! Service is as expected in a Chinese restaurant, correct though. Edit: we went there for the dim sum another day and it from far the best in Las Vegas. We came a little late around 1pm but there were still a lot of options. And the quality is great compared to other dim sum places. Now my favorite Chinese restaurant for the food!

This is a typical Dim Sum place. The place is big and there was a line when we came. But the wait was quick. There is parking but since this is China town, the parking spaces are smaller than usual. The service was fast. However, the servers weren't friendly. The food was tasty and original Chinese cuisines. I loved the variety of dim sums and they serve some items that weren't served from.other dim sum places. The price is the same as the other dim sum places. For two people, I paid $110.

Amazing dim sum and chinese food. We came here for the dim sum carts for brunch and then again for dinner. All the food options were fantastic, most of the workers here speak Cantonese, but you can work your way around the language barrier with the menu. Highly recommend if you're looking for good dim sum or chinese food.

My favorite Asian restaurant in Las Vegas. We visited Las Vegas for the weekend with my parents, and we ended up there twice. The first time we had roasted duck and bbq pork, which got us hooked to the taste and quality of the dishes. The second time we got fresh lobster with noodle and dim sum. They didn’t disappointed us. Therefore, this restaurant is great for family and friends. If you want dim sum, make sure that you go before 3:00 pm.

In A Nutshell: -New Asian BBQ is actually one of the best places to grab dim sum in Las Vegas. -I've tried at least 5 dim sum restaurants in town & when I compared the value & quality, this place is on top. -I like the authentic feel of this place, it's small, the dim sum is served via carts there's & roasted duck being sold as soon as you walk in. -I love all the selections of dim sum they offer. -Their XLB's aren't too bad either. -The customer service is very kind. Overall, I enjoy the combination of value & quality of dim sum they have here, all of that equals 5 stars.

Came here with the family to try their BBQ duck. It was very juicy and soft. I really enjoyed the duck with the rice and vegetables. The majority of the food is family style and even the atmosphere of the restaurant is fault style. Don't come here if you want a quiet place to eat. Lots of families and very loud but the service is on point. Our food came out on time and the restaurant offered house soup with our meal. The pot of soup was huge and it was on the house. We enjoyed it. Like most Chinese cuisines , the food was very oily but very tasty, drink lots of hot tea to wash it down. The fried fish was very fatty, my least favorite. Price was very affordable for a family of 10.

My husband and I wanted to try a restaurant in Chinatown we have never been to without the kids, and so we came to this place. We got the steamed fish, pork ribs with sizzling garlic, Chinese broccoli with garlic, and two bowls of rice. They gave us a soup before our meal and a dessert after. The fish was cooked perfectly, and it reminded me of my favorite Chinese restaurant in L.A.'s Chinatown that is no longer there called Regent Seafood. The vegetables were also cooked to perfection. They had a crunch to it, and the garlic melted in my mouth. I am not a rib person, but I ordered it because it sounded delicious. I was not disappointed. Those ribs had a crispy exterior with a juicy inside. The meat wasn't chewy or dry; it was just right with crunchy, tiny garlic sprinkled on top. I do LOVE garlic, so that was a plus for me. I am excited to try more dishes from this place, even though I was a little hesitant as I looked at the prices. Their menu is like a book - so many options. We paid less than $90 for what we ordered, and the portion size was large. The fish was pretty large, and we paid about $42. At Joyful House, I paid about $35 for a small pan-fried sea bass that I could eat in one gulp. Lol. We were able to eat all the fish, but we took home the leftovers of the vegetable and rib dishes. If our sons were with us, we would have no leftovers because they would have eaten all the ribs, and I would have forced them to eat the vegetables. Lol. Nevertheless, this is a place worth trying. It is in an old shopping center, but it was clean and bright inside with many tables - great if you have a big party.

Hands down the best dim sum and Chinese food in Las Vegas. I gotta say I have been to many places in Las Vegas and this is the best. The dim sum was full of flavor and texture. The food was delicious and came out hot. My friend and I were very impressed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the best dim sum in Las Vegas.

[Above all, will I be back?] It was my first visit and New Asian BBQ became my favorite Dim Sum spot in Vegas! Better than the ones on the strip. The general dim sims are delicious and authentic, I like the lively atmosphere (I felt like I was in Hong Kong somewhere). As a Vegas local, I will definitely be back even with my guests from out of the state. Highly recommended. 1. Food - Har Gow (Shrimp dumplings) Average but I'd order it again. - Pork Siu Mai Seasoning was perfect, I will order this again! - Ku Chai Kueh (Chive dumplings) It was pretty good, I will order this again. - Spicy wonton My favorite! Fell in love with it and I will order this over and over! Perfect cooking, seasoning and the sauce. If you like spicy food, this is a MUST! - Short Rib Tasted like Korean Galbi (soy sauce based marinated sweet and garlic) so i loved it! - Choeng Fun (Beef Rice Crepe) I didn't like the seasoning. I won't order this again. - Xia Long Bao Not that impressive because I am spoiled with Din Tai Fung! lol It was juicy but the seasoning was not enough. I won't order this again. - Egg Tart It was surprisingly good. Crunchy on the pastry part, soft egg without the egg smell. I liked it not too sweet. I will order this next time as well. - Egg plant It was good and hope it was more juicy. 2. Ambience It is a quite large place. The main hall has high ceiling. Casual, lively and busy so it will be loud during prime hours. Customers are mostly people use Chinese characters. The back room we were sitting was more intimate with low ceiling and closer table sitting. The Dim Sum cart were passing by me so close it almost spilt some water? or liquid on my bag lol 3. Service Most cart ladies don't speak English but you can point out what you want when the ladies show what they have on their carts lol Research the most popular dim sums beforehand. 4. Hygiene It is an old establishment and it was not squeaky clean but still okay status. 5. Price It was about $40ish per person including tips. 6. Location It is on the busiest "Spring Mountain Road" in Chinatown. The next door is Tiger sugar and Photo Thanh. 15 minutes from the Strip. 8. Parking The parking spots are limited and can be tricky for prime time. The parking became full around noon on Saturday. 9. ETC - There was a 20 minutes wait on Saturday lunch time. Be there early and get a ticket for your turn. You can wait outside the restaurant, they have a screen with your wait number and alarm sound. * If this review was helpful, please vote :) ** Let's get connected - Instagram @juxycat

We’re here for vacation and had Christmas dinner. The food is overpriced, but the food is delicious. They were able to accommodate 16 of us (2 tables next to each other). It was a long wait (at least 2 hours). We went back on Tuesday for dim sum @ 10 am. There was already a line at 9:45. Dim sum food was good too and they still use carts.

Very delicious. One of the best yamcha places in town. Tastes fresher than other restaurants and has more flavor. I like their duck. Even the cabbage it comes with is delicious. Their durien bread is scrumptious. A good dessert. Would recommend. You must also try the congee. Best one I’ve had.

This is an OG HK styled restaurant. It is one of the remaining restaurants in Chinatown that offers "old wok soup" and "sweet soup". It also offers fresh live fish, lobsters, king shrimps, and other live ocean fares. The tastes are authentic and good.
