Great experience, started off ruff, however the Manager Josie saved lunch time!!! I guess the young man taking orders was new and didn't quite know all the specials being offered. Needless to say I was walking away mumbling to myself (out loud) low murmmer, "I'm not paying $10.00 for two pieces of chicken. I was stopped at the door and she made me aware of the Big Box special. I liked how she said"come on in here and let's get you fed" she made my order herself! Now that's customer service at it's finest!!!💯. I will definitely return and tell my friends about this location. Store #12047. Decatur/Flamingo is a horrible location... They can learn a lot from Ms. Josie.
p.s. I know if she did that for me, she does that for everyone. She deserves a raise.

Great chicken and there are free phones outside
Good food and kind people. It gets very busy here, so if you want to get your food fast, try the drive thru. Dine-in certainly took awhile, but the food was fresh and delicious!
Other than Golden Corral chicken,Popeyes is the best. But ever since thar black woman you see in all there commercials took over she raised the prices through the roof. You used to be able to afford to eat there. N ow it's super expensive
It is Amazing how you can go to one Popeyes location and get the same quality and great tasting chicken... The area at night can appear challenging... But the food is worth the challenge... The late night crew was amazing.. But my only concern for all the locations.. Is please make sure the chicken given.. Is the same as ordered.

Hands down the BEST service we've had at this location. We've came to this specific location for years and today blew every experience out of the water. We went thru drive thru and the young man on the mic was AMAZING! We waited 2 minutes out front for our food and the other young gentlemen made sure to check we had everything before he walked away. Great job Popeyes! These 2 young men are the best!
Josie is awesome! I had this long order and she got it perfectly. She was patient while I was ordering and even repeated my long order when I asked. She got my order right and the food was great! Thanks Josie!
